We rented this home for our family for July 4th. We have 3 grown sons and 2 daughter in laws. The views are incredible, the vibe is relaxing, and everything was lovely. We will definitely go back!!

The house had plenty of space for our family of 11 and we enjoyed the backyard, fire pit, hot tub and sauna. The back deck had a great view to enjoy for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation. Thank you!

The property is stunning. Located about 40 minutes from West Yellowstone entrance. Enjoyed making memories with our family within Yellowstone and just outside the front door. Island Park has numerous UTV trails. Perfect get away for our family vacation!

Beautiful home with amazing mountain Prarie and water views! We loved our stay. House is new, plenty of room for large groups and nicely finished. Would love to come back someday we had a great experience!!!

The house had everything and more for all to enjoy. Spacious, all the accommodations and the panoramic views so beautiful which could be enjoyed through the homes magnificent windows as well as the outdoor balcony. A piece of heaven we’ll definitely enjoy again in the near future. A thank you to our host Conner who made sure we had the best of the best experience. This charming home had the many comforts and inspiration to create awesome memories.

This is a beautiful cabin. It’s one of the nicest we’ve seen in the area. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had a great experience at this property, everything was exactly as advertised the property is beautiful. I would definitely stay again. This property is a on a great location if you plan on visiting Yellowstone National Park.

Wonderful house that held an entire multi generational family. Near Yellowstone and close to the lake, with water access only a few minutes away. House was well decorated and welcoming and the hosts were very good about responding to questions.

This property is lovely and well stocked with everything you need from kitchen items to towels. Just bring your food and you are set. The location is great with a beautiful view out the back. The photos on the listing make the bedrooms look much bigger than they are, as well as the two of the showers. Which work great but are just small. This is not a hinderance to staying at this awesome place just something to be aware of. We also misunderstood from the photos and thought that there was a personal dock out the back of the property. There is not. There is also no beach access from the property. Again our stay was wonderful and the property was excellent just a personal dock and beach access were two of the reasons we choose this property. There is a nearby public dock and small boat launch area. You can not leave your boat at this dock over night. The outside space is great and well maintained with a hot tub, fire pit, and grass all around the house was fantastic.

We had a fabulous family time staying in Island Park! The accommodations were more than we could ask for! The property was stunning, the kitchen was well stocked, and for our large family, the space was perfect.

This home was perfect for our annual family vacation. The open floor plan was great for our meals and gathering after a long day of site seeing. The deck was perfect for our morning coffee. The hot tub was nice after a long day. We enjoyed our stay.

This property met all our expectations, the pictures and video are spot on! We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the property as well as the amenities. We were a large family group ranging in ages from 72 to 7. The home was large enough for our family where we were able to create a lifetime of memories. The location near to Yellowstone National Park was perfect. I would highly recommend this property to everyone!

The house is gorgeous and has everything. Plenty of room for large families. Extremely clean! Comfy beds. Beautiful views of mountains and lake area. And breathtaking sunsets!! A little off the beaten path but well worth it!

This house has the perfect layout for a group of people. If I ever build a house it will be exactly this layout. On top of perfect layout it is absolutely beautiful. Every detail has been thought through. I would definitely come back to this house again.

Great place to stay! Plenty of space for 13 adults. Although this home is located 1.5-2hrs at most from most sight seeing areas this is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the scenery and spend time with friends and family in a secluded area.

What a property! Gorgeous view, tastefully decorated, and everything we were looking for and more!! HIGHGLY Recommend this property for a large group. Only small negative is, it is out in boonies but once you are in the property, every positive thing about the house overrides that small negative. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for making this property available for rental so folks like us could see a different world!

As advertised!!

My family and I (4 seniors, 3 adults, 1 kid, 1 baby) had a great time at this property. We visited Yellowstone (40 minutes) and Grand Tetons (2 hours) from the house and also did a few activities near Island Park like hiking at Mesa Falls and Henry’s Lake. It was great to see pronghorn all around the area near the house, too. Overall, the house has a great layout and it’s comfortable. The only downsides for us as a group were that the downstairs bedrooms can hear all the pipe noise so showers and toilet trips in the middle of the night woke other light sleepers up, the internet went out about 5 times in a week and we had to troubleshoot with the provider to resend the signal a few times because power cycling did not work, and there was not enough closet space/dressers/luggage holders in some of the bedrooms to unpack or feel settled. We definitely recommend it if you are in the area.

House is perfect for a large group. Plenty of space, very well kept and everything you need. Spectacular views and very serene. Would definitely recommend.

The pictures do not do Justice to the home. The home is very spacious, more than enough room for our group of 16. The homes first floor is an open floor plan allowing everyone to feel involved and where the adults hangout. The second floor was perfect for the kids to hangout and have their own space. The owners seemed to of thought of everything and really maximized the space. The kitchen is where we spent most our time and it was nicely laid out. Enough room to have 4 people preparing and cooking meals. House was well stocked with just about everything you need. Love loved the ice machine..! The views from the home are breathtaking… was sad we didn’t get to spend more time at the home as we were traveling back and forth to Yellowstone.. Will definitely come back to visit to just enjoy Island Park.

The house is amazing and well suited for large groups and big families. We didn’t want to leave. It was so comfortable and beautiful. Big kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, a comfortable beds. Very nice!

From the moment I contacted the owner, he assisted me in addressing all my needs. Traveling with a wheelchair bound individual isn’t ever easy. Connor made sure the house was accessible by providing ramps to enter the house. Both floors are accessible. The front door for the first level and the rear door allowed access to the lower floor. The only thing missing was an elevator. The house is beautiful, decorated nicely and had a wonderful kitchen to cook family meals. The property is beautiful. A river flowing just past the yard. On our first evening there we sat in awe as a bald Eagle soared overhead. The beds were extremely comfortable as was all the furniture.

Outstanding property with perfect dirt trails to run on for miles. Close to an awesome horse ranch that we spent our last day swimming, riding, and fishing. Easy drive to West Yellowstone. The inside is decorated beautifully with back porch views of the mountains and lake. Our kids ages 6-13 Loved their downstairs den as well .

The cabin was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for everyone with a large group such as ours. We kind of had our own little private inlet to surf and ski however I thought when I rented the the boat slip was private. It wasn’t a big deal but would’ve been a little more convenient. The cabin was new and well designed and decorated. It was definitely a 10!!!!!!!

This was such a beautiful, well appointed home for our small family reunion. It was wonderful having private space for the adults, while the littles and teens had their own space. Fabulous location, quite, close to the lake and just stunning inside and out.

Great location and beautiful home. Plenty of room for all 12 adults and 4 children. I would love to go back one day.
