El desayuno a manos de Gerard fue lo mejor de la estadia. Como todo su personal son increiblemente atentos y buena onda.
La ubicación muy alejada y las habitaciones podrían mejorar.

Het is vrij ‘basic’ maar het als je het vergelijkt met de omgeving dan is het een luxe verblijf.

Excellent views of Kilimanjaro (when it’s open). Fish fillet dish and soup was delicious.
No shelves in bathroom. Worst hamburger every eaten. No milk for coffee.

My room was big and had a comfortable bed with a view into nature. Everything was clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating towards any desires of guests. The breakfast was simple but tasty.
Only negative comment to share would be the location - the hotel is located in the outskirts of Moshi on a non-paved road, and his therefore not easily accessible

Fantastic and friendly staff, very accommodating of our situation, helping keep our bags for a week whilst we climbed Kilimanjaro.
Big thank you to the chefs as well for breakfast and dinners, and to the staff for helping us to order a taxi to the airport, they couldn't have been more helpful.
Hot water in the shower if possible.

It was clean comfortable and quiet.
Friendly staff and good food.
Difficult to get to, not suitable to walk to or from or if you wanted to go for a walk during your stay.
There is no roads only dirt tracks that are very bumpy and mucky after rain, but that is how all the roads are in Moshi.

It had inside forest theme and was quite every thing had to be paid in dollars including water and because we reached late due to impala bus shuttle being late it spoiled the day
Spaghetti cooked in super level of sugar didn't help since I am diabetic and should have charged people In shillings

I liked how courteous the staff was, and they were pretty accommodating. The team frequently gave me decent tips about ways to get around the city and was genuinely interested in how I spent my time.
There are homes next door and the rooster crows at dawn (it's not the hotel's fault, though).

Good value for money. Room was clean, staff were very helpful. Very nice terrace with a nice view.
Food wasn't very nice. Only toiletries provided was a small bar of soap and I had to ask for toilet paper upon arrival. I took a small single room and it was very small.

The location is the middle of a village. There are no amenities around. Wifi is erratic, but can manage airline check-in, emails and social media posts, if patient. Kitchen takes 30 mins to prepare all orders. But both food and bar are great.

the hotel is very nice, room is clean and very much equipped, service is very good and polite. The food is basic but very good. In particular I enjoyed the Chicken and the mush potato. The hotel is very much worth the price.

Although taxi is needed to reach the hotel, its surroundings are nice and calm, full of nature, away from the busy centre of Moshi. Check the terrace and enjoy a beer with nice views on the mountain (if clouds allow It)!
Taxi rates seemed to be inflated by the staff. Better call a local taxi yourselves.
