Beautiful condo, close to amenities. Pool was very clean. On site Country Club restaurant offers quite a variety of foods and beverages.

Our friends joined us for a relaxing week of playing games, going out to eat, and visiting. Having lunch by the lake, going to wonderful area restaurant, playing cards and relaxing was our agenda. The condo is perfect for 2 couples, with the king on-suites and commons areaa. The back screened patio was so inviting and peaceful for morning coffee. We would stay again!

My husband and I loved our stay in Anna‘s condo. Great location, cute decor, super comfy beds. We enjoyed the screened-in porch and green space behind the condo. Pictures of the unit are an accurate reflection of what you’ll find. Anna is wonderful to work with!!! The condo was surface clean but could use a deep cleaning. We so enjoyed our stay that we have already rebooked for next year!

Hi Ann. Overall it was nice. The toilet still runs and the storm and winds we had knock some of the porch screen off. I will say the noise from people upstairs was terrible. I could hear people walking across the floor people talking etc. seems to be no ceiling insulation. But over all nice. Thank you for working with me

Enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and taking walks with my dog in the neighborhood. Easy in and out thru the manned gate entrance. Felt very safe the entire time.

I spent a long week-end with my twins, one of which has stage 4 Cancer. Anna, the hostess, was available & quick to reply to texts and emails. The pools and hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed the screened-in back porch as a great place to just sit and talk. The comfy living room furniture made for a wonderful place to sit and watch a movie or just visit. We watched/dried our clothes at the end of our stay and returned home with no laundry to wash. The gated community offered a feeling of security. Thank you, Anna!

Getting thru the security process should be evaluated by owners of property in April Sound!
Right now, you are vetted every single time you go thru the gate; not a timely fashion.
Guards are rude! I waited in a line w/5 cars ahead of me. When I got to the front, guard asked that I go around & get back in line as he couldn’t find the list my name was on….this happened twice in one day!!!
Every time we left the property it would take a minimum of 20 minutes to get back through the gate.
This us definitely a detriment in every going back!
Sad for the oweners as I rented 5 condos for family reunion and all the condos were wonderful, once we got to them!!

My wife and I stay a few days (2). We initially selected the place because of it is close to our family’s home. However, not only was the room close, it was clean, comfortable and just a plain wonderful to stay. We’ll definitely return

Anna was so good about replying promptly and was lovely to work with. The condo was perfectly located for visiting our family in various areas of Conroe and Willis. The pool area has just reopened and is gorgeous. Husband played golf, I enjoyed the pool, doesn't get much better than that! The screened in back porch was one of our favorite things about the condo, if you know Texas, you know the value of a screened porch! We'll definitely rebook next time we're in town.

Cozy two bedroom, two bath (master has en suite) first floor condo. [Several steps from two parking spaces to front landing]. Screened Florida Room. Feels like home with upgraded appliances, furnishings and amenities throughout. Easy walk to Country Club, gym & Pool. Host is super responsive and welcoming.

Condo in a nice area with plenty of options to do around with the family. Located in gated community which was easy to get in gate, nice to see security ask questions and confirm name prior to allowing access to neighborhood.

No hot water at showers…only slightly warm

Cozy condo
It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities needed. Comfortable bed and good shower. Located near the club, pool and golf course and just steps from the lakefront which was awesome. The only negative was the walls are VERY thin and have noise from above and side neighbors. Were awakened every morning at 5:00am which was not ideal.
