Not much choice of the food available ! We stayed at room 169 our celing in the balcony ( paint isn’t looking good) It required fri paint !!

Understanding that Servatur needs to find alternative revenue streams, the charge/deposit for pool towels, use of safe was annoying. The pool should be heated. Perhaps a microwave in the room?

Faltaba un hervidor de agua en la habitación para tomar un café o té.

Gutes Frühstücks- und Abendbüffett. Modern gestalteter Pool/Bar-Bereich mit Liegesitzen im Wasser und abwechslungsreicher Livemusik. Liegt direkt an einer Straße mit vielen Einkaufs und Essensmöglichkeiten, ist dabei aber trotzdem ruhig.

Mein Zimmer war recht klein mit Ausblick auf die Klimaanlage. Alles muß mit Kreditkarte bezahlt werden,auch die Getränke, die im Abendbüffet nicht inklusive sind, nicht mal Wasser.

The matras off bed is too hard The curtains are to rhin so Its so early light in The room The clleaning lady knocked in our door at 8:45 to ask if She van clean Cleaning people make a lot of noise early . I think better let The cleaning ladys start at 10:00 and not earlier .

Very friendly food and beverage staff, excellent reception service great selection of food and drinks, very clean rooms just perfect if you looking for nice hotel.

knowing that I’ve been here before and enjoyed the stay …..that was a huge mistake,won’t ever stay here again I’d rather sleep on the beach like homeless

Marjorie🤦‍♂️ (the sweet face and fake smiling receptionist) she very bossy and she made my last stay horrendous NEVER AGAIN HERE

Don Miguel hotel was beautiful, the room was excellent so comfortable. Restaurant is very good so much variety and quality food always so beautiful my meals were amazing and dessert well I was so impressed some real tasty desserts Reception great always greeted and acknowledged you as a guest Cleaning just amazing spotless a bathroom perfect bath tub shower so clean I loved the hotel and would return again with no hesitation perfect hotel

Having to leave to come home I regret not staying longer but had to return home for personal commitments

Great hotel for adults only. Nearby jumbo center. Great swimming pool where you can relax with a drink in your hand.

Perfect location just next to Yumbo Center and very clean hotel. Rooms are big and mattresses are comfy. Pool bar is cool with super friendly staff always smiling and happy to help.

It is a good deal but it is a bit ran down.. furnitures in the rooms are still the same than when I came there for the first time back in 2007. A bit noisy sometimes especially if your room is close to the lifts and suffers from the multiple people walking by.

dated property, especially the rooms and furniture. rooms are also small. aircon and fridge were excellent
