I got an upgrade to a king the room was great nice & spacious The King size bed was amazing soft, clean linens. Would recommend this hotel

No microwave in the room which was surprising

Hotel novo, com boa localização. Quarto ótimo, camas muito boas, banheiro muito bom. Limpeza excelente. Internete de qualidade e TV com boas opões de canais.

Equipe com atendimento razoável, sem empolgação, fazendo o que deve ser feito e nada mais. Café da Manhã muito fraco, com itens muito industrializados e ultraprocessados.

The staff was excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good! The location is walking distance to lots of restaurants and the inner harbor. The hotel is bright and cheerful.

The location was excellent. Nando's was right down the street--fabulous restaurant. Clean, quiet, comfortable.

It was a buffet breakfast with good choice of options.

There was only one toaster which slowed things down as there was a queue to use

Great Location in Little Italy and a safe walk to Camden yards.

No coffee maker in rooms... I just learned that all the TRU hotels do not have coffee makers or microwaves in the rooms. They have them in the lobby, so you have to get dressed to do anything besides watch tv.

I felt bad for the Hilton employees as they were locked out of their kitchen and couldn't get food out. The food that my boyfriend and I did have was yummy, especially the pancakes and sausage. Overall it was good.

I didn't like that the only parking is across the street and you have to pay to park there. $25 a day is a lot, weekends it is cheaper so that is a plus. I understand that the hotel is in the middle of the city so parking is an issue.

The staff was friendly, check in was super easy. Rooms are a great size and clean

BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE! Managers was rude when I expressed my concern in the calmest way & still made it like I was being smart, she said they have to do an investigation & I asked if I should bring the bug to the front desk to help the investigation and she must have gotten offended… as a Hilton member and I travel a lot, this is the most disappointing hotel I’ve ever stayed in.. not to mention parking is expensive.. the area is unsafe but this is Baltimore. I will stay outside of Baltimore even if it’s an hour drive … I’m disgusted with the whole experience!

Only the location

The rooms you could hear all the noise coming from the other rooms from above in the ceiling sounded like there was an animal crawling. I had a connecting room door in my room and I could hear the people talking all day and all night very difficult to sleep with all that noise going on, the mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were flat old

Location was good, close to public transport since we decided not to rent a car. Front desk staff and cleaning service were very good.

Breakfast was less than what we are used to at Tru or Home Away by Hilton. Only bagels, toast, boiled eggs, cereals, oatmeal, apples, oranges, vending juices. One of the 3 mornings they had sliced sausages/scrambled eggs that did not seem like fresh eggs. 2nd morning was bacon with egg omelets and same other items. Day 3 was turkey bacon that looked very unappetizing, eggs and same other items. We are used to seeing bananas, grits, donuts, muffins or Danish and waffles.

Breakfast was pretty good. Location? Terrible. No one likes having to pay for parking when the room is already pricey. Also having to pay for parking everytime you leave a parking garage thats for the location you are staying at is ridiculous. Please change that. Sooo unacceptable.

Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location. The people were wonderful. There is really nothing not to like. Tru is a no-frills chain. But their hotels are really an excellent value.

Not a thing. Rooms are rather small. No microwave or coffeemaker. But that's Tru. Overall, a great value.

all roads around the hotel were closed (which was not mentioned during booking) and hotel didn’t find a way or staff to help us move suitcases through from parking lot all the way to hotel.

Very functional, comfortable hotel in a safe area in Baltimore within walking distance of the attractions. They have lovely, artful touches which makes it feel like a boutique hotel. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my kindle and they arranged for it to be returned to me.

The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The rooms were super clean and well maintained. I was nervous given the price point that it was gonna be dirty and not maintained well. I was wrong! This place was immaculate!

The breakfast options were great. The hotel was modern. Great value, I’d definitely stay again. The receptionist the next morning was very helpful and friendly.

The initial receptionist’s attitude was kind of hot cold. I had issues with my card she was helpful in some respects to resolve that… however she treated my guest poorly. Her name is pronounced ‘Karen’ it’s spelled ‘Karon’. She was listed as a guest in room, apparently the person that inputted our info spelled her name as ‘Karen’. My guest attempted to use her Hilton Rewards to get water and snacks; the receptionist made a huge deal about the difference in spelling…. treated her very rudely… she was really unprofessional. There was a lot of hair in the drain in the shower; very gross.

The property was new, modern, clean, and location was great.

Room was small. Lacks closet/drawer space for cloths, suitcase, and bags.
