Very clean accommodations. Very quiet apartment with lots of extras. Two Tv’s and lovely walk in shower plus tub shower also. Comfortable surroundings for just lounging also.

Beautifully decorated, clean, condo just steps from the beach and opposite a wetlands park with a walking trail. Had everything we needed. Really, nothing but good things to say about this place. Highly recommended.

The apartment is great! Literally a block from the beautiful beach and a short walk to extremely charming downtown Carpinteria. Kitchen was very well stocked (mixing bowls, Tupperware, grater, etc) and everything was so clean. Hosts were very easy to reach and responsive to questions. Would definitely stay there again! Dog friendly too :)

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Easy walk to the beach and well-furnished. A couple of minor problems were fixed immediately. We enjoyed a great weekend.

We have stayed at many VRBO’s over the years and this one is definitely our favorite. Awesome location to beautiful beach, good restaurants and cute shops. We fell in love with Carp! Our apartment was super clean, which I’ve never said about other places we’ve stayed. We loved the furnishings, art and layout and the kitchen had everything and more needed for cooking meals. The beds were totally comfortable. It was very quiet too, considering it’s an apartment building. Keyless entry was great, especially for our two teenagers and there was never an issue with parking. Mike and Elena were hospitable and available if needed. It was a wonderful spring break for our family.

Just steps to the beach and marsh trail, this was the perfect base to explore the area.

The rental was clean, one block from the beach, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had a group of 4 adults, a toddler, and dog and felt as if we had plenty of space for the week. Would rent again. Unit was very clean upon arrival, cleaning supplies were also provided. Management was wonderful.
