For the first time my family was abel to have a nice gathering. We really enjoyed the fire pit. We had a nice bbq , and movie night , i just wish for the house to have kayak so the tenants have more enjoyable staying, the lake is not accessible for swimming, because of the animal feces.i wouldn't recommend to sunbathing or play with the sand ,furthermore the kayak will help to get more reviews for the lodgment. The house is beautiful, thank you mr raj , keep the good work !

The communication with the owner was great. The house was perfect for our group. The house was very clean and everything needed was available. The owner was very flexible.

The house was big enough for our two families to meet and enjoy a week together with plenty of space. The fenced in backyard, trampoline and firepit were fun places to hang out. It was a lovely location and close to lots of attractions and parks. We enjoyed seeing wildlife on and around the property as well as the lake. Owners were responsive to messages and happy to help.

Absolutely stunning! Meticulous details inside and outside of this home! Highly recommend it. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. No expense sparred on furnishings and excellent amenities for both adults and kids. Pictures were incredible but the home and the views were much better in person! Three bedrooms had nice lake view. Very good communication from our host and always very helpful! We found that the space was incredibly stocked with basic essentials - anything we needed was available, with notes everywhere to help guests find things, or know what is expected - I loved it. Pool table, foosball table and hot-tub were HUGE hit with the kids. The backyard was fenced and felt very secure with kids and family. It had a trampoline and volley-ball court which we could not enjoy this time due to snow, but the hot tub under a gazebo was fabulous and we all had a great time. Fire pit & propane grill was nicely set up on wooden porch with nice sitting arrangements. Overall, it was great stay and we will surely be back in summer to enjoy the lake and surroundings. We had 13 people (7 adults, 6 kids), and the house worked out perfectly. Everyone had somewhere to sleep without a problem. The backyard was nice and big so the kids could run around or jump on the trampoline. The hot tub has its own little pergola so we were able to use it even though it rained. The lakeside playground is a very short walk and easily accessed, with views of the lake from the front door. Raj was very easy to work with and was very responsive. The only issue we ran into was we couldn't find any baking/cookie sheets, but that's a very minor inconvenience and didn't affect our stay at all. We loved our time here and would highly recommend this property!

The house was not cleaned well at all when we arrived. The pots and pans were oily, the surfaces were dirty- we had to buy and reimburse our own cleaning supplies since there were none in the house. Some windows and the backyard door were missing screens so we couldn’t get fresh air without letting in bugs and there was a skunk living under the shed so we could not use any part of the large backyard. A couple chairs were loose or broken as well. When communicating with the host, they offered to give a credit, part upfront and part paid after we left a 5-star review. Later, they offered to instead pay the remaining amount if we did not submit any review. Given how heavily we rely on guest reviews, this was quite alarming. Makes us wonder how many reviews on this listing are accurate. With better maintenance, this would be a great choice; however, our experience was far from 5-stars.

The property was very large, and the bedrooms were very comfortable, each room had their own TV. My family really enjoyed their stay and they want to do it again ,and so do I . So Thank You for letting us stay on you property!!

I was looking for a home close to activities that had a hot tub, a room with a couple bunk beds and a kitchen with all the conveniences of home. This home got that bill and was much more. I held my daughters sweet 16 party here and had no complaints from any of the teens. The home was clean, smelled fresh, and the rooms were just as they were pictured. So happy to have been able to enjoy this home. The hot tub fit all 6 teen girls and they loved every moment. Dealing with Raj was easy and very timely. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful Poconos house. Everything was clean and spacious. The backyard had so much to entertain the whole family especially the hot tub and trampoline. There was a beautiful lake and playground right around the corner from the house. Raj was always quick to respond to my messages and very accommodating.

House was just as advertised. Raj was great, fast responder and very caring. Whole process was seamless. Was a great find for a annual pocono trip among a group of friends/families (which rented nearby locations as well). Everything was 5 -7 mins away ( pool, groceries, etc). Provided a perfect space for the kids when the weather wasn’t on our side. Thanks for everything Raj!

This was the first time for me but I must say that it was so simple and this was because of the host Raj I love our stay the place was clean and convenience easy access to everything

We stayed at Raj’s for a long weekend with our family and friends and it offered everything we needed. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space of us. Nice open floor plan and the back deck with fire pit and hot tub were really fun at night! Close to camelback mountain and in a nice quiet neighborhood with the lake right across the street. The house was very clean and Raj was quick to respond when we had a couple questions when we first arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it as a nice getaway in the poconos!

This is a beautiful property! It is well maintained and spacious. The amenities such as game room, hot tub and trampoline provided plenty of entertainment for all members of our party (We traveled with 3 families, kids ranging from 1 and 5). The location is excellent. It's located in a private community but it's very close to many stores such as Walmart and Lowe's. Raj provides everything you need to come stay. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials you need. We didn't do much cooking but there is are many small kitchen appliances such as an instapot, waffle maker, slow cooker etc.bAll TVs have roku with netflix, hulu and disney plus included. There was also a small box of toys for the kids to play with. Towels and linens (plenty of pillows and extra blankets) are provided but I would recommend bringing extra beach towels for the hot tub. You really don't need to bring much extra to this home and Walmart is so close, it's easy to pick up what you need without taking up too much of your vacation time. Hope to get to enjoy this property again this summer.

Raj was great with his communication. The picture didn’t do it justice. My friends and family said the property looked better in person. The house was fully stocked. The only problem for us was the cleanliness in the bathrooms especially the toilets.

Spacious house, close proximity to lake, large and comfortable. Kids loved having a trampoline, foosball, pool table. Check-in/out process so easy. Responsive homeowner and very accommodating. Gas grill would be much easier then charcoal, especially if the men are trying to light wet charcoal, grill can take very long to get lit and hot, but regardless happy to have a grill. Deck/outdoor area was great.

Our family enjoyed our getaway here! House very spacious, clean with everything we needed. The kids loved the trampoline and a 2 minute walk to the lake, so convenient. The home Owner always replied promptly. Definitely recommend!

Booked this home for a small getaway with family and friends. The home was very clean and beautiful just as described. We all had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Since our arrival we enjoyed the house. It is well organized with four private rooms as well a good bedroom for our teen kids. We were looking for comfort and this house provided that in their spacious rooms and wide living room. The kitchen had many of the essentials to create home cooked meals. Unfortunately, the community pool was closed until July and the lake was muddy and not appealing to the young crowd in our party. Thankfully the house offered a game room and trampoline to keep their attention. The fire pit was a perfect addition to the house. To make the outdoors even more enjoyable, It would be great if the owners invested in a gas grill instead of coal.
