I have family in Seattle and wanted a place to stay nearby where my college-age daughter and I could be self sufficient. This place felt welcoming, comfortable, high-quality and easy. I was able to cook two holiday dishes while here and contribute to family meals. Bedding was comfortable and we both slept well. I hope to stay here again!!

Fantastic property that is new, light, tastefully designed and decorated, and comfortable. A view of the Sound and the mountains greet you in the morning from the west-facing kitchen window. The communication with the property manager was online only. She was prompt with her responses. Her written instructions in the house were easy to understand.

We were beyond impressed with our stay. The home was just as pictured, if not better. Every detail was thought of and it was very clean. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. It was a nice landing spot to come back to after long days visiting the nearby National Parks and attractions. We would highly recommend The Seattle House!!

I absolutely loved everything about our stay. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, it was in a safe and cute neighborhood and the house its self was just adorable. Comfortable bedding as well as beautiful decor. The host was great to talk to and answered questions promptly

We had a great stay while in the Seattle area for our annual girls trip. Very thoughtfully furnished home. Apple Maps did not like the address but we were able to find our way.

Came from PA and didn’t actually want to explore Seattle because staying in this home was so comforting. I’m pretty sure it’s the best rental in Seattle

Having been born and raised in Seattle, I was familiar with West Seattle but had no idea how charming and comfortable the community is. The property is located in a beautiful area of West Seattle. Easy to get to downtown Seattle. Manageable commute to the Renton area where my extended family lives. Close to the Fauntleroy ferry. I'm a golfer so being close to West Seattle Golf Course was a bonus. In every respect, it was a wonderful trip, beautiful property and excellent hosts. I would highly recommend. My only issue? My vacation was WAY TOO short!!!

My family of four ended a Pacific NW trip here and it was perfect for us. I appreciate the many thoughtful details provided and the coffee related supplies. The home was well planned and well built. Also, I was very pleased to wake up to a clear morning and have such a view of the Olympic mountains to the west. Thank you!

The Junction and the beach are close by. If you like to walk, it's about a mile. Great neighborhood and views of the sound and the mountains. Beautifully decorated with many thoughtful touches to make us feel welcomed. The instructions on how to use all the amenities were appreciated. We enjoyed the coffee shops down by the Junction area. The home is not too far from the Ballard and Fremont areas (about 30 minutes in traffic.)

Awesome base for all West Seattle has to offer and an easy Uber to SODO. Checked off our bucket list trip to attend the MLB allstar game. Great for a friends getaway weekend. Looking forward to coming back with my spouse. Loved it!

We had a great stay! This place is even better than pictured. Beautiful and everything you could think you might need. Highly suggest playing games and having a cocktail on the little rooftop patio- it was an incredible view! Couldn’t recommend this place more! Would definitely return!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at the Seattle House. The vibe was perfect. We loved all the amenities that come with the house, it made our stay that much more comfortable. We’re already dreaming of our next stay. The neighborhood was beautiful and the view of the Cascades was spectacular. Quick access to all the best areas of the city.

This was my favorite rental I've ever stayed in. It's like staying in your own mini boutique luxury hotel. It's small, but has everything you need. Styled so beautiful, the view is lovely, the neighborhood is great. The ladder stairs getting upstairs are steep, so if you have issues walking or getting around this might be challenging. Other than that, I would stay here every time I visit Seattle. Loved it!

My teenage son and I recently stayed at this property and it was fantastic! Very modern with beautiful decor, and located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to Seattle. We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay!

My mom and I stayed here for a few nights during our time in Seattle. This was easily the best rental I’ve stayed in. The quality of everything was so far beyond expectations. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and more (also several different coffee makers/options, which we loved!) The place was close to downtown, as well several shops and restaurants very close by. Would absolutely stay here again!

This property was perfect place to spend the weekend. It was clean, nicely decorated interior, kitchen with all the necessary equipment and a comfortable bed after a busy day with family. Did not really communicate with the property manager during our visit because there was no issue that needed attention. This was a trip for a short family get-together to meet some family members on their way back to the Eastern part of the country. A very relaxing experience. A home away from home. Thank you.

We have been traveling to Seattle for years to visit family…now have a new place to stay. We loved this little house. It is decorated to perfection and well appointed We will be back!

We were very impressed with this stylish guesthouse, that was impeccably clean and felt brand new. Our only critique was that the beds were very firm, and we didn’t sleep as well as we would have liked. Otherwise we liked everything about the place.

This house is perfect. My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks while visiting our daughter and her new baby nearby. The space is cleverly designed and appealingly outfitted — everything the other comments say is true, from the great view, the top notch sheets, towels, and beds, to the fabulous soaps! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable. It’s quiet, you can park right in front, and West Seattle is wonderful, with beautiful parks, great restaurants, and every grocery store you could want. We are sad to leave!

This property was just like the pictures. Very cool, super modern place. Looks brand new with beautiful wood trim, comfortable living room, and a great kitchen. Makes great use of the space, with all the needed kitchen supplies (although we went out to eat in cool West Seattle). The bed was super comfortable (which is key for us when we travel) and the bathroom very modern. Entire place was extremely clean and had so much light from all the neat, modern windows. The upstairs small patio was perfect for a glass of wine and coffee. Incredible view of water and mountains. Definitely recommend it. We would stay there again. Great neighborhood.

This place was literally perfect! It was by far the cutest and most well put together rental I’ve ever stayed in. Check in and out was super simple! If I am ever in Seattle again, this is the only option for me.

The home was immaculate, cozy, welcoming and had everything you would need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely safe feeling. We plan to return to The Seattle House next summer. It was perfect!

The property was perfect in every way! Attention to detail throughout, and in immaculate condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and took full advantage of nearby Lincoln Park, coffee shops, and great dining. Would highly recommend this gem!

We loved our stay here. Everything was so nice and well taken care of. Beautiful home! I loved everything, the counter tops, flooring and decor. I read the reviews about the shower and that is problematic with water going outside the shower. Other that that the house was so well stocked and such nice appliances, . felt Just like home. The property is adorable and super clean. The use of space is amazing, our family of three never felt cramped at all. Everything looks to be brand new or very recently added. I had one question for the owner and she answered me right away. We loved the location in West Seattle and could even enjoy a water view from the cute little rooftop deck. We enjoyed ourselves and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we will definitely think of you the next time we travel to Seattle!
