We are frequent visitors to Helen but typically grab a last minute hotel. We have been fully relying on VRBO for our summer adventures and I planned ahead and found this adorable property for a very reasonable rate. The location couldnt have been more perfect as it is a 2 minute drive to the start of downtown Helen and the Georgia Mountain Coaster. This trip was for my husband's 48th birthday and this property was perfect for our trip. We even found an extra burner for our crab boil which saved us! we did get a visit from a bear so keep trash up! Sandy was so easy to talk to and get helpful info from. Last but not least---the beds were AMAZING! my biggest qualm with any vacation home is the beds and all of the beds in this house are awesome enough I would own them :) book with Sandy and enjoy Helen

Great home in an awesomel location and a really cool vibe.

This is our second time staying here and we love the home. It is in a nice tucked away spot but is close enough to the town that it doesn’t feel like a drive to get to where you want to go. I truly enjoy staying here and can’t wait to do it again in the future!

This is a super clean and well maintained house that we thoroughly enjoyed staying at. The owner was great at communicating with us. It's also very conveniently located to downtown Helen and has a wonderful view of the mountains from the deck. I will stay there again with no hesitation.

My family of 5, all adults stayed at the townhouse for Christmas, while the other 20 members of our family had a big house 11 mins away. It was the perfect spot to be our base camp. We were able to prepare our contributions to the holiday meals, and have a space to be ready for our day. It was decorated so nice for Christmas and so festive. The accommodations were very comfortable with everything we needed. Sandy was a generous host, calling several times before we arrived to make sure we were going to be ok with travel during winter storm Elliott. She was easily available and even called to share about an event happening on Christmas Eve with her favorite local musician. We would definitely stay here again. And the view from the back deck needs to be enjoyed, so we must go back in better weather.

The proximity to all of the Christmas festivities in Helen and Cleveland was great for us. Check in was super easy and the owner was great. The house was decorated for Christmas, which was great too. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The condo was just perfect for us. The comfort level was top notch. We felt pampered and grateful! We actually looked forward to going back to the condo each day! We had some rainy downtime and made a movie marathon. It felt like home away from home. We were very pleased with the condo and the host.

Had a wonderful stay in Helen! I had been in town a month prior and loved it, so I suggested it to some friends. Loved it again! House was really nice with appreciated amenities (coffee/nice kitchen, etc) & check in was a breeze. My only advise is that if anyone in your group has any mobility issues and you’re planning to walk to town, this may not be the house for you. House is up a very long & steep hill and as a person with knee & foot issues, I found it necessary to drive to one of the public parking lots in town. Overall, we had a wonderful time and appreciated the hospitality of the homeowner and the beautiful town of Helen.

We truly enjoyed the property and its location. However, while it is conveniently located, walking from it to the main road may not be considered safe. We chose to drive down and park at the bottom of the hill.

The owners were amazing with communicating, check in, and overall helpful. The property was gorgeous and quiet, and very close to town. We had an amazing time, and will be back!

Overall it was a great stay, when booking it was a little frustrating trying to plan because the address and code to the front door were not released until the day of our trip. By that time, we were already en route to the VRBO and I had to pull over and spend time sending out the information to 5 different people. This could have been avoided if the information was given out sooner maybe a day in advance. Some of us were driving from 6 hours away and this made it difficult to get everyone on the same page because it was so last minute.

Fantastic place!

This location provided a great Helen experience. While close to Helen, it was isolated from the downtown hustle. The view from the back porch offered even more seclusion. The owner called to check on us prior to arrival, provided great check-in information, and responded to text messages. It is on our list of places to recommend and/or return to.

The property was as described. Nice quiet location with nice views. Owner went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Sandy was pleasant and easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent again. Beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were very comfortable.
