This was a fantastic place to stay for our group. Beds and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, glasses, servewear and cooking tools! It was so nice to have everything needed to cook nice meals.
The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Perfect way to end the night.
The area was perfect for walking to the Gondola and for getting around town and surrounding areas to hike.

The EagleRidge townhome was wonderful! The unit was very clean, had everything we needed, was very comfortable for all of us, and was in a great location! We enjoyed the private hot tub as well as the common pool and hot tub! We would love to stay here again.

House was very comfortable, but warm. Not a game changer. There were 6 adults plus 2 yo, bedrooms were spaced apart from one another & each one had a full BR! There was an extra sitting area, which was nice. Kitchen well equipped, there are lots of stairs.

This house was conveniently located with walk or shuttle service to main base. We loved the house. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking- The rooms and beds were comfy and the hot tub was the best for the end of day. Would highly recommend for a family or group!

The location was very good, not ski in, ski out but close enough to walk to the steamboat base. The shuttle to the ski area was very efficient and came about every 10 minutes or less. The kitchen was fully equipped. But, the resort was not helpful in providing an accurate description of what was in the kitchen. So, we brought more kitchen gadgets than we needed. When we had a problem with one of the overhead fans, maintenance came quickly and fixed it. Overall, the unit was clean, well appointed and as described.

Property was in a great location, clean and very nice. Queen bed on second floor has seen better days but all other beds comfy. We would absolutely stay in this unit again!

Overall a very solid place to stay. The space and quality of the furniture and amenities made our stay very enjoyable. The private hot tub; nice LR and Kitchen all worked well, including the propane gill we used one night. We had 4 adults and 4 teens and it was plenty of room and comfortable. Shuttle to slopes was fast and easy and even the garage came in handy for our skis etc.

This property had everything we needed to call it home for a few days. The kitchen was equipped with an air fryer and a crock pot and double oven. The house was very clean upon arrival. The two livings rooms was a plus too. The location was convenient and had a two car garage with ski storage.

Great location. Unit was clean and well appointed. Front lobby with complimentary cappuccino. Nice outdoor community fire pit. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were being worked on during our stay. This was not detrimental given the unit’s private hot tub. Would visit again.

A nice place to let your family spread out and have their own space and then have family time in the dining/living space. We really enjoyed the private hot tub to jump into at night. We played a few games and finished the 500 piece puzzle! Great place!

Clean and comfortable. Kitchen cookware could use updating but there was a good selection of pans, griddles, etc.

We loved this townhouse! The shuttle was amazing. The space was massive, well furnished, surplus of towels, washer/dryer, hot tub, and community pools. We had 6 people and had an extra bedroom. It was a great stay. Skiing was great. Downtown was a quick drive away and getting places was simple. 10/10 would do it again and stay again.

The home was very clean when we got there. It was a great place for multiple couples to get away into the mountains. The kitchen had nice, sharp knives with good pans. We were surprised to find an air frier there and put it to good use! My only complaint is that the hot tub was set and locked at 100 degrees, so it wasn’t very warm. Thankfully the pool and hot tub at the complex was a few hundred feet away.

This house is gorgeous, very clean and had everything we needed.
We had an issue with the dishwasher and someone came right away to fix it. Top notch service! Staff was so friendly, free shuttle service to gondola and downtown.
I travel a lot and have to say this was by far one of my best experiences!
We will be back here for sure!

The home has so much space to spread out and relax after enjoying the outdoor activities of Steamboat! Great for kids and adults - community is perfect with a great pool just behind the house and walking into the ski village is no problem! Loved our stay!

Perfect in every way for our group of 10!
This was a perfect spot and accommodations for our group of 10. The shuttle service is convenient, prompt, and courteous. The front desk was helpful too. A very short shuttle ride to the lifts. Walk to small grocery, and ski rental. The private hot tub was great! Comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

Beautiful townhome
What a great weekend up in steamboat! The property was even better in person. Plenty of space for 8 people. The kitchen was great for cooking our own meals and loved having the fireplace and private hot tub!! Short walk to the free shuttle which was a bonus too! Can’t wait to return!

Spacious & Well appointed Townhome
This townhome was great in all respects for our family stay and we enjoyed an excellent Labor Day weekend in Steamboat for the wedding of our oldest son. We would definitely stay here again and the hot tub on the deck is a very nice added bonus.

Maintenance was called as soon as they opened the morning after check in as our gas grill bottle was completely empty. I was told they would let maintenance know - 3 days there and the bottle was never changed out. We ended up buying our own new bottle and taking it home with us. If you provide a gas grill there should be gas too - or at least state on the booking that gas is not provided. Other than that a good stay.

Wonderful Stay for entire Family!
This lovely home is beautifully furnished and spacious enough for our adult children, grandchildren and the grandparents to all enjoy together time and time alone! Loved the multiple living room/family room/reading areas and the kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed a long weekend making special memories!

Great summer vacation for 10 of us!
We loved the condo, Vacassa was extremely responsive to any requests , questions or concerns we had. Location is very convenient to walk everywhere.

Fabulous stay!
Beautiful home in the heart of Steamboat! The location was perfect and everything was a short drive away. 8 of us were able to stay comfortably with plenty of space. Maintenance was quick with any issues or if we needed anything. Lots of towels and shampoo/body wash, all the basics provided. Would highly recommend!

Great Spot For A Family Vacation

This location is ideal for skiing, and they have a very convenient shuttle to drop you off at the gondola. The spacious heated garage is high enough to accommodate our SUV with a Thule box on top. There is a row of boot warmers in the garage, too! My only complaint is that the downstairs had ANTS in both bathrooms. I also found some in our bed. They provided ant traps when we called, and I hope that they can mitigate this problem before it becomes a major issue.
