perfect stay

The breakfast was yummy and plentiful. The snacks were nice too. The hosts were very helpful, responsive, and friendly. The outdoor space offered to guests is beautiful.

As others have noted, the driveway and stairs are steep. Not a problem for us. The hosts were there to help in any way with this. No locks on the bedroom doors. There were safes in the room though. We were not concerned in the least about safety, but that was just different than what we are used to.

The location of the property, with elevated views over the beach but a short walk from local services is perfect. The host assisted us with bags as the climb to the house involves a steep slope and steps. The house and all of the facilities are immaculate. Our guest room was on a floor shared with one other guest room and shared access to a really comfortable lounge with stunning views. The use of a hot tub, again with great views, at the end of a day of activity was especially welcome and appreciated. The host provided everything we could have needed without being intrusive. A really great experience.

Perfect location if the weather had been better. It was very considerate of you to let us use the room to have drinks and nibbles. The baking was very much appreciated.

The resort was lovely, private and elevated to get a spectacular view over the Kaiteriteri inlet. Loved the guest lounge with the stressless recliners , small treats and availability of tea and coffee. We will definitely visit again.

Amazing place. Greg was a great host. Made sure my stay was enjoyable. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend. Bed is comfortable.shower pressure is great. Great outdoor area to eat and drink with spectacular view of Kaiteriteri beach.

Close to beach and their was a good choice of restaurants to eat at and activities to do nearby.

This property has a steep driveway and lots of steps so if that is a problem it is not the place for you. Great views though

the breakfast was so amazing, especially the croissant’s they were so yummy. the room and the bed was absolutely perfect. greg and caleb were so lovely and polite. cant wait to stay again!

I loved the breakfast with the berry smoothie fresh baked bread and croissant and delicious muesli yoghurt and yummy juice. Loved that there was fresh fruit and snacks too. The views were sensational from guest lounge and my bedroom.

Nothing it was a lovely stay and very quiet and relaxing. Will return.

Everything was great from the time we got there. Hosts are amazing people and very friendly. Always willing to help where they can.

It can be a bit awkward having to share a breakfast table with two other guests. Luckily the other couple that was there was also very friendly and didn’t force conversations.

Everything. Outstanding location. We were treated upon our arrival by Caleb and he helped us up with our bags which, given we had driven 6+ hours and were a bit tired was really appreciated. Its always nice to be greeted with a smile and we got that big time. Everything was so close. Boat cruise shop, restaurants and of course the golden beach across the road. Loved it. Perfect

Main bedroom a little on the small side

Great property in the perfect location with very experienced hosts. Hard to fault.
