Great corner unit condo with north eastern views of the sunrise from the master bedroom and great balcony views of the sun setting over the water. There was space for 6 people comfortably and Netflix available. We spent our mornings on the beach and afternoons by the pool. The team at iTrip was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. Please make sure your clothing or towels do not have excessive sand, as it will clog the washer. Upon arrival we wanted to wash our travel clothes and found the washer clogged along with beach towels from the unit inside it. The team sent a technician and he was able to sort out the problem, unclogged the drain and motor of sand.
Take care of this place as if it was your own.
We will definitely come back.

We had a great stay and enjoyed every minute of it. We will definitely be back; our kids have already asked for this trip to be yearly!

Overall we had a great time at this condo. Extremely clean and the views are incredible for sunset. We were able to walk to the local restaurants and it is a short drive to Johns Pass. Would stay here again!

Nice place. Property and grounds are well kept. Easy parking and the area felt safe. A bit of a walk out to the beach, but it’s nice. We didn’t think the beds were super comfortable, but everyone has their own opinions on that type of thing, I’m sure some people would say they are great. I thought the pillows were really nice though. I would have loved a comfortable chair on the balcony to sit on, but none of the units had anything like that so there may a rule with the HOA stipulating what they can have out there. I did like how the outdoor dining set was tall so you could see over the railing while sitting there. Just some added info, the ice maker must not be hooked to water because it never worked, so if you need ice for drinks, be sure to buy some. Also if you need fan noise to sleep, bring it with you. Overall, nice stay.

Great view overlooking beach and ocean! Walkable to John’s Pass. Clean however bathrooms could use some cosmetic work. Would stay again.

The condo is a little dated but overall a very nice place to stay. Loved the beach view and having laundry and 2 bathrooms were very nice too. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Loved having ping pong, shuffleboard and bags a available for our teenager and the heated pool was never very busy. Great location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Safe area and we love the sunsets from the balcony too. Property managers were very quick to respond. We will be back.

Property was a little dated, but the gulf view was amazing, it was quiet and had the necessities we needed. Loved that they included laundry pods too. Very walkable area and the heated pool was never busy. We will stay again. Great communication by the property managers too.

This is a great property to stay at with everything just as described. The towels and soap are not replenished but we had enough. Two kinds of coffee makers a cuisinart (that takes k cups) and a pot (like a Mr. Coffee Maker) for more coffee. There were coolers and beach chairs and an umbrella that had been left by other guests (so they are not guaranteed to be there). The pool is heated and a little on the small side but most times we were the only 2 in the pool (we stayed mid October). The pool is shallow 4 1/2 feet at its deepest so it is not a diving or lap pool but great to float in and/or cool off. We had a car but it is close to many restaurants or they are just a short walk away. Will definitely be staying here again

Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beachfront with an excellent 5th floor view of beach and surrounding area! Plenty to do in Treasure Island!!!! Lots of eateries and nightlife entertainment at local pubs and hangouts!!
We all had a great time!!! Weather was nice and warm with just a bit of rain. Ran into an issue with refrigerator which was addressed quickly and compensated with dinner cruise tickets!!! Thank you everyone for a great time!!!

We had a great time at South Beach Condo.
Overlooked the Gulf of Mexico.
Close to restaurants, used chairs and beach umbrella that they had in room, pool was open from 8am-11pm. Room was clean and had everything you would need. Would definitely come back again!

The condo was spacious and well equipped for a family of 4. The location is great and is in walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants op and is directly located on the beach front. Unfortunately our stay was interrupted by hurricane Idalia and we had to every late after only 24 hours there. The management company gave kept us updated about the evacuation and thankfully we were able to return for the final 2 nights of our booking. Without us asking, they refunded us quickly for the 3 nights that we were unable to stay there because of the mandatory evacuation Order. Treasure island is beautiful and thankfully was not badly affected by the hurricane.

Being on the 5th floor, the view was beautiful! Plenty of room for 6 of us and always nice to have a kitchen to prepare meals. The elevator was timely. Plenty of parking space. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautiful, pool was warm with plenty of chairs and lounges. The unit doesn’t guarantee it, but there were several beach chairs and an umbrella left behind for use. Outdoor shower to rinse sandy feet. The other guests were friendly and quiet. The sunsets are amazing. We loved our stay here!

Enjoyed 3 days here with my daughter. Very nice place. We enjoyed the beach every day. Construction going on property next door (building) which at times was very loud, but we made the best of it. Would stay again.

This was a very nice clean place. The balcony was great. Sat out in the morning with our coffee and saw dolphins in the water! The sunsets are amazing on the Gulf. The location is perfect.

The location and views were great and the unit was clean. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. The pool temperature was like bath water. Would absolutely stay here again. The only negative was that they are building a new condo complex next door so it was very noisy during business hours. We spent most of the day on the beach, so it only affected our mornings. Don't be fooled by the poor choice of exterior building color. This is a great property to stay at!

The condo was clean, but had a worn look. It was stocked with everything that was needed. There were a few maintenance issues that were brought to the attention of the rental company. The grounds were very pretty and well landscaped and probably the best along the walkway. The location of the building was very good, but there was construction noise next door from a condo building being built. Oddly, there was no headboard on the master bed, the bed was just pressed along the wall.

The condo was clean and the location was great. The beach was great too. There are lots of local restaurants. My only complaint would be that the master bed was very uncomfortable. My sons said the guest beds were good, though. Overall I highly recommend. We would stay again.

We loved the location, being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views or a short walk to the beach and lounge in the sun (we saw dolphins!) The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay including beach chairs and umbrella’s. Hope to come back again.

This treasure Island location was an excellent vacation getaway. The property was clean, provided lots of amenities and was conveniently located near lots of beach entertainment and dining. Only drawback was the construction project next door which was somewhat noisy from early morning till about 3:00pm each day. All in all a good beach vacation.

Excellent location, walkable to restaurants, grocery and more. Large balcony with gorgeous views of the ocean. The condo was well equipped and had many extras for fun on the beach. We arrived a little early but had no problem checking in our room. Communication with owner was excellent although limited because it wasn’t needed. Our condo was perfectly as described. Definitely would love to return. Thank you for everything!

Everything was exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the black out curtains were a welcomed bonus. The view - the view was ridiculous! Treasure Island is by far my now favorite beach of the Clearwater/St Pete area. Loved walking to Waffle House every morning for breakfast. The overall property was awesome - quick elevators, clean, nice poolside restrooms, nice pool area and the “yard” with the hammocks and grass. The walk to the beach is long but well worth it.

Exactly what we needed for my father's final beach stay. he's quite on in years and the view and closeness to everything we remembered as kids is right there. Made for a great little time i'm sure he'll take with him.

Great time at the property, amazing view, beds really comfortable, construction next door on large scale which woke us up most mornings but luckily was finished by mid afternoon. Would love to stay again, once that is finished.
