I stayed here over Thanksgiving. It was the definition of cozy and peaceful… the inside is simply adorable. It exceeded my expectations! One thing to note is that the fridge doesn’t have a freezer… which didn’t damper my stay by any means it just meant I had to throw out some ice cream I bought at the store haha. Lovely place in a very quiet neighborhood… I would recommend this spot to anyone for a quiet getaway.

Lake access was my main requirements and this property meets the need for small to medium sized boats. We stayed in july twice and the seasonal water was sufficient for my 17ftbass boat... will stay again. Hard to beat for the price point.

Even better than pics can describe! Cabin was neat and clean. Beds so comfortable! All you would ever need in a small space and so carefully thought out. Floating dock, kayaking on smith lake, sunbathing, fishing, and mucho relaxation! We will be back again and again. Host is gracious communicator.

Such a delightful little home. Everything was just right. My two daughters and I stayed here while trialing some new ponies at a barn nearby. We enjoyed the kayaking, and just hanging out in the house when we weren’t in the saddle. Such a beautiful and peaceful lake. We will definitely be back!

I had the rare privilege of spending a few days with my daughter (16) and son (8). I work in IT and though the lack of internet access may seem like it belongs on the con list, a few days with my babies with no computers, no video games, YouTube, Netflix, etc is something I wouldn't trade for the world. We left with peaceful, quiet minds and full hearts.

Very peaceful and quiet. We greatly enjoyed our stay. I would only just check with the owner to make sure the water is high enough so that there is water at the dock. The water was a little low so there was no water directly on the property at the dock to launch our kayaks and fish.... However their is a neighborhood launch right around the corner and the water is high enough there. That is the only thing we would say double check if you are wanting water right outside your door. Other than that everything else was perfect. Very cute and cozy.

My son and I had a great time. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We plan to visit again in the spring/summer when the lake water is higher.

The tiny house was better, more fun than we expected and quite cute. But the star was the woods surrounding the house. Charming setting for just sitting or taking a walk.

The cabin is way smaller than we imagined. The dishes were not really clean. The water is extremely low on the lake. This makes it impossible to utilize the dock. It is very difficult to tow a boat on the rough roads and almost impossible to back into the shed for storage. There is no boat ramp.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. A small space to spend with my family. Everything set up well with fire pit, bbq, water access and peaceful quiet. We brought our boat and had a great week at the lake and cabin. Dorothy even helped me get boat in water. Overall it’s a wonderful place to get away and enjoy family, lake, and simple living in a tiny cabin.

Great little place for the people whos budget still matters. Really quiet area was a nice place to unwind and unplug from the daily and weekly grind...had everything you'll need and some things you dont expect... thank you.

Loving Cabin, all the amenities and very peaceful. Went to some of the local spots to eat, all very good. Went out on the lake for the day and had a blast. Highly recommend!

Great property, perfect for one person. Enjoyed the shed to park my boat under at night. Only suggestion would be a new bbq grill, other than that perfect!

May be small in size but has big character! It was the perfect size for the two of us! It’s at the end of the waterway so it is very private. The yard is big and the deck by the water is nice, but the floating deck is even better! Also had a shed for parking in or parking your boat in, and another shed you can lock up your jet skis etc. These owners truly thought of everything!

Had a great time here.. only negative point was no TV service.. my husband & I like to wind down at nite watching a little Tv but no channels came in.. other than that our stay was perfect!! Cabin is cute & cozy!!

The whole experience was great, from renting through the app, the property owner and their preparation and checking, through enjoying the stay with the forefinger, hanging out on the dock, snuggling in the cabin, enjoying the area, cooking on the grill - we didn't want to leave this slice of heaven!
