Enjoyable week stay at this beautiful home! Especially liked having the large griddle for pancakes and grilled cheeses!
Recommend renting the owners golf cart for easy beach/shopping/dining! My 9 month old grandson LOVED the golf cart rides!
Great beach for kids! Supper shallow with afternoon pools & sandbars. Great critter finds on beach.

House was perfect for our family. Open floor plan downstairs with large kitchen and dining area was great for our family meals. We also enjoyed the back deck and grilling. Bedrooms were large with plenty of closet space. Very tastefully decorated. Great location. The kids loved being right across from the park. Beach was just a short walk or golf cart ride away. This was a great house in an amazing beach town. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great property, close to the park. It had everything necessary in the kitchen to make some good meals and the space was well appointed and wasn’t cluttered.

Family of 5 adults stayed in this property while vacationing in Cape Charles. This house exceeded our expectations!!! The listing doesn't give it justice. Spacious and modernized while stocked with everything you need in the kitchen / bathrooms. Host was great to work with answering all our questions in a timely manner before we rented and provided detailed instructions for arrival / departure. Nice having golf cart with house and not having to worry about renting elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Cape Charles!!!

Our family of five had a great time the week of the fourth. The location was convenient to everything, the neighbors were friendly, and we appreciated the owners communication. The kitchen was well stocked, and the open floor plan made it easy for our family to hang out. We already booked our visit for next year!

The house was just as listed! Communication was great! Property was the cleanest beach rental we’ve ever stayed in. All the beds were very comfortable. It was a great location to town, the beach and the playground! Our family had a wonderful week!!

We had a great stay here. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great, the layout worked really well for us. We had 4 small kids with us and they had a really good time.
The ceilings are super high which makes everything feel super airy and open. It also means that there are a lot of stairs to the third floor. We eat like monsters on vacation so I’d count this as a plus.
If you have kids, it’s a two block walk to a playground and a soccer field. We went there daily and really enjoyed not having to load up in the van. Would recommend!

Cape Charles was recommended as a wonderful quaint getaway any time of the year by a friend. After researching rental options, we decided upon this lovely, well-appointed home just blocks from downtown and the beach! We couldn't have been more pleased, It was absolutely heavenly! It was everything a guest could ask for. The owner was thoughtful, generous, and communicated well with us before and during our stay. I highly recommend this home for your stay in Cape Charles!

Attended a wedding at the Oyster Farm and needed comfortable, spacious accommodations for family and friends. This house exceeded my expectations in all categories. The online pictures are beautiful but believe me when I say it this home is amazing in person. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, nice bathrooms, and great outdoor space. The owner has thought of everything, even sound machines on the bedside tables! Will stay here again, and have already recommended it to friends and family. Be sure to rent the golf cart! So much fun scooting around town and easy parking at the beach.

We loved our Cape Charles vacation in this home. The house was perfect. We walked in and on the counter were two bottles of wine and two free ice cream passes for us to enjoy. It’s close to the beach, town and the park. We had more than enough space for six people. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the front porches and back deck. Kitchen was well equipped to have meals at home. At night, after a stroll in town and ice cream, we enjoyed watching movies together on the big, comfortable sectional couch. We loved our stay and hope to come back again. We also rented the golf cart which helped immensely with carting kids and beach gear around. Thank you for a great way to end our summer.

We just returned from a week here and the location is excellent, property is super clean and well laid out. The golf cart wasn’t necessary but was super convenient for back and forth trips tp the beach or downtown. A great and relaxing stay.

Our family had a great time at Cape Charles and thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Raffaele’s home. It was as advertised. The home easily accommodated our party and had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals which we did for a couple of dinners. The area had plenty of parking spots available for our vehicles. The area is quiet and close to the park. I do recommend renting the golf cart which was very nice. It was great leaving the car and just using the golf cart to go to the beach, shopping, or eating out. We would definitely stay in Raffaele’s home again if visiting Cape Charles.

Our first trip to Cape Charles and the perfect home base for getting everywhere we needed to in the incredible town. The house was just as listed and the space was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The host was helpful and responsive. Do get the golf cart - it is easy and fun!

The home is beautiful, that's true, however, we lost two vehicles on night one in a flood due to a storm that came in sometime between 12 and 5 am. Being the first night we had no idea a storm was coming. Both vehicles were totalled, unable to be moved, we spent most of the time stressed, trying to get tow and rentals. We left before Saturday, and after telling the owner what happend, they did reach out to say sorry, but we never heard from them again. I have to wonder how many other people this has happened to.

There over 4th of July week with 2 adults and 4 young kids.
The three most important aspects of a rental home were top notch - location, AC, and water pressure in the shower!
We had a great time bopping around town from this central location. House is perfectly situated for a big family. Loved having an entire floor for the primary bedroom.
Rafelle was SUPER responsive.
Would love to stay here again!

Just as wonderful as our first visit! Beautiful home in a wonderful location. The house is clean, well stocked and beautifully furnished. The owners are super communicative and friendly! Highly recommend renting the golf cart as well! We had a blast! Can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing vacation. This house is close to the beach and the park. It has a golf cart so getting around town is super easy. The home has quality renovations and is very well furnished. We definitely plan to stay again next year.

This property is even more beautiful and spacious in person! No detail is left undone - what a gem! The town is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway - highly recommend staying here and you definitely want to rent the golf cart...everything is drivable by golf cart and it was worth it!

Absolutely stunning home. Very clean and relaxing. My family of 7 went and even the little kids had a nice time. In the home. The playground and community park is right across the street. The bathrooms are very relaxing. The walk to the beach is a very short.

Stayed at this property for a family wedding. It was clean, updated and had everything we needed. Family gathered here one evening and there was plenty of seating and areas to sit and talk. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again. Golf cart was a lot of fun! Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed renting this property for the 2nd time. We were in need of an extension cord. Reached out to property owner and it took a bit to resolve issue. Other than that our stay was a pleasant one. If you’re in need of a 6 passenger cart rental, CC Ryder Rentals will hook you up! He’s awesome!

This house was perfect. It was super clean when we checked in, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house/rooms were the perfect size for our family of 5 and very nicely decorated. It was the perfect location being right across the street from the park which has a playground, fountain /splash pad and music in the park Saturday night. Short golf cart ride to the beach and main strip for eating and shopping. The house was everything we needed and much more. We had a great week at this property. We would definitely rent here again!

This house is exactly like the pictures - gorgeous, new construction, and in a fantastic location. Golf cart-able to restaurants and the public access beaches. The host was very responsive and made our stay a breeze. Will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to Cape Charles!

Amazing House!
We stayed for the week with our 3yo and 1.5yo and it was PERFECT! The house is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need, appliances in great condition and we rented the golf cart which was a MUST! The owner was super helpful and accommodating! Can’t recommend enough! We will definitely be back!

This was our third year in Cape Charles- and we have loved each one. However, this property was, by far, our favorite. It was spacious, immaculate and beautiful. Communication with the owner was seem less and they were incredibly responsive. We are done trying other properties- we only want to stay here. Why mess either perfection?
