It was perfect for our two families to get together for our Christmas celebration, although about two weeks after Christmas. Plenty of room and great amenities for enjoying the outdoors and the lake views.

My elderly parents, my 27 year old Down syndrome son, my 26 year old son and his girlfriend, my husband and myself stayed for our daughter’s graduation from UA. The lake views are beautiful and relaxing. The beds are very comfortable. Good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. My mother and I enjoyed sitting on the back porch swing and watching the lake. We all agreed we wished we had time to stay a bit longer. It would be awesome for a week!

Our family stayed at this lovely home while visiting my son at Bama. The house was perfect for us! We loved the lake location with the gorgeous views, the decor inside is warm and welcoming, and the host, Ashley, responded immediately whenever I contacted her. I highly recommend this home and host!

This was a great property, not too far from campus and so peaceful. Plenty of space to feed your college students and their friends.

This property sits beautifully on a quiet cove on lake Tuscaloosa. It has enough bedrooms to fit a larger family gathering and enough space to stretch out and relax. Fire pit and cornhole were a plus. The porch swings were so relaxing! Kitchen was stocked enough for me to serve breakfast for 10:) Host is gracious and kind, available for questions.

This lake house is exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and comfortable with many amenities not included in other properties. Property manager was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here for our daughter’s graduation from UA! It had plenty of room for all of us and we would definitely choose this property again! The only thing (and it’s a minor thing) that would have made the stay slightly better is having an iron and ironing board. Otherwise, it was great!

We really enjoyed the home on the river, as it was super quiet and perfect for a guy's get-away. We stayed here and attended an Alabama football game, 15-20 minutes from Tuscaloosa. Lots of space and overall great home. We didn't spend much time there but it was perfect.

Awesome place for a couple of families with kids. Easy to get to most restaurants in Tuscaloosa. Easy access to the lake. House was very clean and had a ton of room in the kitchen, dining and living areas. Would definitely rent again!

This was the perfect location for our son's graduation from the University of Alabama. Our group of 8 had plenty of room in the immaculate, well decorated home, each of the four rooms has their own bathroom as well. The view and lake are stunning and peaceful location to enjoy! We rented a pontoon boat one day, which I highly recommend, ordered Taco Mama which was amazing, grilled in and cooked in the well stocked kitchen one night. It was a complete pleasure and not too far from campus, but an amazing retreat for all. Thank you so much.

Wonderful location on Lake Tuscaloosa with a fire pit and plenty of room for family. Downstairs is great for privacy, especially if you have a toddler in a pack & play. House was clean and well maintained along with access to washer & dryer. We especially loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. The porch is so peaceful, especially in the morning with your coffee.

Our family (grown children with babies) had to attend a wedding and while we could have chosen a hotel we went with VRBO instead. The location was perfect, the house was immaculate, and the view was more than beautiful. We loved sitting outside with the grandkids waving at all the boats and looking for fish. So much better than any hotel could offer!

Perfect in every way!

We booked this property to celebrate our son's engagement. The house, being three stories, allowed privacy and space for our guests, as two rooms are together on the middle floor, and there is one upstairs and one downstairs, all with their own bath. The elegant simplicity of an open floor plan was perfect to host a small group to celebrate. Checking in and out was simple and seamless. Ashley, the owner, responded in minutes to every question. My only regret is that we were unable to fully take advantage of the great lake setting during this time of year!

This house is perfect for a small group of friends to get away for the weekend! A group of had so much fun hanging out on the back porch and swimming off the dock! A quick 10 minute drive from the grocery store but it feels like you are completely isolated from the town.

Super easy place to rent. property manager made it incredibly easy. house was absolutely perfect for a family get away or extended stay. My 3 boys loved the fire pit, The Lake with dock right out the back. cozy bedroom up stairs. Highly recommended and worth every penny we spent. Make sure to bring smores for late night fires while playing corn hole games.

Enjoyed this beautiful place with family. Perfect setting, great swimming and deck time for family gathering.

Great View for some peace and quiet!

This property was above and beyond our expectations! It was the perfect place for us to catch up and visit for a cousins reunion. Our most used amenity(out of many) was the coffee pot and the deck overlooking the lake. The property manager was very personable and responded promptly with any communication! I can not say enough positive things about this place!! Definitely a five star for us!!!

We met our older daughter, son-in-law and 2 granddaughters in Tuscaloosa. The older granddaughter is interested in attending University of Alabama. Location was perfect. Close enough to town and campus for easy travel, but isolated on a beautiful lake in a quiet community. This house was perfect. Will definitely want to stay again.

We live in Tuscaloosa and keep a boat on the lake that we use quite often. Several of our friends have weekend houses in the 69/43 area so we wanted a place to stay as a family (my hubs and I + our two teenage daughters) for a few nights to enjoy a relaxing weekend of "lake life" i.e. dock hopping, boating, etc amongst family friends. The house was perfect! Super clean, updated decor, welcome provisions (coffee, breakfast items, champagne, etc). Large updated flat screen televisions in every room and on the deck The lot is a very short and gentle slope that allowed us to literally get from back door to boat in just a few steps. We played lots of corn hole in the back yard and the fire pit was fantastic for after dinner cocktails/smores. We invited several families over for dinner on Saturday night, kids ranging in age from 5 to 16 and NOBODY was bored! In fact, several friends asked me to send the VRBO link so they can rent it in the future. Personally, I needed an short break away from the four walls of my own home as a reminder that life is good, most people are good and I am blessed to live in America! I can't wait to rent this cabin again for another long weekend so I can invite my sister's family and my mom from S.C. to join us! It's hard to beat living in Title Town with the added bonus of a beautiful lake within a stone's throw to enjoy for an afternoon, day, overnight or until your vacay funds run out!
