This property was just as described and perfect for our group of 3 families with 5 kids ages 5-2. The elevator was so helpful, tons of parking, beautiful views, pristine beach with lots of shells only steps away, great pool, warm hot tub, comfortable beds, super clean, a high chair and pack n play for my 2 year old…. So many good things to say. We hope to come back.

Beautiful home with wonderful accommodations! So much room for everyone with separate decks for everyone privacy!! Clean with everything you need to vacation with!! Beautiful beach and pool was so great to have after a hot day on the beach! Tom was so accommodating with all your needs! Will definitely go back!!

Description about the house was very accurate, even better than we had hoped! It more than accommodated our family of 12. Our Host was so courteous, prompt and helpful. The home is beautifully located with a community pool and jacuzzi at the house this was a perfect addition to an already nice home. The suggestions given in the binder for great places to eat was extremely helpful! I suggest both Rick's and the restaurant at SPLASH by the SEA (next door and walking distance) . Reservations at both places will be needed during peak time. I enjoy cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for meals in house . It is an understatement we had a very relaxing vacation and wonderful experience .

Tom’s home is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay for girls week. Beach is a short walk, community pool is wonderful and overlooking the beach. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

We absolutely adored this place. Highly recommend!!! We had 10 adults and had plenty of room! So many rooms and balconies, wonderful views of the ocean and a hot tub! We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back!!

This property was beautiful and very clean. It is a great location and provides us with excellent beach access and access to a great pool. One issue was the “pay it forward” system. When we arrived there was no toilet paper. That seems like a basic need that should always be stocked in the house. Also, a house that size should have more than 1 bath towel per room.

The house is AMAZING! Plenty of room for a large group. Perfect view of the ocean from the balconies. The host was quick to respond to any question we had and was so helpful with everything. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our family trip to North Topsail. This house is ideally located and had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. The walk to the beach takes just a minute and we enjoyed sitting poolside after after long walks on the beach. This house is a wonderful place for family gatherings- comfortable beds, large open family room and kitchen for family meals and games. Loved it!! Thank you for hosting

Makes vacationing with small children easy, so close to the beach where you can spread out with hardly seeing other beach goers. Elevator all the way to the top floor also makes it easy to get organized and out. Great bedding, exceptional TV's and I love the pay it forward concept. We have been here before with grandchildren & children & it works equally well with both.

We enjoyed our visit to Topsail Island. The house was great, clean, close to the beach, pool, great porches, and a lot of good memories made here. Hope to be able to visit again in the future.

This home was a very nice place for me and my children and 2 grandchildren to stay. I recently had knee replacement, so the elevator was a wonderful bonus. Beautiful home almost beachfront! We loved the home and our stay!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this house.

This was by far the most professional, accommodating, caring landlord I have dealt with in 20 years of visiting Topsail Island. The house was exquisite just as described, perfect location, amenities to spare. Everything was perfect upon arrival - landlord was available and helpful throughout the stay. I usually bring everything but the kitchen sink, but it was not needed at this beach rental. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that was needed to prepare meals throughout the week. Multiple pans and baking dishes, crockpot, electric griddle, and mixer were provided. High chair and baby gate also provided lunch on the deck. I literally went from deck to deck for ocean views as well sound views. The hot tub facing the ocean was everyone’s favorite! The walk to the pool and beach was easy for a family with grandchildren. Never had we access to the garage and although we did not park our car in the garage, it was a great place to store our toddler’s beach cart and sand toys. The elevator made moving in and out a breeze! The beds were high quality along with the bedding. We have never stayed in a rental home more than once but our entire family agreed that this was a “keeper”! My husband and I along with our 3 adult daughters and their families plan to rent this house every year. There was plenty of room for both family time and alone time. No more searching for the perfect beach house - this is it!!!

There were eight adult family members that went together to enjoy our favorite beach. The stay was wonderful as the accommodations were as advertised. Great views of both the ocean and the sound. We plan to come back and stay again next year.

This property is a wonderful place to spend a week with a larger family.! The house was spacious and well-maintained. The view from both sides of the home were terrific for sunrise, ocean views, and sunset.

This is a beautiful place. It was perfect for our stay. Our group was 3 generations, all adults, and included elderly parents/grandparents. The elevator made it so convenient for them. The kitchen is well stocked. The living area is set up nicely for visiting and has plenty of comfortable seating. The balconies are great, facing both the ocean and the inter coastal waterway. The house was a nice combination of gathering space and lots of areas for people to have solo quiet time. The owner, Thomas, was very helpful. He provides lots of good information about the house and the area.

Started with good communication from the property owner, Tom. He called to give instruction on the elevator and the overall operation of things. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, and different pans and pots, which was great, because we had very young children that don't do well in restaurants. Bathrooms were excellent with strong water pressure. The elevator made it easy to load and unload the cars. Beach access was awesome, and there were even a few beach carts left behind that we could put all of our kid stuff in. The beach was loaded with shells, and polished rocks that kept the kids busy for hours. Surf city is a short drive away. We took the kids for mini golf and ice cream. This is just a perfect place for families with small children. We would like to stay there again!

The home was everything we hoped a beach home would be for an amazing multi-family Spring Break.…close proximity to the beach, parks and a short drive to Surf City and mainland.

We had a wonderful stay. This house was perfect for our family- plenty of space, the beach was so close it was great with the little ones to go back and forth. I ve never stayed in a VRBO that was so well stocked with kitchen accessories. I normally travel with my own things, but was unable to this time- they had everything we needed and more! Our only hitch was the beach was not accessible to wheel chairs. Luckily our person was small and we were able to lift her beach chair up and down the steps.
