Our original booking had to cancel the day before we were supposed to leave and we were so happy this property was available! It was perfect for our family. Many wonderful amenities and close to all the attractions. The kids had their own spaces and the hot tub was awesome. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Our stay at Cozy Bear Cabin was just perfect. Their attention to detail is above and beyond and made our stay super enjoyable. Especially loved the game room! Proximity to area attractions is a plus. We'll be back!

We had a great time at this house. The layout of the house makes it easy to use the kitchen while hanging out with people in the living room. We enjoyed the nice deck and hot tub surrounded by trees. The host responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed trips to Cherokee, Bryson City, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and Nantahala National Forest. Mingo Falls in Cherokee was especially pretty. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful place to stay for our family it had plenty of space. Toys for kids a game room and a hot tub. And restaurants, dollar general, family dollar, and grocery store maybe 10 minutes from the house. It’s peaceful and makes you feel at home. Wasn’t but 10 minutes from beautiful Cherokee and the new found gap road. We had a great trip and would definitely go back and stay again.

Awesome accommodations, great location. Loved the hot tub and the flexibility to be able to cook or go into town for dinner. It is a smaller town so not alot of dinner options but if your looking for a home town feel like we were it was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Cozy Bear Cabin. Bobby and Jackie were so helpful and responsive and provided ideas of places/things to do in town. We loved the bear decor throughout the cabin. The views were amazing; we loved the rocking chairs and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped for meals. Our kids loved the game room and movies. We will definitely recommend this cabin and hope to come back!

This was my third time staying at the Cozy Bear and it was amazing as always. There is nothing more relaxing than watching the sunrise over the mountains from the deck with a cup of coffee.

Clean and well set-up. Sitting in the hot tub after dinner with our kids at night was wonderful. The game are downstairs is perfect for little ones needing to blow off steam, while not damaging anything. We’ll be back!

We loved our stay at the cozy bear lodge. The house has everything you need. We really loved the hot tub and game room. The location made it ideal for a trip to Bryson City or Cherokee. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The Cozy Cabin was perfect for our stay. It was clean and just as described. It was a nice location for access to the Great Smoky Mountains as well as groceries, which was very convenient.

Just as described, nice clean place & central location to many areas nearby. Perfect if you have kids although it was just 2 of us, we enjoyed the games. Loved the tree top patio & hot tub. Kitchen was great & well appointed except if you plan on cooking, buy/bring salt,pepper, herbs. Also need baggies, Saran Wrap or foil. No extra supplies have been left by renters (places we’ve stayed at usually have a nice collection). Also make sure you bring all toiletries (soap, shampoo etc). Would definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful little house! Very clean and comfortable and close to everything we needed and wanted. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay hiking, playing games and enjoying the hot tub and and will definitely return here again when traveling this way.

This place was perfect for our family. The kids loved the games downstairs and having their own upstairs loft bedroom! We enjoyed the charming decor touches, the deck, and the cozy electric fireplace that could be enjoyed even in summer temps. It’s even better than pictures.

The cabin is very nice and clean. Plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed the deck and hot tub! Would def book this house again!

Cabin was absolutely perfect for our family vacation to the mountains. As per other reviews, the driveway/rd to the cabin is a bit daunting for us Flat Florida types, but by the 2nd day, I got the hang of it. It was so clean, I came home with the goal of getting my house as clean as that was! Cabin had all the cooking utensils I needed. Note, you would need to bring your own cooking spray and spices including salt and pepper if needed. Having a washer and dryer on purpose was amazing! Didn't have to come home to a bag of stinky laundry. We had a concern with hot tub but Bobby communicated with us timely to come to a resolution. The ONLY recommendation I would have is to have a spot for a small campfire or even just big enough to roast some marshmallows. All in all, absolutely amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this cabin!!

Getting there was a little bit tricky but otherwise the property is perfect for a family of 6; Place was clean, well laid out with nice views of the are and sufficiently well stocked with utensils and entertainment options. The owner/s provided great communication to ensure that our needs are met. I would definitely consider this property for future trips when in the area.

Our stay was wonderful. The cottage was everything we hoped it would be and more. Location very convenient whether your wanting to go to cherokee,Maggie Valley,Waynesville or Bryson city. We are most definitely gonna rebook and bring our kids along.
