The reservation process went so smoothly. with no need to contact owner. The view, location and especially how clean the house was were all great. We hope to visit again.

Nice place to stay

We only stayed here a couple of nights but the house was very comfortable for our group of four and the owner was quick with a response when contacted. We would stay here again.

We brought all our kids and grandkids to stay by lake chatuge it was amazing. There are amazing views no matter where you go even the dollar store! We were close to so many things that we all enjoyed and made the trip to helen ga as well an awesome time. The home was better than I expected and had everything we could have needed for all of us even the babies! We will definitely be returning to this area in the future! Thanks to the owner for allowing my family and I to spend 10 days enjoying your home. This is the perfect rental for anyone bringing their children for a nice family vacation!

We spent 6 weeks at Cedar Ridge (Aug/Sept 2020) and would have extended our stay by at least two more weeks if not already booked! Quiet, private neighborhood on a dead-end street (you cannot see any of the neighbors during summer months), yet so close to downtown, pickleball courts, public beach, hiking, lake access, boat/kayak/paddleboard/jet-ski rentals and restaurants. This home has plenty of room for everyone. We did not even use the terrace level until our 3rd week. Bed in master bedroom was so comfy for restful sleep! We brought our reclining loungers and set up on the front porch, along with hummingbird feeders, for constant entertainment. We even saw two fawns and a groundhog in the front yard! Wonderful vacation!

Robyn was over the top helpful with any issues and even helped with a problem I had personally to get taken care of. Property could stand some updating but was sufficient for our family as far as accommodations go. Yards needed work.

Couldnt retrieve key from box and no one came to help. I went the next morning to get the key out of the lockbox. Advertised as having WIFI and did not leading to daughters spending more out of pocket for 5 days to get data and hotspot. House had an ant issue and wasn't clean. Overall very disappointing.

The house is lovely and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. Even though it’s not listed on the description, there was a garage, they were more than accommodating and let us use it to park our motorcycles in It because the weather was a little rainy. We loved it and will absolutely book again.
