We cannot tell you how our experience was. We were asked to change to another hotel at a very last minute and they told us they were fully booked. We booked a month before our arrival.

The location was close to the ice cave and it was very nice to stay there. The staff was also nice. There is a restaurant right under us.

The internet did not reach to our room. But it was great at the common area. There was some alarms that made noise in the night.

The environment is beautiful. The building looks awesome. The rooms are large and warm.

The kitchen is really small and not equipped very well. There is one small pan and two small pots for 12 bed capacity apartment and no oven. No freezer in the fridge. The kitchen sink was stuck we had to do the washing in the bathroom. The electricity went off from the kitchen, we had to rewire it from one of the bedrooms. The manager who comes for the accommodation and the payment not speaking any English. The wifi range if very short you cannot receive signal in the bedrooms or in the kitchen.

Very convenient location, nice views from window and shared balcony

We were surprised to find out the rooms didn't come with a private bathrooom. We later checked the info on booking.com and found that a shared bathroom is indeed mentioned but the info is kind of hidden and you have to look for it - especially coz the description is " rooms with shared kitchen and living room". Since there is no mention of a shared wc/shower there, we think the way the info is presented is a bit misleading and could be improved

Location was perfect, staff was perfect, everything was clean and very nice.

The location of the hotel is definitely the best option for someone who wants to see Dobsinska ladova jaskyna, Telgart, Syslovisko - Biele vody or Palcmanska Masa. Everything is very close to the facility (about 10-15min by car).
