This condo is in a great location and there a view of the water ! It could be better stocked and the grout needed to be cleaned.

Saugatauck was just coming awake and alive for the season. This location was great for our purpose for being there. Very convenient to downtown, restaurants, lake view and park. Spacious enough for us to enjoy our son and daughter visiting for one night. We will be back.

Need air conditioning in bedroom #2

Location was perfect and condo was nice and clean...I woul have rated it higher but no curtain in second bedroom and no ac unit for this room. Also bugs were noticed in the freezer and insufficient toilet paper during stay.

This is the message we sent to the owner when checking out: We have just checked out of the unit and wanted to bring some things to your attention. The location of the property was great. We never had to use our car the entire time we were here. However, we were not satisfied with the quality of the unit. Items that were already broken: First floor toilet seat. One of the anchors was broken. First floor window blinds did not function. We were unable to get the slats open and let in light. Also several of the slats were previously repaired using tape / clips 2nd bedroom was pretty much uninhabitable: There was no AC in the room and no blinds on the window. So the room was very hot day / night. I planned on using this room to sleep, but instead slept on the sofa downstairs. The room was not very clean. There was white dog hair covering the comforter and floor. We had to wash the comforter, and sweep the floor, to get rid of the hair. I am very allergic to pet hair. Had we known there was no AC in this room we would not have booked this property. Balcony was not clean and was unusable: There was dirty standing water and an old towel sitting on the floor. Plus the ledge had a layer dirt on it.

I loved this place, and the location. Great restaurants within walking distance, convenient parking, and even discovered an elevator!

Location, location, location. That was the best thing about this condo. It is just blocks from town and has a nice view of the water and bridge to Douglas. The condo is cute but could use a little TLC. The vertical blinds in the living room have quite a few missing slats and need to be replaced and it would be helpful to have a guide to using the 3 different remotes for the TV. We did finally figure it out. The King bedroom was nice however the Carrier AC unit went out and we came home to water all over the floor. The second bedroom was OK but there is no space to put your clothes as it is being used more as a utility room. The closet is full with a stack washer/dryer and cleaning supplies. The person in that room hung a few things in our closet but pretty much lived out of their suitcase while there. Having two full bathrooms was great and the downstairs shower had amazing water pressure. When the AC went out we slept on the futon and sofa downstairs. We made it work but neither was very comfortable. Overall we had a great trip, enjoyed and all of the shops and restaurants close to this property.

Cleanliness and location were the 2 great attributes. Lack of so many things were annoying: AC-no screens to open windows due to no ac in queen room no curtainsin queen room-poor drainage in shower-no towel hooks-no drawers for clothes storage-no tv directions.

The apartment we stayed in for 5 days was very clean and excellently located within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops that Saugutuck offers! We were also pleased that the apartment had 2 full bathrooms and a washer/dryer, as well as a parking spot conveniently located. With that being said, there were a few aspects of the apartment that were not appealing for a vacation rental. The wall in the living room appeared to have just been repaired and patched but never painted. The blinds in the living room are also missing several slats.The spare bedroom can become very warm with only a little fan and could use some blinds or curtains for the window. Just a few touches could elevate the apartment to a new level.

We enjoyed our weekend stay visiting the Tulip Festival in Holland. The location was prime to everything that Saugatuck has to offer.

This is a great spot! A perfect location right in the heart of Saugatuck, with amazing access to the town. It's also only a short hop from the beach! Clean and great for our family!

What a nice modern condo in a great location. Minimalistic, so bring what you need (example: wine opener), but Tommy was very responsive. Parking is a bit dicey. We were fine as it was not busy during our stay so we could find alternative parking when necessary. Definitely recommend.

My family and I recently stayed in this condo for a few days along with our small dog! It was the perfect space for us! Clean, modern and comfortable! Exactly what we were looking for! Loved the location as well! Just a short walk away from all of the shops and restaurants! I

Really nice condo if you want to be in the center of town. Condo is clean and has a nice kitchen. It is a loft layout, so everything happens in one room. The kitchen only has dishes for 4 people, so if you plan on using the kitchen for eating, you are limited. Bathrooms are very nice.

The ease of booking. The cleanliness of the property and the location were amazing. Only ask is to put blinds or darker curtain on the master bedroom. Plan to come back again!

We loved our stay at this condo, and would definitely look to stay there again if we make it back to town! Pictures are a true representation of the condo. We brought our dog and the location next to the park was great for taking him out. Only downside was the balcony entrance is in the master bedroom and there isn’t much room, but we were so busy we didn’t even need to use it anyway! What a great little town and amazing place to stay!

Beautiful townhouse! Super clean! Comfy beds! Wish the had shades on upstairs windows and a toaster. Everything was wonderful, will definitely stay again.

My family and I had a great time staying here. The place was clean and tidy, we had plenty of amenities. Very close to the shops and parks so everything was walking distance. Only downside was our reserved parking spot was directly in front of a side door for the restaurant next door. Thankfully there was a public parking lot just next door so we ended up just parking there the entire trip.

My family and I stayed here for a quick 3 day getaway. We loved the quick walk to shops and short drive to Oval Beach.

Overall the condo was nice, clean, and in a great location. We had trouble getting responses to questions about the property and there were few extra amenities. Only a couple of towels, not a lot of soap, and we ran out of toilet paper in one bathroom. The security deposit, returned a week after our stay was also high. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay at this property.

We had a great time at this property. Very clean and great location! We walked to dinner and shopping and were able to explore the downtown area. So nice to be close to the water too! Would definitely rent again.

What a great location to launch from for your days roaming Saugatuck! After coming to the town for three summers, this spot is the best! Clean, comfy ... we felt content and happy being there!

The condo was in the perfect location to downtown and the water. Everything was in walking distance. Our stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very fresh and clean. The whole property was very clean and bright. Perfect for our weekend visit. Thomas was very helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely rent again.

Pros: This was a great property in a great location. Easy walking to everything. Lovely view from upstairs. Nice modern feel. Clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows were really cozy. Owner offered us early check in which was really nice. Cons: Room darkening curtains in the rooms would be welcomed. We stay at a lot of places, so I was disappointed in the lack of amenities. We almost ran out of toilet paper, and there were no extra rolls. No boxes of tissues provided. No extra toiletries. We may have been spoiled by other properties who would have baskets of snacks and water and sample size toiletries in case you forgot something. The last place we stayed at in Nashville gave us bottles of wine as well! It doesn’t take a lot of effort and just makes a difference in your overall experience. Also, the upstairs bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way which is weird.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend this location and apartment. Convenient location with spacious accommodations.

You cannot beat this location for your stay in Saugatuck. You can walk to anyplace downtown from here. The condo is over a restaurant but we never heard a sound coming from down there. The condo is on an alley so there is no street traffic in front of it. There is a free parking spot in front of the condo (parallel parking required) or there is a pay lot across the street. My complaints were few and mirrored those of previous reviewers. There were no hooks on the back doors of the bathrooms. Those would have come in handy for towels,etc. There is no bar in the closet of the second bedroom so you can't hang things up in there. We did not cook, so whatever was in the kitchen was adequate for our needs, with the exception of the fact that there is no coffee pot, only a Keurig. That really didn't work for me as I like to have a few cups every morning and we brought ground coffee with us for that purpose. Not a deal breaker, but an inconvenience. Also, the second bedroom was definitely warmer than the master and it seemed difficult to get it as cold as we would have liked. On the plus side, there is an elevator to get to the condo, which was nice, especially with luggage. The condo is beautifully decorated - looks like someone knew their way around a Home Good store. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and there were adequate towels. The WiFi was great. This condo was pricier than others that we looked at, but I felt that it was worth the money.

Modern, clean, great location. Love that a park was across the street and restaurants nearby. Only critique was that the main bedroom needed a shade or black out curtains. I would recommend it to others.

The property was great. Everything we needed. Clean, well cared for. The location was perfect. We could go and come feely as it was close to absolutely everything. We will return to the same unit in the same place . Thanks Tom
