Beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay.

Friends and family visited the area for the Garth Brooks concert. Everyone enjoyed a round of golf, great food and one of the best concerts ever. The house provided a wonderful place to stay - providing plenty of space for everyone. The house was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the large table for card playing. We had a great time!

This house is very spacious and centrally located making it easy to get everywhere in NWA. The host was very easy to communicate with. Lovely property. Thank you!

This property was absolutely gorgeous! This a dream home! We booked the house on VRBO for my wedding weekend and it was perfect. It was clean, spacious, beautiful backyard, great accommodations, and wonderful property owners. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to venture to the NWA area or even for a weekend get away for those in this area.

Great spot for 8 golfing buddies. We didn’t use the backyard as much as I would have liked, but that was do to rain not the property. Great layout in the house. Would stay at the same place again.

This totally renovated house was very clean and in a great location. Little details like a k-cup machine with K cups and condiments/staples in the kitchen was an added bonus for us.

Debra's place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges Museum. The whole place made us feel at ease. Everything is brand new and renovated. Very spacious. I would definitely come again!

This is our go to rental in Bentonville. The host Debra is wonderful and incredibly responsive. This week our trip did not go as planned and my husband was seriously hurt in an accident. Debra was incredibly thoughtful and having an inviting “home” to come back to after long days was wonderful.

We had a wonderful experience staying in our old neighborhood! The house was exactly as listed and pictured. Wonderful backyard for entertaining and big yard for the kids to play and dog to run.

The coffee is definitely a bonus, great appliances in the kitchen. Good locations for museums, bike trails and walking trails. We enjoyed playing games in the back yard in the evening. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the living rooms. Fun place to visit. We also enjoyed the products in the kitchen and bathrooms. So pleased that you recycle. One concern is the hall bathroom tub. We didn't figure out how to close the drain. The other is that the tub is slippery and would be safer with with a non-slip mat. One individual slipped. We had a delightful time and enjoyed the house very much. Jeanie

Our family stayed at the property over Memorial Weekend. I would highly recommend staying at this location, very close to everything, including the square/trailheads. The house has everything you need and was bigger than I expected—plenty of room for a family of four. The owner was very responsive if I needed anything. I will definitely stay at the house again on our next mountain bike adventure.

It is a newly and tastefully remodeled house in a quite neighborhood, minutes from everything in Bentonville. The Greenway bike trail is just down the block. Will definitely stay there again.

Debra was a wonderful host and this was a wonderful property. Any issues that we had, she was more than accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend booking this property.

We chose this house for our trip for many reasons: 1. The photos looked great on the listing 2. It had enough bedrooms for us all 3. The biggest determining factor was the big dining table for us to eat all our meals there since we're not going to restaurants because of Covid. We loved the property because:1. It was as nice as it looked online. Great modern, but cozy decor and more space than we expected! 2. The den had a huge comfy sectional and a big tv.3. The kitchen was so nice with vaulted ceiling and complimentary goodies and drinks. . .including a good little bottled margarita! The dining table was long enough to eat at one end and have a game set up at the other. 4. The location was convenient and easy parking was a plus. 5. Everything was so clean too. The only little thing for us was the mattress protectors were noisy, but the firm mattresses and fluffy pillows were great. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone! We absolutely loved our stay at this location. Debra was extremely accommodating and always willing to make our stay enjoyable. I liked the nice safe neighborhood and it perfectly located to many of the places we wanted to visit. I very much appreciated the nice clean bright fun colorful decor.

Debra was so easy to work with and the property was amazing! This was our first year of being away from home in KS for Christmas and she definitely made it amazing for us. The Christmas tree and treats for the kids put it over the top! We will definitely be booking this property in the future.

This was our second stay at this property and once again it did not disappoint. We stayed the week prior to Christmas and we were greeted with the prettiest holiday decorations, tasty goodies in the fridge and a gift for our son under the tree. The owners go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable in their home. It’s been the perfect house for our needs and we were already planning our next trip back while driving home. In my previous review I gave details of the house. This trip we learned a new thing. Our long wheel base Range Rover can fit in the garage with the four bike rack on back. It was perfect because it allowed us to pack up the car and bikes inside instead of outside in cold:)

This was our 4th trip to Bentonville and first time staying at this property. This is by far my favorite property we’ve stayed at and that’s comparing to homes that I’ve spent more than double per night. The house has been recently and thoughtfully remodeled and it shows. As for the important info that you look for when deciding what property to book... owner is more than accommodating and responsive and there were welcoming touches throughout, the house was very clean and this is coming from someone who prides herself on her own home’s cleanliness, the kitchen is well stocked if you choose to eat in and the kitchen has good working space, there’s a mud room right off of the garage which is ideal when biking and hiking, garage has a large table for your gear etc, there’s two good size TVs in separate living rooms and the sectional is clean and comfortable to relax on and the location is within 10 minutes to trails, Rogers, groceries and Bentonville town square. All the members of my very particular family enjoyed the home and we’ll definitely be booking again.

Everything was perfect!

House was perfect for us. It was obviously recently renovated and done very well. Lots of space for people and bikes. We try to travel to the area at least once a year to mountain bike and we’ll definitely be staying in this house again. The only thing that would’ve made it more perfect would’ve been a hot tub to soak in after a long day of riding.

Here in Bville to ride bikes. Great place to stay. It's spacious and clean! Beds were comfortable. we would definitely stay here again!

The property was as described. We had everything we needed. There was plenty of room, linens were adequate, furniture and beds were comfortable. We will definitely rent here again!

It is obvious that the owner went above and beyond! The house is beautiful. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The tub didn’t plug for a bath. There was a used makeup remover and roll of toilet paper under the vanity and there was water left in the kettle on the stove. The tub has also not been deep cleaned in some time. I felt the house was “clean” but if we are paying a cleaning fee I expected more than “spot clean”. Overall great place.
