The house is beautiful, and it is in a great location!! We used the pool every day, and really enjoyed the roof top at night. I would totally rent this house again!!

We all had a really great time! We loved the house, especially the hot tub. And it was so close to the beach. We would definitely stay again 😊

I'm gonna start with the pros.. very convenient and short walk to beautiful beach. Pool was clean and refreshing. Gated community felt very safe.Short drive to great restaurants and stores. .. that was the good part. ..Soon as we arrived the internet was not working contacted the owner who then rapidly contacted a Pascual who came to check the internet said signal was down and had to call the internet provider in the morning. I understand things happen but that was just the beginning. Next the air conditioner to the upstairs master bedroom stopped working in the middle of the night. We had to move to the next room which had bunk beds. I contacted the owner in the morning and didn't receive a response until late in the evening the next day! Thank goodness Pascual gave us his number in case we needed anything. He did fix the air conditioner a few hours later but by that time we had already moved all out stuff to the bedroom downstairs since upstairs was so hot. The jetted bath tub in the master did not work. The internet was finally "fixed" but wifi was horrible could not connect to laptop which was very important for my work. In reality the wifi never worked. When we arrived the house was infested with flies. We were given bug spray to help with the flies. Completely unacceptable. Shouldn't that have been done prior to arrival? The home itself was not in great shape specially the kitchen, definitely needs tlc. We rented this home for 5 days an I am completely appalled at the lack of response and care this owner had for us. I thought we were going to be in a luxury setting for the price, but definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend.

Our family greatly enjoyed our 1 week stay! Vicente was great answering all our questions leading up to our arrival. Upon arrival, Pascual took GREAT care of us!!! He was just a phone call away for anything we needed. We can't say enough about Pascual.....he was awesome!! The home itself is beautiful and spacious for our family. We loved the pool and used it daily! The four bedrooms consisted of 1 king and 1 queen downstairs (2 bathrooms) and 1 king and 1 full/twin bunk upstairs (1 bathroom). The king beds were super comfy!! There is extra bedding and pillows in closets. The home had bath towels. We brought our own beach towels. It was a quick (less than 5 minutes) walk to the beach. The beach is clean and beautiful! The garage has many amenities stored that you may need for the beach (umbrella, wagon, beach toys, canopy). We cooked daily and found the home had many of the pots/pans we needed to prepare our meals. The home even has two grills! One in pool area and one on upstairs balcony. The home also has two small beverage fridges that kept all our drinks cold and gave us the extra space we needed in the fridge. It's a short 5 min drive to corner store to get ice/beverages. We also went to grocery store and old market which is about 10 minute drive. We gave this rental 5 STARS and we would stay again! Highly recommend!! Can't wait to go back!! Nice property with great location, alot of stairs (inside the house) to consider if you have elderly or small children. Could use some upgrades, however I had a great time and would definitely consider this place again.
