The house was very nice and cozy. the amenities were great, and supplied everything needed to cook in the afternoons. Property manager was very nice on the phone and easy to deal with. Overall Great experience. We are from South Louisiana and would rather cook then go out to eat, so the kitchen was small for grown men to navigate around and cook, but nothing we worried about. Would stay here again if available next time we head to town.

Property was really clean. It had a great layout with the master suite being in a separate part of the house. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. Really great time to be inf Fredericksburg around Christmas! Best part was it was so close to main!

We went on a trip with friends for our anniversary and a birthday. Great location in walking distance to main street. Had a great time. The house is big and plenty of privacy from the other couples. Nice back patio with gas fire pit.

We celebrated my cousin's retirement. There were 8 of us and the house was just the right size. Kitchen was a little tight, but we worked it out just fine. We did not want to try and find a place to eat for 8 people. Spent a lot of time on the porch having a good time. We all love the outdoors. We did bring some extra chairs for the outside which worked out great. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. We did have to drive to town, but that was ok. Upon arrival the AC was not working, but called the owner and had a technician to the house within 30 minutes and fixed in about 15 minutes. No worries. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed this dog friendly place and perfect for our group of 9 for a girls getaway trip! Conveniently close to restaurants and the main street.

Easy to get there. Close to everything. Rooms spacious and beds comfortable. Having several rooms let us all have privacy at end of the day. Nice patio space as well. Two dining tables so could use one for games. All good!!!

The check in process was seamless. The home was so clean and very well stocked with dry goods. We love to cook in and the well stocked kitchen items (pots, pans, etc,) was a bonus. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio having our evening cocktail and our pup Ruby enjoyed chasing the back yard squirrels. The owner, Sherri was very responsive to us.

This is a great location. You can walk to town and it’s near hiking and wineries. We will be back.

Great house. Lots of bedrooms and beds. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was great to work with as we had to change out travel dates due to Covid.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The house had the perfect set up for two families and was very clean and spacious. It was easy to get to anywhere we needed to go and Sheri was very easy to communicate with.

It was the perfect house for my family girls trip! There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The owners have made it very welcoming and have thought of everything to make it homey. In a nice, quite neighborhood near Main St. I highly recommend this house!

This home was perfect for two families of four. Very conveniently located to the Main Street in Fredricksburg. Nice big backyard for the kids to play.

House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. 1.5 blocks from main street itself, and about 4 blocks from where main street gets into the busy part of town. It was very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Nice patio to sit out at night, relax, and see the stars. We'd definitely stay again for a group visit.
