The overall facilities worked well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I stayed there for 2 nights and love it. I will go back there again when I have a chance.

My room is next to the pool. They played music at their pool bar on Saturday evening, so it might not be ideal if you want a quiet weekend stay.

الاقامة كانت بغرض الاسترخاء والترفيه فكان المكان مناسب جدا من حيد الفيلا المطلة مباشرة على المسبح وفترة البقاء في المسبح الى العاشرة مساء فكانت ممتعة للاطفال كما انه يوجد مكان للعب الاطفال والخدمة مميزة والمكان السبا مميز جدا كما انه قريب من بعض الحدائق مثل حديقة المليون صخرة وحديقة الدلافين وركوب الفيلة

في بعض الاوساخ في المسبح درج الفيلا الداخلي غير آمن للاطفال توجد به فتحات كبيرة ممكن للاطفال السقوط منها

Everything! The way the staff treat you, taking you to your room on a golf cart, the room was clean, very big room, felt very private when in the room. Best hotel ive been to by far!

We love every bit of what was offered to us.I would like to thanks their manager (I forgot the name of the lady) who did not charge us for duplicate booking. The peace and serenity were unmatchable.

There was no option of halal food in breakfast menue. Even at omlete station,pork was being served.So we were left with almost no choice to have something in breakfast. The location itself was not close to any restaurant. This might be disturbing for your Muslim customers.But honestly speaking,I knew all this before my stay, but since I want a couple of peaceful days during my vacations in Thailand therefore it did not bother me too much. There was a spider Web in the master bedroom near the vanity area, and my son also found a spider on the bed the second night of our stay.He killed it,not a big deal, that is why the same was not reported to the housekeeping.

I personally liked the peacefulness of the hotel, away from the busy city. The hotel was nicely built and renovated. The room with jacuzzi that I booked was big and clean.

I didn’t like that the shower’s water pressure was low.

The Hotel rooms is clean, the private pool in our room is awesome.

the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. the design is a little awkward in the bathroom and the switches a bit confusing but beautiful decor matching the theme of the location.

my location to the main Resturant and reception but they were very quick to send a golf cart to pick me up. I didn’t like my room location because it was in the 2nd floor and I have leg problems but they didn’t know and I didn’t know.
