The first thing that I noticed upon entering the beautiful condo was the level of cleanliness. It was absolutely spotless. Monica has outdone herself by ensuring that everything a guest could need is available. The beds extremely comfortable making for a very comfortable sleep. The location simply cannot be beat anywhere in Naples in my opinion. We were able to get up in the morning have a coffee grab the backpack chairs and umbrella and walk two blocks to the beach come home shower and walk another two blocks for dinner. We rented a car, but really did not need it. I would highly recommend Monica‘s condo to anyone interested in really getting to know Naples.

This condo is amazing. It is everything that that was described and more. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. Everything we needed was either within walking distance or short drive away. It was so nice being close to the beach. We walked there everyday and just love the Naples beach. Monica is also a great host. She was very responsive and answered all our questions. She left us everything you need for a beach vacation. If our travels find us in Naples again, we will definitely be looking up this condo again!

We had simply the BEST vacation! Monica was a wonderful host— extremely attentive and responsive. The location could not have been better. We’ve been to Naples a few times, and never stayed in a better spot! Just a short walk to the beach, and a short walk in the opposite direction to dinner and shops on fifth ave. Location made it easy for travel with a toddler who often changed her mind! We could go to the beach for a short time and then head back to the condo pool. The condo itself is clean, beautiful and stocked with everything you need! We were especially grateful for the beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for the beach… made traveling with a toddler very easy in that we didn’t need to bring all our own things! We loved everything about this condo and would happily stay again if we ever get the chance. Thank you, Monica!

The condo and its location are the perfect combo! Our family loved it, no issues while staying there. I would absolutely recommend it to all folks who want to enjoy Naples.

We stayed in this condo for two weeks in February, 2022. The condo was very clean. We loved the location as we could walk two blocks to the beach and two blocks to the restaurants right on Fifth Avenue. The beds were so comfortable. Monica texted asking us if everything was going okay. She is very friendly and easy to deal with. We hope to be able to book the condo again for next winter! We would highly recommend!!!

This beach condo is everything you would want and more! Decorated and supplied with high end finishes and amenities. You could tell the owner wanted to share with their guests what they would want. Beautiful dinner plates, Tommy Bahama Chairs, crisp linens, etc. They thought of everything you may need right down to ice pack and lunch box for the beach! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Spotlessly clean and fantastic location. Great to have beach chairs/umbrella/towels. Literally everything you could need is right here. The hosts were incredibly quick to respond to any questions.

The condo was perfect! Everything you could possibly need and more. We have stayed at this location several times and this condo was by far the best one! It was impeccably decorated and clean and the attention to detail was outstanding. Our host Monica was very responsive throughout the entire process from reservation to checkout.

You simply cannot beat the combination of this condo, coupled with the perfect location on 5th avenue. The property is 100% as advertised: newly remodeled and clean. We enjoyed the walks down 5th avenue and easy strolls to the beach. Monica is super easy to work with and was extremely responsive during the entire process. We're already discussing a return visit.

We stayed at this property for a week and it couldn’t have been better. Monica was always readily available when we had a question but mostly everything was so well laid out and organized to begin with. So clean, comfortable and convenient in every way. We came to this condo on a girls trip to Naples. There were 3 of us and we fit very comfortably. The condo is beautifully updated, very clean, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach is short and convenient! Monica and her husband are wonderful, responsive, property owners. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to booking this condo again in the future!

We are very happy with our stay in the condo. The place is newly and very beautifully decorated, with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. I liked the beds, the kitchen, the bathrooms, everything. The condo is very close to the beach and it has beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. The pool is small, but if you are with children, it is perfect. In five minutes you can reach excellent restaurants located on Fifth Avenue. Monica is very nice and helpful with everything. We would be happy to come back again.

I had a great stay for 7 nights in May. The condo was clean, newly renovated and location could not be beat. Monica was wonderful to coordinate with-she responded quickly and was very helpful from payment/contract until the day of departure. Great place-would highly recommended!

Condo was very clean and Monica our host responded quickly to our texts!! Check in was very easy!! This is a great location as you can walk to everything: restaurants shops beach. Naples Beach is beautiful.

The unit was meticulously cleaned with thoughtful touches everywhere. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need, beach toys and chairs etc. On top of the great amenities, this is in a PRIME location. We truly could have gotten away without renting a car. Walkable to the beach and restaurants! Coming from the Chicago cold, this was the perfect getaway made even better by a seamless check in and check out process and a wonderful available owner. We will definitely return.One hiccup we ran into was parking, which was fairly laid out in the rental contract. It ended up being a non-issue. But we did feel a bit like living in the city-when you snagged a spot-you didn’t want to leave in fear it would be taken. We only had to make a few small trips to the grocery store etc-and we did always end up finding a spot in the permit lot, but it’s something to be prepared for if you’re going during busy season.All in all, I wish we could give this 6 stars! We were so pleased!

I have stayed in other condos at this property before and this one was by far the best! The owner was extremely helpful and communicative and made the entire process seamless and pleasant. The property is BY FAR best location in Naples, that's why we keep coming back to this spot. This condo was newly renovated and has anything and everything you could possibly need. I LOVED the bed and bedding, very high quality, unlike most 'beach' houses I've stayed in before. It also helped we had the most gorgeous weather all week - perfect escape from the freezing Pittsburgh climate! We will DEFINITELY make this an annual ritual at this same condo. Just 5 stars all the way!!

This is the first time we rented in Naples. Other visits to SW Florida involved staying with friends in golf communities. Our goal this time was to be close to a beach and close to restaurants. This property offered that and it was newly remodeled and fit our needs perfectly. We even met Monica and her husband (owners) who happened to be in Naples at the time. We would definately come back.

This was a great condo. It was newly renovated. The property manager was exceptional. The location is great.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. It had all the amenities we required and was conveniently located to the beach, tennis and all our favorite restaurants. Everything was clean and neat. We can hardly wait to return.
