When i booked it didnt showed for me that there is cleaning fee which its approximately 150zl and the check out is very early at 10:00!

Fantastic view, fantastic houses/terraces, fantastic hosts/staff. Coffee machine!
The houses are equipped with most of the things you need for a longer stay.
Possibility of a self check-in with a convenience of reception during working hours.
The houses are close to one another, but set is such a way that you will almost never notice other guests.
Dog and kids friendly!
If you live on the ground floor and like to sleep longer, high chances are you will be awakened by noise coming from upstairs. Even though the sound proofing is good, the vibrations from somebody walking above you are horrible.
The parking is designed in such a way that somebody always blocks somebody and it might be difficult sometimes to get out (e.g. you want to go on an early trip and your neighbors blocked you and are sleeping).

There are no in walking distance grocery stores ,the closest is approximately in 7 minutes driving down the hill.

Beautiful apartment, We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was wonderful with amazing mountain view. The rooms were cozy and comfortable.

The view from the main room was spectacular
In my question as to whether we could park 2X cars and bring 2X dogs - I was answered by booking.com/Osada Kościelisko that yes and that no additional charges would be applied - then upon arrival was charged for the dogs - Booking.com was difficult to get hold of and were of no help

The view is amazing! So is the building.
The area appears to be expanding and lots of houses are being built. Nice host.
The street continues up to beautiful pastures where I found a top 10 running trail. (Thanks Google)
Hiking is very accessible and beautiful. Caves worth a visit.
The place is a bit too far from restaurants to walk. We lacked information in English about the area- sights and hiking.
As usual- quite hard beds.
