This house checked all the boxes for us: clean, comfortable, well decorated, and well appointed. Kim was great to deal with when a question arose regarding check in.

This house is eclectic and offers so much fun for all ages. We especially enjoyed the record player and I have 2 out of the 9 albums on her wall. Located close to town.

We were looking for a hill country getaway and ended up booking Kerrville not because of the location but because of this cute property- and boy did it not disappoint. The home is much comfier than the photos lead on. The backyard is a true oasis. We made homemade pizza, crafted on the large kitchen table, and even walked to a wine bar down the street. Kim was more than responsive, and we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. I would book this home- or any other property they manage - in a heartbeat!

Cute, cozy and well-appointed, the Tivy Cottage in Kerville, TX was the perfect home base for our small family and mini schnauzer for visiting family and friends over the holiday. Convenient location with cool extras that exceeded our expectations. Loved the Honor Bar and vinyl collection.

This is a very comfortable house that has been very thoughtfully decorated. Everything we could want was present. Excellent dishware, cookware, kitchen appliances, etc. helped us create a nice (early) Thanksgiving meal. Furniture, beds, baths are all very pleasant. The fenced in back yard, along with poo bags, is excellent for visitors with pets. We were here with wet weather but definitely look forward to renting when the weather is nice so we can take advantage of the hot tub, hammocks an bikes.

This is a great house with charm and a great location. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities. We had a great time.

WOW! What a wonderful place to stay! There were indoor and outdoor games, great restaurants around, and a hot tub! The home is decorated beautifully, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and there's plenty of room for your guests to park too. Not to mention the bar is fully stocked! We will definitely be staying here again!

This property was precious, clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our family spanning three generations! We had a ball staying here and will definitely be back! From the cute decor to the fully stocked kitchen and amazing backyard space (and record player and bar setup) this was a true gem! The property manager was A++++++++++ too!

My husband and I were in town for my son’s wedding and we couldn’t of picked a more perfect place! Not only is this place immaculately clean, well maintained with some restored original features (which were so cool), it has a TON of “extras” beyond the usual amenities. Essential oils and a diffuser, robes, the most comfortable beds, records, games, an awesome backyard and the list goes on. I wish we had time to enjoy the hot tub and relax in the hammocks outside but we had a bunch of wedding festivities to attend. Kim was AMAZING from booking until check out. She bent over backwards to accommodate our crazy flight schedule and was always quick to respond to any message. Not only that she sent us encouraging well wishes the day of the wedding to let us know she was thinking about us and praying for our day. WOW!!! I never met her in person but if I did, I’d probably give her a massive hug lol. If you’re looking for an amazing time away, this is the place to stay!

Tivy Cottage is everything you could hope for in a Hill Country getaway. The home itself has tons of character, and it's been updated lovingly with unique decor and modern conveniences. We immediately felt right at home. The house is comfortable throughout -- from the living room/dining room to bedrooms and baths. For a small house, the rooms are very open and our party of three had plenty of space. Plus, Kimberly provides all the basics and much more. Everything is well appointed and you'll find everything you need -- from coffee in the morning to an honor bar at night! Tivy Cottage is also in a perfect location for exploring downtown Kerrville's breweries, wine bars and antique shops. And Boerne and Fredericksburg aren't far away. Important to note: the house is not just pet-friendly -- the backyard is completely fenced, secure and private. That's something you often don't find in a "pet-friendly" VRBO. Kimberly was also very responsive and easy to work with. I heartily recommend Tivy Cottage for your Kerrville visit!

Loved staying in this house. Owner was extremely helpful and property is amazing. Perfect place to stop when seeing our daughter at nearby camp. I would highly recommend!

This was a very comfortable place to stay while we were undertaking a very chaotic move. The house was cute, and also immaculate, and Kim was just great to work with.

The Tivy Cottage is so cool! The decor and amenities throughout the home was well appointed. Cooking in the kitchen was super easy. The description of pet-friendly is an understatement - the cottage has a fenced backyard and WELCOMES pets with bowls and bed. Communication with the owner was smooth and prompt.

In a small group renting this house for a reunion and it didn't disappoint. Extremely charming with everything well thought out so that we wanted for nothing. Perfect location. We didn't get around to using the hot tub (maybe next time), but we did use the fire pit one night which added so much fun. Everyone in the group loved the place. Would definitely rent again.

The house is amazing - even better than the photos. It is fun, funky, and very functional. It's a hip place with a yard for our pup too. We only wish we would have had more time there.

Exactly as pictured, close to everything and great amenities. Owner is very communicative and the checkout process is a breeze. We were there for a wedding at the country club and it was a short drive away. I love the decor and style of this house!
