Wonderful. Loved the inside. Everything was nice and neat. Wife loved the deck. The fishing wasn't bad either. Location was perfect. My wife wants to come back soon and so do I. Thanks 👍👍

Beautiful and comfortable cabin. Quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommend. Be aware that county road leading to cabin is a bit dicey.

We had a great short trip. The only issue was being unsure when we arrive to the dirt road if we were in the right location. The dirt road looked like a dead end. We finally decided to go forward and then could see the road continued down to the lake. We would recommend this look spot to others. We needed a day away from cell phones and email so no Wi-Fi was fine with us. Plus the view from the deck was perfect.

This was a quiet stay. No one else around. We went during the week so typically less crowded anyway. Loved the old/new cabin feel. Swimming was great. No boaters to contend with. Had planned to eat out at least once but ended up getting everything we needed at Publix in Cullman.

Cozy little cottage, not close to much so it’s perfect if you want to Get away! Very rustic and woodsy! Like camping off the beaten path, but with all of the comforts! Beautiful lake! It feels like living in a tree house.

This is a great small home! It has everything you need for cooking and mixing. The patio has a great view and we enjoyed our stay! Not far from the Lakeshore marina by car or boat. The driveway is a little steep but if you know how to drive then you’ll be fine. I suggest bringing some dvds or cds if you are there on a rainy day and I suggest some games. We were stuck there on a rainy day and brought our own games which helped. We will be back! My father in law and son drove 4.5 hours to the house and they said they loved it. The bed on the main floor is cozy and perfect! Love this house!

Wonderful vacation and very relaxing!

We had a great weekend overall. The worst part was the driveway and no warning for how bad the driveway/washed out road is if bringing a boat. The communication about the non service was great and good to know before hand. The house itsself and the boat dock in the water was great. House was adorable and cozy. The only and main issue we had was the drive to the house. We brought our ski boat and were not warned at how terrible the drive to the house was. The road is washing out to get down the hill to the house so it was more than difficult to get down with a ski boat. Our boat scrubbed the ground where the wash outs were. Thankfully we were in a F250 to pull it down/up. There was no warning about the drive. My mom was in a SUV Infiniti and she spun tires trying to leave because the road was so bad and also basically went "mud riding" in her car. Over all the house was great but highly suggest bringing F250 and not bringing a boat down the hill.

Wonderful little A-frame cabin in a secluded location at the lake. Really nice deck and floating dock to enjoy the lake. Property has everything you need for a few days of solitude.

Could use some upgrades but still a very cute place! Not worth the price though!

The A Frame is perfect for a couple. This was our second stay at this property, and although there were some weather related issues (4 degree temps), the owner was more than accommodating.

The A frame is small but very efficient. Steps to upstairs are narrow and steep for a 77 year old, but I managed. Kitchen is nicely equipped. Deck and dock were where we spent most of our time. Neighbors all around, but we seemed to be the only ones there! Loved watching the hummingbirds feed. Driveway turnaround was a challenge for the long bed pickup truck of my daughter. The SUV did fine. Goggle Maps gave us wrong directions for one turn, so took us longer than expected to get there. I'm glad I had used another app and written my own directions using map.

The A Frame house is in the perfect spot on the lake. The only problem we really had was ants all over the inside of house

Adorable little cabin in the woods with a gorgeous view of the lake. Be prepared for spotty cell service and no Wifi. Awesome weekend get away. Host is VERY quick to communicate.

This was a great get away for me and my wife. Secluded on the lake with a great view of boats passing. The A frame was perfect for us to have a few days of rest and relaxation. We plan to visit again

Really enjoyed our stay here. Cabin is small but efficient. Really enjoyed the deck with such a beautiful view and fishing from the private dock. Cabin is equipped with everything you need. Enjoyed eating at Chef Troy’s a couple of times. Would definitely consider making a return trip. Excellent communication with owner.

Very relaxing place

This was a great place to spend a weekend away.

My husband and I both have bad knees so it was very nice that we could back right up to the door to unload our car and there is not a lot of steps down to the dock just a small hill. Things were just like owners said.

We were looking for a neat, out of the way, quiet place on the water to chill and do nothing for the weekend and this house did not disappoint. No frills but all you need. Will return.

This was my second time staying at the Aframe… such a cool place. It was winter but 56 degrees, sat on the deck overlooking the lake with a bottle of wine nothing more relaxing! Best night sleep, the owners have done such a nice job with this property with its rustic style . Would definitely recommend!

We had such a great stay at the A frame! We came to hike Sipsey and Bankhead National Forest with our 8, 6, and 3 year olds. Beautiful hikes, waterfalls, and natural bridges were abounding! Most were about a 30 min drive from the cabin. The cabin was perfect for our family! We cooked out on the back porch, played board games, and never saw another person during our stay! The water was low since the lake is drained during November but it was still beautiful and we were able to fish! The cabin was cozy and clean, and we had everything we needed! Thank you for sharing your place with us! We enjoyed it!

Beautiful little cabin! Just what we needed for a couple of days away from everything. Nice hiking trails in the area. Can’t beat water front property!

All was great except steep driveway which was covered with leaves and pine needles. Went out next Mng and swept off drive so we could see to stay on it. Entrance not shown in listing. Cabin was very nice but driveway was challenging. Recommend a pick up or jeep, even a 4 wheel drive

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the A-frame. It was a secluded, off the grid weekend that was much needed. We spent the days on the water and the evenings enjoying the view from the deck. It was exactly as the listing described: tight in some areas but not uncomfortable, beautifully decorated, cozy, and limited cell reception. I suggest bringing your own DVD’s if you want to watch TV. The owner was very thorough in explaining the accommodations and very easy to contact. Overall, the location and views cannot be beat! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location and the house was quaint and clean

My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary stay at this A-Frame cabin. It is very clean, sits in a quiet little cove and cozy, the cabin itself is secluded and we had everything we needed. The view from the deck is beautiful and it’s right on the water. The only things we think that need attention would be the cookware (pots and pans) and the mattress downstairs. It was perfect for just the two of us but there is plenty of space for two more. We can’t wait to go back!
