We stayed for your annual girls trip and had a great time. Loved having the Hot Tub and was a pretty quiet neighborhood. The pool wasn't very busy. We were also close to shopping and other St George area activities.

This house is an absolute gem in the perfect location if you want to explore Southern Utah. The house itself is very cozy and spacious and has everything you need. This house is great for multiple families and the hot tub was an added bonus for all the outdoor activities that our family did on this trip. We explored Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, and Zion, which weren’t far drives from this house. There are also numerous smaller trails very close to the house that you can enjoy. My only regret is not bringing my mountain bike or road bike because this place is like heaven for a cyclist with the beautiful scenery all around! The neighborhood this house is located at is very quiet and it has a great community pool and park for the kiddos. We will definitely be back.

Amazing home and perfect area. Host was awesome to work with and we very much appreciated the flexibility and support for our trip! The house was immense, much bigger than even the pictures portrayed and super clean! Beds were awesome, streaming services available in every room (except the pig room, but we brought an extra with us so it was no issue). Fantastic neighborhood and the location was great for everything we wanted to do and more - Zion, Snow Canyon, Grand Canyon, Quail Creek, etc. Would plan a future vacation around this property and host’s availability, no question! If we could give more than 5 stars we absolutely would.

We had a wonderful vacation, the house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and all of our questions were answered immediately. No complaints at all and hopefully we will be back soon.

The house was clean and check in was very easy. Everything we needed was there. Enjoyed the hot tub as well.

Our family, three generations, stayed four nights. Registration and payment was easy. The house was clean and spacious. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. We had fun hiding the two little gnomes and letting the kids hunt for them. The kitchen is amazing with every appliance and tool you could hope for. Jeff was easy to contact and very helpful. Loved this house and would stay here again!

Great property with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Cigarette butts left all over front and backyard but otherwise no complaints. Would recommend the space and would book again!

We had a great time at Jeff's! The location was excellent -- 2 minutes to a park, 5 minutes from Walmart, and 5 minutes from I-15. The shared pool & hot tub and private hot tub were great. Plenty of rooms and sleeping options. It was great!

It was perfect, had plenty of room and enjoyed our time together. The Christmas decorations were a wonderful touch as well. Great area and close to everything. We loved it!

We loved all the space, and abundance of bathrooms. Having extra frig and freezer space worked out great as well. The accommodations inside and out made for a really nice stay.

Home is nice and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and patio area. We never got over to the pool area, but it’s just a short walk from the house. It worked well for our purposes and gave us a place to all stay together.

The house was beautiful and everyone had a place to sleep. We spent time at the pool and playing games around the dining room table. Only bad part was the hot tub was really dirty and smelled like urine. It is supposed to be cleaned on Mondays but it wasn't. We called the property manager and they sent someone out to clean it. We only got to use it one night of our trip.

Very close to everything

The location provides great access to a diversity of recreational opportunities in the St. George area. We loved the house--everything was perfect. We went with a group of adult extended family members and found the layout of the house to be a great place to reconnect.

We stayed at "Do Drop Inn" for our late Christmas get together. The home was perfect for us. Three families, with two children each all under 6 years of age. The location was perfect, and the home is beautiful! Might even copy this floorplan when we build our next hime!
