When I checked out, I was told the receipt would be emailed to me because the printer was not working properly. But the receipt was not sent until I called to urge them to do so.

Room was very good sized and clean. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows to choose from. Shower has wash, shampoo & conditioner available and sink area separate from shower has hand soap & lotion available. Liked the mini kitchenette with full size fridge & stove top.

Clean, breakfast was great, loved that they had fresh fruit. the shower pressure was great, had hot water, the rooms were so spacious

that they didn’t have the options to get fountain drinks 24/7.

1) horrible horrible receptionist and check in staff!!! - the receptionist was extremely rude -, she was uninterested in finding a resolution to the problem that arose when the person who had made the booking didn’t have an ID. - identity could be verified in other ways but she was not willing to engage in logical thinking or attempt to act as though she worked in customer service. - she told us to leave! even though we had paid in full. Clearly uninterested in resolving a problem. - She really should be fired. - At the very least, staff who literally have zero ability handling customers in a professional and polite manner should be delegated to behind the scenes duties. - Because of her treatment we will never return. 2) terrible breakfast staff!! - the lady who acted as though she was the manager in the restaurant area, kept blocking areas in the dining area from being used, mainly cause she didn’t want to clean it up. Again, lacking in customer service skills! - She also kept yelling out the count down to the guests, so they would know how much time they had until she would close things down. -“ You’ll got five minutes! Not a Minute longer!” - She made us all feel like we were back at a high school canteen, rather than at a hotel that we were paying guests. - She also stood around the fruit section, either telling people which spoons to use for which fruit, or literally grabbing spoons out of guests hands, because “You can NOT mix the spoons honey! You are causing cross contamination. One spoon- one fruit. People have allergies! “ - This was from using one and the same spoon to scoop blue berries and pineapple, and strawberries. - Again, she treated us like we were kids in a school canteen! Ridiculous! She was on such a power trip! I do NOT recommend this place mainly because there are too many staff working there who are so lacking in customer service, that it will guaranteed affect your stay.

Wonderful facility, comfortable and clean

I asked to have my receipt emailed to me and I slowly spelled my email to the staff, I still have not received it. This is an issue for me as I have had several times w other booking facilities where I gage charges I shouldn’t have and my email was vital in fixing the charges.
