Love everything about it

This house is amazing! Our family loved the multiple sleeping arrangements. The third floor with the balcony and wet bar was a favorite of ours. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The outdoor living with the bbq pit and sliding glass doors that open up to extend the openness of the house was perfect. You cross the street and literally the ocean is right there. Short 10 minute walk to Oceanside pier. It was great!!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The views from the balcony were beautiful and the home was equipped with anything you need. My daughter loved it and wants to return asap 😅

This was our normal Family Holiday outing and we had a few different places picked out. Hands down this home was the winner. Great location, house was furnished very well and owner communication was great. They were very responsive to any queations. One thing that we all commented about was how well the home was built; fit and finish was outstanding. High-end everything. This will stay in our favorites and be top of the list for our next visit to Oceanside.

This was a great place to stay for our group of 8 adults, 1 teen, 2 children and 1 infant. The beach was just a short walk away ,the toys provided for the kids were perfect, and the house layout was the best. All towels and linens were new and clean. Great food and stores nearby. Thank you to the managers for making check-out and check-in so easy. My only recommendation would be to have and extra set of linens for the beds, and to check out the dishwasher. We could never get it to clean properly. Otherwise, all was excellent!

Home was exactly as shown in pictures. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. We enjoyed Lego Land with grandkids. Would highly recommend this home.

Plenty of room and incredibly comfortable furnishings and amenities in this three story beach house. Our entire family and multiple friends of our 18+ teenage kids stayed a week and loved every minute of it. Close to great beachs and lots of food options…and the property manager was incredibly easy to work with. Fabulous experience!

Everything the reviews say are true. Nice location and lovely home with everything you could want. The kitchen is beautifully well equipped and the beds were great. 10 minutes pleasant walk to great coffee and some nice restaurants and shops. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Really nice property with very well equipped kitchen. Close to all the action. Fan/ceiling light in the twin bed room did not work but we used one of the box fans provided so it was ok. The towel and was cloth situation was kinda tight but again...we managed.

The property was large, new and well equipped. Close to the beach and stores / restaurants. The heated outdoor shower was a nice touch to clean off the kids.

Hosted a family retreat at this beautiful house. This beach house has it all. Plenty of room for 10-12 people. Multiple decks and indoor/outdoor living spaces. The location is great. Easy walks to restaurants, breweries and shopping. The top floor is a perfect spot to watch the sunsets. The host made the rental process very easy. I would recommend this spot for large groups and families.

OMG, I can't say enough about this house. My wife and kids were blown away after our long trip in to Oceanside. When we arrived it was dark, but still easy to access both the front door and garage in the back. We entered and saw the beautiful first floor. Full sliding door that opens to the front and back patio. The fireplace was frequent gathering place for our movies and games we played. The kitchen and dining area was great and fully accommodated our crew. The 2nd and 3rd floor rooms and set up were perfect. We loved the balcony off the master and the 3rd floor with the fireplace was awesome. And the views from both the 2nd and 3rd floor was beautiful, ocean in every direction. We were close to the beach, less than a block walking distance, down the steps and ocean front. It was a short 5 min drive down the coast to beach access, but you could walk if you wanted to. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. 'All in All, this was the best vacation rental we have stayed in and we will definitely be looking to book again in the near future.

This trip was a reward for our Girl Scout troop for money earned during cookie sales the last couple years. After several events and camping trips cancelled, this proved to be well worth the wait! We were way overdue! Perfect getaway for a somewhat local vacation for us. We drove up from San Diego. The Sandy Fox Beach house met all expectations and more. We cooked dinner the first night and kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. All was very clean and well kept. Beds were super comfortable! Very spacious house too. Girls took advantage of hanging out on the top level patio and we all enjoyed watching the sunset from there. It was a bonus that weather was PERFECT! Great neighborhood, close to everything. We walked to the pier, then downtown for the Dia DelosMuertos festival. It wasn’t more than a 15 minute walk to get down there. Many food options and shopping close by. Our stay this weekend was worth every penny. We would love to come back again with our families!

Absolutely loved this property! Very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, amazing ocean views from one of the second floor bedrooms and the third floor suite. This rental was absolutely perfect for our party of five adults and one toddler. Everything we needed and more. The two-car garage was a huge plus. Also really nice to have all the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Would 100% recommend. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
