There were 17 of us celebrating my dads 80th birthday. We had plenty of room for all of us and were very comfortable. The game room was wonderful for the kids and teens with us. The hot tub and fire pit were an awesome plus. The location could not be better. We never drove further than maybe 15-20 minutes for everything we wanted to do. I had a couple of suggestions for the host and she was very kind and received my suggestions well. Overall, magnificent property and host. We will be back!

I stayed at this property with 13 women and it was great. We had ample room to sleep and appreciated all the bathrooms! The kitchen was nicely equipped, we had room to park several cars, and the location was perfect for us. The host quickly responded to messages and was kind. There were a couple of things that could've been tended to as far as cleanliness, but we would definitely stay here again. My only real disappointment was that the firepit didn't have the lights up like in the pictures.

Feels very much in the woods while being 1 mile from the main road in Pigeon Forge

The location and house definitely suited our needs of a family of 17. Ages range from 10 months through 64. Close enough to necessities but far enough away to provide good privacy. 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms was awesome. The kids loved the hot tub and the pool (the adults also enjoyed the hot tub) we are very happy with our stay

This cabin fit our family of 14 just right. It was in a very peaceful location but close to Pigeon Forge main highway. We enjoyed access to the community pool. The kitchen is a bit tight when more than one person is trying to prepare a meal or clean up but it is very well equipped. Lots of dishes and glasses but needs new fry pans. The pictures on line are quite accurate. If you are choosing this cabin because of the games in the basement, you need to rethink. The pool table is so close to the wall that it inhibits play on one side. The foosball table did not have any balls and one section was broken. The ping pong table outside is not in a good place as balls easily end up down a steep hill. The table was only used a few minutes as balls easily got lost. Those were balls i brought, the cabin had none as they were probably all lost in the woods. The cabin definitely needs some updating and repairs. But our family made it all work and we had a great time.

Was a very nice roomy place. Close to everything yet far enough off the main drag to be quite and relaxing.

The house accommodated our family of seventeen. Several tables to have breakfast and dinner. One table was located in a screened in porch. The hot tub was welcoming in the evening. Pool table kept the teens active while we were there. Location was great to everything. We loved the large crockpot for our Spaghetti Sauce. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes.

Our first family vacation and this cabin was perfect for us. You are far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough to be in the middle of the husle. Host was very responsive!

Great location! Cabin is nice. One suggestion is to add a curtain near the loft twin bed to allow for privacy.

Good location, easy check in, had a issue with the gas fireplace in the living room management sent a service man to check it out said needed a part, never heard anything more. wife was disappointed.

The house and property was perfect for our group. In the hills but close to everything. We had a great time.

The house is large enough to stay 3 families. However, the house is not well maintained. Bathroom faucets downstairs hard to adjust, spiderwebs in bathroom, upstairs bathroom light didn't work well, dead ticks in screened area, and circuit kept tripping. Also we found some alive cockroaches in the house. Our kids got skin rash after stay. The outlet charger in the living room which connect to the router lost power for 2 times during our stay.

Upon checking in, there was a slight delay because the access code did not work. We made a simple phone call to the location manager and she was happy to help. She was very friendly and informative. I recommend calling her for any problems or questions. The cabin was older but in above average state. All in all we had an amazing time, it had something for everybody. The kids loved the video games and table tennis . Our favorite part was sitting around the camp fire at night. We’re already planning our trip for next year !!

Enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a wonderful vacation and the cabin was able to accommodate our entire family. We made some special memories. Some of our family even saw "Louis" the neighborhood bear. The location of the property was excellent. It was easy to access the Smokey Mountains.

The home was awesome! Plenty of room for our 13 member family. The kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub plus getting to sleep (eventually 😉) in the same bedroom! Close to several activities- hiking in the Smokies, the Aquarium, mini golf, waterfalls, Wear Family Park, and shopping! We watched a bear stroll by outside the dining room window two different times😲 Beds were comfortable - multiple choices to sleep in. One suggestion would be to add another refrigerator since we needed several coolers to store the amount of food and drink for multiple people. Stacy was quick to respond when we had any issues. Would recommend this VRBO for multiple family gatherings. Thanks for the great time at Country Oaks!

We met a few of our friends/family at this property and it was a perfect location and place for family reunions or big groups of friends. The game room and outdoor area gave enough for you to do so you would not need to leave the cabin, but its right next to the main area at pigeon forge so there’s a ton of fun things to do if you wanted to get out.

Room layout is good for being able to separate to sleep. 2 sitting areas was a huge hit. Large table so we could eat together. Only downfall was the downstairs fireplace didn’t work, that may have been as simple as the pilot light. Will rent again! Thanks!

Property was as advertised. Convenient to everything. There were 12 family members and we had plenty space and bedding. We would definitely come back. Owners easy to contact and responds quickly. Enjoyed our Christmas Vacation.

This was a great stay! Looks exactly like the photos, had a bit of a rocky start but the owner was very accommodating and flexible. Also, UBER ears and other delivery services had zero issues finding the location for anyone who reads this.

Our family felt our stay was very comfortable and clean. The cabin has a very homey feeling.

Nice and clean on the inside. Was disappointed in the cleanliness and the condition of the hot tub. The area where the hot tub is needs to be cleaned and updated along with the hot tub. The jets were broken and squirted out of the tub. This was disappointing that we did not get to use it. The ping pong paddles were broken and the pool sticks were not in good shape. Loved having the firepit!!

Very large cabin. Great place for a large family.

Will definitely rent this home again. There were some small issues we had but owners fixed them asap for us. Again absolutely great location and we absolutely loved the decks and firepit area. Another bonus was how well the kitchen was stocked with pot pans and Utensils

The cabin is beautiful and looks just as pictured. It’s in a great location, close to everything in a short drive yet so remote feeling and peaceful. We had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed the cabin and exploring the many many things to do in the area. Would definitely return!

It was a very nice cabin. Just wished the kitchen was bigger.

Great communication with the owner. The inside of the house was clean and furnished well but I was a bit disappointed with the maintenance on the outside. Leaves all over the back deck...and I realize it’s the woods/ mountains but the deck had not been blown off. Hot tub was nice but cover was pretty dirty and the outside ping pong table under the screened in porch had bird poop on it. In need of a LITTLE repair. My only other complaint would be there’s not enough space for storing food for a large party but we made it work and the house itself was great. Kind of rainy on our trip so the game room and hot tub were nice features. Quiet area. Great location. Overall a good trip.
