When we arrived at this property and entered inside, we all was amazed how lovely it was. The rooms are very spacious the decor is very nice and the owners have done a fantastic job renovating this property it is very clean and the owner couldn’t do enough to make our stay nice, we highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning 10/10 thank you x

Our stay @Guest House Belevi was the best choice for a perfect dream vacation! Absolutely perfect! Everything was excellent, we were completely excited about the beautiful apartment and the entire experience. Our extremely friendly host, made everything a perfect stay. The accomodation is meters away from the beach, the convinient store with fresh fruits & vegetables, water and so on, is on the corner of the house, the sea side promenada for the evening walks is just there, and there is only one minute walk to a variety of restaurants overlooking the sea. We had the perfect stay, the host provided everything to make our accomodation a dream vacation. The house is spotless like a show room, as shown in the presentation pictures, has 2 extra large bedrooms, decorated in style, with beautiful bed sheets, AC, WiFi and TV sets in each room, including the kitchen, which is also extra large, with stove, fridge, an espresso machine, and everything else, and has a cosy balcony where we had our first coffee each day. The kitchen is beautifully decorated, same as the entire apartment, with new and stylish furniture and appliances. The second balcony, in one of the bedrooms, we used to hang dry the baining suits. Hot water, spotless bathroom, plenty towels, hairdryer. A service room where the boiler for hot water is has also a washing machine, board and iron. Old Nessebar is a splendid medieval town, with tons of restaurants, coffe & cake shops, tons of little boutiques for all sorts of souvenirs, and boat rides or buses to Sunny Beach and other resorts. To sum it all up our Guest House Belevi was the most beatiful, cosy and quiet accomodation we were looking for, we couldn't ask for anything more perfect. In one word: Exceptional! We had a splendid time, so definitely coming back! A big thank you for our host @Guest House Belevi who made our vacation even more perfect!

We came a second time and the standard was the same as the first time ! Especially appreciate the host! She surprised us on Easter day, we received a gift for the special meal this day. It is necessary to point that it is one of the very few locations that allows you to park your car at the location, at no extra cost, with a special card with which you can leave the old town and enter at any time. And the kind host will come to greet you at the entrance to the old town, not the location. When you leaves, she will do the same, he will accompany you until you leave the old town. You will understand how important this aspect is after visiting Nessebar - the old town !

The flat was renovated recently and is in a perfect condition. The kitchen is well and nicely equipped. We liked a lot the coffee! Check in and check out went smoothly, the owner was super nice with us and also let us stay an hour longer as we were traveling with a baby.

The location is AMAZING! Quite street in the historic old town of Nesebar. 2 minutes from a playground, basketball/soccer field, small beach, restaurants, everything old Nesebar has to offer. The apartment is tastefully, beautifully, and logically furnished, extremely comfortable and convenient. We loved the place so much that we booked additional two nights. The host is friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

The shower is very tight, but has good water pressure.

The place is honestly what it states and is a full apartment including all things you can expect in one. The location is just 2 minutes away from a small regulated beach and not much more than that from every restaurant in Old Nesebar. The host of the place lives in the same house and will probably be close by, should you need any help.
