Great location with access to the Ritz-Carlton

Enjoyed our stay! Will return.

Overall room as in pictures and room was clean. Pros: Games in the room and a few toys helped us enjoy our stay. It was very nice having a pack and play and seat for toddler to eat at. Nice bath towels. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler worked well as did renting from Sunsetters. Cons: Balcony furniture very worn down and not the most comfortable. Pool towels are very thin and would recommend bringing extras (we had 7 people and actually went and bought two extra pool towels). Pool deck was not cleaned and had what appeared to be chocolate on it the whole week and one elevator was down for over 5 days (these are reflections of the property though and not the specific unit). Overall we had a nice time though and had a nice family vacation in this unit.

Great stay with our 2 adult children. View from balcony to ocean could not be beat. Beds were very comfortable, and It was very nice having a bath for each bedroom. Also very nice having beach chairs, umbrella and towels for use. The Kitchen was well stocked except for wine glasses…plenty of drink glasses but only two stemmed wine glasses. The only disappointment was not being able to book a tee time at the Amelia Island golf club as we had hoped. The rental information states that guest of Ric Domnitz get a discount when booking a golf round. However, when we tried doing so, we were told he is an inactive member so we could not play there. We were able to play Amelia River Golf Club though which was great. Had a wonderful stay.

Everything was amazing.

We always try to go to a different beach this year and chose this over Destin because we were able to drive. We were very happy with the condo, the beds were comfy and the view was amazing. The weather wasn't the best in the evenings which limited our outdoor activities a couple of times but we did have a great time. We loved the beach, not crowded at all and the sunsets were amazing. We would definitely visit AI again, very relaxed time which we needed. Scott & Teresa McCarthy

Right next door to the Ritz at a fraction of the price. Beautiful unit, perfect location, exceptional management. Amelia Island used to be a well-kept secret... Not anymore. But Ocean Place is still a place to enjoy the pure beauty of AI without the frat-party crowd that's overtaken other sections of the beach. I will definitely return.

Just enjoyed a great family trip. Loved the property, the view and overall location. (Being right by the Ritz, in particular was great.) Also, Michelle was very responsive on everything.

This unit is the best in Ocean Place! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is very well-equipped, furniture was great for family visits. Our host was always accessible and helpful.

I worked through Michelle to book several condos for work colleagues and their families to enjoy while my colleagues attended a conference hosted annually at the Ritz. My colleague was very pleased with the condo and I can't say enough good things about working with Michelle. She was so easy to work with that I booked for my colleagues’ trip next year before they departed this year! You will not regret booking with Michelle.

Beautiful Ocean Place condo with a balcony that afforded views of both sunrises and sunsets. It was nicely appointed and clean. We had a great time there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit is clean and roomy, and well stocked with everything you need to make it home. We loved the balcony and views of the beach. Also, the proximity to the Ritz Carlton is incredibly convenient, as my wife was attending a conference there and walked next door in under 5 minutes. Overall, a great stay for a family vacation. Highly recommend!

Stayed for a golf getaway and was a perfect location and Michelle was extremely responsive and helpful.

Great condo and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I will say, the TV, was our biggest complaint (which was referenced in the info we received). The AT&T U-verse is extremely difficult and the master bedroom TV went out mid-week. Not a huge deal for us but could be for other families - especially with younger children. Overall, great condo and visit!

Ocean Place Unit 61 was incredible! It had amazing views of the ocean and perfect for those early mornings while sitting and drinking a cup of coffee. The evenings were great too while chatting and drinking wine. Michelle was the manager and she always kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. This was truly appreciated. We will definitley be going back to visit Amelia Island and this unit.

Great property & location to the beach & next door to the Ritz. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Condo is well furnished and the kitchen is nicely equipped; however, it was not as clean as advertised. Bathrooms need a deep clean. Wifi coverage needs to be expanded. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

This was a very nice condo that was well maintained and well stocked with all the necessary kitchen ware.

We have stayed at Ocean Place many times in the past, and this condo was perfect for our family trip. This unit provided a lot of room for everyone, and the view is stunning. Watching sunrise on the balcony is spectacular!!! It has a very large master bedroom with huge walk-in closet, perfect for hiding luggage, etc. The second bedroom, with ensuite bath, also has large walk-in closet. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pans, etc. The balcony provides an array of seating and dining options including bar height stools for an unobstructed view of the beach. Would highly recommend this condo.
