Top Lage, schöne Einrichtung. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Im Gesamtfazit ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.
Leider gab es mehrere kleine Schönheitfehler, die eine TOP-Bewertung nicht zulassen. Größtes Manko: Sauberkeit! Herd und Mikrowelle waren so verdreckt, dass wir sie erst gar nicht genutzt haben. Auch in den Ecken der Wohnung durfte man nicht so genau schauen. Es lag noch eine stinkende Hose vom Vormieter auf dem Stuhl - die hätte man wirklich wegnehmen können. Netflix - ja, aber alle 10 Minuten wurde das Programm abgebrochen und Netflix beendet. Ob das ein technischer Fehler bei Netflix, ein Einstellungsfehler am TV oder ein Problem mit der Internetverbindung war, lies sich nicht ermitteln. Obwohl 3 Personen gemeldet waren, waren nur 2x Bettwäsche vorhanden/ vorbereitet. 3te Bettwäsche haben wir dann in der Couch gefunden. Taps für Spülmaschine waren im Vorfeld bestätigt - dann aber doch nicht da. Netterweise wurden diese nach Reklamation dann vor die Tür gelegt. Das war TOP!

Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet, sauber und modern. Einfacher Check in über Schlüssel Box.
Keine kostenlosen Parkplätze an der Wohnung und in der näheren Umgebung. Penetranter Geruch eines elektrisch betriebenen Raumlüfterfrischers. Ständige E-Mails vom Vermieter mit Erinnerungen und Ermahnungen.

Very nice, quiet and cosy apartment, comfy beds, good wifi and fully equipped kitchen. Great location, the street next to the building was good to park a car.

The apartmet have evrithing what we need for live there,for couple of days,was very clean,nice and worm. The owener was very frendly and receptive at the msg for evrithing what we ask. The only problem was the bad internet conection,imposible use to read a news or look a movie. In rest all very good and for sure we will come back.

when I selected the available apartment wasn’t mentioned it’s in the third floor especially I have a child with wheelchair 🦽 later on after booking I asked the owner if I can move to lower floor, he asked for extra money !!!

Every thing about the property was comfortable and accessible. almost all amenities were provided and the stay was good.
This is not really a complaint, because our whole group did not have any,but a betterment idea. I wish that we had professional cleaning service at least once in 3 days as an option

The thermostat would not stop heating the place and it was too hot inside, had to open windows. Regulating knobs didn’t help much

The apartment is discretely located whilst also very central , and I found it very clean , quite comfortable, almost new feeling . Thankfully , because of my late flight and susequent late check in and lack of supplies , I was over the moon to find some tea bags and sugar , life saver !!! I had a query regarding some equipment which was replaced almost immediately after i reported it.Excellent service. Overall i recommend this property..
Unfortunate I couldnt be afforded a few hours extra to check out . Thankfully weather was super.

The apartment was great. It had everything you need, on arrival the apartment was clean and pleasant smelling. It is very comfortable to stay in the apartment after work, easy to rest and sleep. But if you need the internet to work on an apartment, that part is very bad
Very bad Wifi, connections can't last longer than 30 min, a few days were connected all the time but without internet access. If you try to watch something on Netflix from the apartment, after 10 to 20 minutes you get kicked out.
