8 adults and 2 under 2 slept comfortably in the cabin, its in a great location, you can sneak in the back way to gatlinburg and avoid having to deal with traffic on the parkway. Views were great would definitely stay again.

This was my fiancé’s second time staying in this cabin and he says it is the best!! He had an amazing time.

The description was inaccurate. The basement bed was listed as a king but it was a queen. The fire pit provided scorched the deck. Very dangerous. We could have had a fire. The basement toilet was plugged on arrival. Called for assistance. Took over 24 hours to respond. We had finally found a plunger and took care of the issue on our own. There was no manual provided to assist with the TV or check out process. The hot tub did not maintain its temperature and the water was cloudy. After using the shower in the master bedroom, the shower drain leaked into the kitchen ceiling and the light fixtures. When this was reported, the property manager wanted to know if we overflowed the bathtub??🙄. We never even used the tub. She asked for pictures. Pictures would not show the huge wet spot on the ceiling or the dirty water all over the kitchen island, floor and light fixtures. The coffeemaker leaked all over the table And floor. We called about the leak as soon as we could the next morning but no one ever came. We checked out at 10 am and the place was rented that day at 4. I feel sorry for the next guests as they will have to deal with this on their spring break even though the owner and property manager knew of the issue. When you spend this much money on a rental, you expect better! We have rented cabins numerous times but have NEVER had this many issues. Would never rent from this owner again.

We visited this property to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and were drawn to the advertised amenities. When we arrived, none of the key amenities worked. The hot tub would not heat up throughout the entire stay and the fire pit was missing parts, and the owner replaced it with one that was not usable. Needless to say, my children were very disappointed. The worst part was dealing with the property manager who said she’d work on a partial refund after we left the property early, but she never kept her word and just stopped communicating. Not a good experience at all.

I cannot say enough about the great time our friends and I had. A bear was right below the deck and it is very easy to get to with a taxi. Thank you for a great memory.

Place was incredible. Typically not a fan of VRBO but was pleasantly surprised. About 15 min drive to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Incredible views and very nice deck. The entire cabin was brand new. Honestly, the host should look for professional photos to be taken because the pictures do not do justice. Highly recommend to anyone! Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the cabin and the beautiful views; we did have a maintenance issue with the shower but the property manager was on top of it! We loved having balconies on each level and outside the bedrooms; we had views from every angle. Bears came out daily in the clearing below the house and were even around our cars each day. Plenty of parking also helps when you have several families. The bedrooms are also much larger than they appear in the photos. We will be back!

Cabin was beautiful. Very spacious for entire family to spread out and not feel cramped. Hotub worked great! Cabin is located high on mountain so I would suggest to go prepared so you dont have to make the trip on the windy roads if not necessary. Property manager was very accesible for any question we had. Overall we had a great family vacation and will definitely visit again.

This cabin is beautiful with great views. It offered everything we needed for our family vacation. The only complaint would be the water temperature. The showers were luke-warm, at best. The fireplace on the back porch was nice to gather around on the cold nights. Having a grill was also very convenient.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful and just as listed. The views are breathtaking. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We utilized the hot tub, the fire pit, and the decks. We saw bears on two of the days. Highly reccommend this place.

Absolutely amazing cabin. Roomy, beautiful deck with plenty of seating. The views were breathtaking. Close to all the attractions. The only thing I would point out is that all access to the bedrooms require climbing stairs in case someone struggles with that. But it was fabulous and we all hated to leave.

Excellent home stay.

The reservation and payment process were very efficient and user friendly. The cabin was as described and pictures depicted it clearly. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t get access even 1/2 hour early (after cleaners were finished) without having to pay a fee. One other thing is the outdoor decorative lights around deck never came on but seemed to be on timer. We also would suggest providing a couple of spare rolls of toilet paper and bars of soap. All in all, beautiful cabin and views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Everything was very nice and clean. The deck had a beautiful view. We enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Only suggestion would be bring some toilet paper because they only give you one per bathroom.

The stay was everything we hoped for,

The cabin was exactly as described in the Ad. Small issues we had, no toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags(only the one in the trash can when we arrived). Bigger issues, We had 4 couples staying here for our wedding weekend. The downstairs AC was completely out not working. One couple slept in near 77 degree temps, with the windows open. The first night was an early night for us due to wedding activities Friday morning. Friday night, the hot tub would not power on (very disappointed). Spoke to host on both the AC and hot tub issues, said a handyman would be contacted, never received any more info. Very disappointed to have adult couples not be able to enjoy the night without relaxation. All in all, 3 out of 5 stars, if the handyman could’ve verified a bigger problem, at least an attempt was made. Cabin for itself, great place. Very nice, well built, very nice interior. Very clean, plenty of room for 4 couples.

The property was perfect. We had 8 adults and baby. The property for the bill perfectly. A big plus as some as we got in and unpacked, a mama bear and four cubes were behind the unit playing….and it was very safe watching from the deck.

Floors have not been mopped in a while, they were very dirty. There were very few towels in the house for 6 adults and 2 small kids. They’re were also large black carpenter ants inside the house. The comforter downstairs on the bed was unclean. For what I paid for this cabin, I expected it to at least be clean.

We enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg. The cabin blew our minds and made our vacation even more enjoyable. It’s perfect! We saw bears daily which was amazing. Everything about this cabin was perfect. *side note, it took us several days to locate the silverware. It’s in a hidden drawer right of the sink with the plates ( the drawer is above the plates). We found it by reading the guest book lol

We had a wonderful time and the home was very nice, except floors were not washed in kitchen as our toddler had black hands and knees from crawling on floor. Disappointed that management never fixed master shower so it could be used for the whole week and did not expect to have to purchase soap, TP, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwashing soap. Bears outside were fun to see until they broke the garage can and garbage needed to be picked up. Management could not provide metal cans.

A short drive to both downtown Gatlinburg and Smokey Mountain National Park, we were able to explore everything we wanted from this location. The house itself was nice- clean at check in. The communication with owner was DISMAL. A text with check in instructions was the only communication we had with her throughout the stay. The hot tub was FREEZING at check in and we couldn't use it until the second day. At that point, it was warm but not hot (around 90 degrees). We did not get to enjoy the hot tub for as many days as we had expected. We've stayed at many properties with hot tubs and it has never been an issue.

Its been nothing but awesome experience. We love to visit again. Just the views from balcony are more than enough. Thanks

The cabin was very nice. We didn’t have good luck getting the hot tub to get hot. They should really turn it on before people check in. It was 60 degrees. Other than that the stay was wonderful .
