This spectacular property has an amazing view of the whole bay. We were able to walk everywhere around town. The staff was helpful and attentive. We would book again.

We could not have had a better week in Puerto Vallarta! Maria, Roman, Blanca and Denora were so good to all of us! The food was amazing and the view made us not want to leave the house. Close to downtown when walking down hill. It would be a long uphill walk back up but we took taxis back to the house when we were out. The funicular was so fun! Pictures do not do this house justice. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much again for making this vacation one of our favorites!

Everything was better then I expected. The photos and videos don’t do it justice. Beautiful property. The house was spacious and comfortable. Maria is the best Concerige I’ve ever had. The house man Roman was awesome and very accommodating. Lupita created great meals for our group. Blanca kept the house spotless. Overall great experience.

There were 8 of us staying at this magical house with the most amazing staff members taking care of us for an unforgettable stay.. can’t say enough about Roman, Blanca, Lapita, & Maria who took care of our every needs & more. House is great, views are incredible, Staff is outstanding! Maria, Roman, Lupita, Blanca, and Night Security man were all so nice and did all they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend staying at Punta del Cielo!

We wanted to have a private extended family oasis. One where we could be together and also easily slip away as a group or as couples when desired. The staff was amazing. They knew when to be be there and when to leave us alone. For 10 to 12 guests it was ideal.

Let me start by saying that the property exceeded expectations on most levels and that I had high expectations going in. I celebrated by 60th birthday along with 11 family members and friends. The place is perfectly set-up for such a celebration as it is wonderfully self-contained and spacious/private for each of the 6 couples. We ate two meals per day, sitting at the table for each one. The food and service was absolutely fantastic! Combined with the atmosphere and setting, it was a perfect setting to spend quality time with loved ones. We spent a lot of time in the pool and sitting outside marveling at the wonderful views. Most in trip had been to Puerto Vallarta many times, myself included. All agreed that this was the most spectacular place they had stayed at (and we have stayed at many very nice places before in PV.) Several commented that this was the most wonderful long weekend vacation they had ever taken and were likely to take. In summary, could not possibly have asked for more, especially given it being a birthday celebration. I believe it was very good value for what we received and could not recommend it any more highly!

I could not recommend this home more! I am always VERY nervous booking on these sights as I tend to end up in hotels but this home WILL NOT disappoint. Well appointed, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, stunning views, peaceful, and the staff is so helpful and amazing! Blanca makes a fresh bed daily, Lupita makes a mean flan ( and anything else your heart desires) and Roman was our go to guy for anything PV and helped with every question we had. They are a great team and amazing hosts. Maria was so helpful and kind and made the preparations for the visit so easy. Everything was waiting for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend choosing this house and I will be back for another stay very soon!

The pictures of the house do not do it justice! It was absolutely amazing in every detail. Beautiful interior, beautiful infiniti pool, so clean and amazing, warm helpful staff. We ate many meals at home because Lupita's cooking would win over the Queen. They did everything in their power to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable during our stay. They decorated for our friend's bday prior to arrival and made sure our cooler was always full of drink! The concierge was beyond amazing accounting for every detail, including a private boat ride that exceeded expectations. Every room in this house is comfortable and most have a view to die for. Would come back in a heart beat!

If your idea of a perfect vacation is relaxing by a pool overlooking the beautiful blue Bay of Banderas, being served first class meals, snacks and beverages, a front row seat for watching fireworks explode over the ocean every night and falling asleep in a luxurious guestroom with ensuite bath, all within walking distance of exciting nightlife or a day of shopping or just walking on the Malacon, then this is the place for you! I can't thank you enough Roman, Lupita and Blanca for spoiling us every day of our stay, and Maria for planning and coordinating all our activities! Truly it doesn't get any better than this beautiful home and warm and inviting staff. We were totally and completely spoiled by this magical place! Can't wait to go back next year!

Beautiful view above the city. Secluded enough for privacy yet in walking distance from Malecón Boardwalk. Fairly priced, updated amenities, well furnished, lovely infinity pool, I mean this place has it all! Unbelievable staff! Lupita makes the best food! Cannot wait until our next visit!

Our group of 8 could not be happier that we chose to stay at punta del cielo while in Puerto Vallarta. The villa is gorgeous with the most amazing views in the entire city. The staff, Pilla, Roman and Blanca, were equally as amazing as the house. All very friendly and accommodating! Maria, the concierge was exceptional! She was very easy to communicate with and gave us great suggestions for activities and restaurants that helped make our vacation very memorable. We can’t wait to return!

This was hands down the most fabulous vacation I have ever been on. The staff (Lupita and Roman) were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was out of this world. Maria (the house manager) even arranged a special birthday surprise for me, we got an awesome giant rainbow floatie for the pool, and massages on site! The team was always available to answer questions and help us plan our visit, before, during, and after our stay! Maria even raced from the house to the airport to give one of my friends their jackets they had left in the house before we boarded our flight home - truly exceptional service. We felt like family! In addition to the incredible staff, the house itself is magnificent, heated pool, fire pit with endless views of the city and ocean, and indoor/outdoor living! You feel like a celebrity every second you are there! Not one of the 11 people I was with had a single negative thing to say! I would recommend this location to anyone! It truly is heaven on earth - we will be back !!!!

I stayed here with a party of 8 for my 40th birthday and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The home was well appointed with amazing views that I couldn't fully capture with a camera. The décor was lovely and gave an upscale but cozy feeling which is exactly what I was looking for. We had a few meals made and the food was delicious! The staff were extremely attentive and tried to not be intrusive, however at times I would have preferred that we had a bit more privacy at times during the day. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I will definitely be back at this property or another Agave Villas property.

This villa is a dream! I stayed their with some friends and we could not have enjoyed it more. The house is great, the view is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the staff is incredible. We would spend most of our time around the pool enjoying the view and the anticipation of the next meal that we could smell from the kitchen. The location is great, a quick taxi ride or walk to town. I couldn't recommend staying at Punta Del Cielo more!

My friends and I have now been twice in 1 year to PV. I am falling for this place. The villa is one to marvel over. I had the master suite upstairs and slept on the private patio every night. Best experience ever. The staff is great and very accommodating. I think everyone should experience this once in your lifetime.

Everything about Punta Del Cielo is excellent. It is first off beautifully put together, set up in the mountains overlooking the entire Bay. Easily the best view in all of Puerto Vallarta. Right in the heart of town. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants that PV has to offer. Around 7 minute walk down to the Malecon. But to top off the beauty and location is the amazing staff. Blanca, Lupita, Roman made sure that we felt at home. Thank you so much -The Corcorans

We visited PV to celebrate my Dad's 71st Birthday and everyone walked away saying this was one of the best trips of our lives, this house is truly amazing! The pictures don't even capture the jaw dropping views and how gorgeous the house is. The location is perfect - feels like you're floating above the city but you're still walking distance to all the restaurants/bars on Malecon. Everyone we encountered in booking and staying in this house made this rental even more special. We booked with Larissa and she was super responsive and made the entire process seamless and easy. Maria helped arranged all of our activities, airport transfers and went above and beyond to help make our Dad's birthday a special event. She was SO patient with all our demands and family drama and we loved when she stopped by the house to check on us. And of course the house staff! Lupita, Roman and Blanca - we miss you all! Lupita's cooking is beyond delicious (that salsa!!). They were so accommodating, welcoming and truly fun. Cannot WAIT to be back in that pool with a margarita in hand! Thank you so much for such an amazing stay!

Our stay started a little rocky when some of the guest found the wifi a bit inadequate and not functioning up to speed. They were expecting high speed wifi that we're used to in the Bay Area and were planing on using to keep up with their work schedules. However Maria was very speedy in making sure she could remedy the issue. To which the wifi speed did increase significantly! I also wanted to let you know that we could not have had such a great time without the wonderful support of the villa staff. Lupita is a great cook and all of our diners and lunches were very well enjoyed! The only ones who did not enjoy our meal were our diets. Blanca was very attentive and made sure that all the guest enjoyed all the amenities of the villa to the fullest. I am not speaking alone in saying that she was one of the staff members who really made a great effort in making sure everyone was comfortable in their stay. She made sure to remember everyone's preferences wether it was for coffee, breakfast or laundry. Roman was a great bartender and proved to be a very helpful handy man in fixing everything around the villa after some very heavy rain storms we encountered during our stay. The villa itself is beyond words and I already miss it greatly. I am not speaking alone in saying that this vacation will be staying close to our hearts and memory! I hope I can come back quickly!

Had a group of 8 of us that came to celebrate my birthday. Maria was my point of contact for the trip and gave me great instructions (which I screenshot) for our taxi/driver from the airport. We found the property without any problems. The house sits atop a hill, and you take a funicular from the base/garage all the way up (or you can walk the stairs, there are around 200 or so I think? It's pretty high up). There were a few times where it malfunctioned and we walked the steps. The house is in a central area of town, so it's about a 5-10 minute walk down to the main area/shore. The house was amazing, just like the photos. We had Lupita, Blanca, and Roman available to help with cooking, cleaning, and anything else needed around the house. It's very indoor/outdoor feel, as the dining/living room area is open aired, connected to the patio and pool area which providing awesome views of the shore and town. There were 5 bedrooms each with king beds and air conditioning & ceiling fans (AC worked great, I've been to Europe before and the AC there never compared to here in the states) and their own private bathrooms. The infinity pool was legit, we had floating tubes and Maria even bought us one of those big inflatable white swan floaties (which are very trendy right now). She also brought over umbrellas in case in rained, which it did not thankfully for the entire week of our stay. House also has 3 different WiFi routers which you can toggle between depending on your signal. Let's see what else.. oh the water is 3x filtered (in the kitchen) not sure about the water in the bathroom sinks but we were just fine using it. The property overall was a good fit for our group, we are chill bunch ranging in age from mid-20s to late-40s. Plenty to do nearby, we walked down to one of the beach/resort-y areas and got drinks on the beach. Maria got us a deal with one of the jet-ski people on the beach and we got to ride those for low cost, which was a lot of fun. As I said previously we were all there for my birthday and on the actual day the staff decorated the dining area, Lupita baked me a cake, it was genuinely a pleasantly experience and everyone was very warm and welcoming. Also every night this pirate(?) ship would sail around the shore and shoot off big fireworks which was pretty dope!

The views are amazing! A great place for groups with a good balance of nice common space and private separate bedrooms. The staff was also very helpful and accomidating.

We had the pleasure of visiting over the holiday and couldn't have been more pleased. Beautiful home, perfect location in town and stunning view. Also loved the funicular. So much fun!!

Perfectly central location, but out of the hustle and bustle of the downtown. I can't see how there would be any other place to rival that view! I will be back for sure next year!!!
