This spot was a great location - the beach was right around the corner. Clean and cute! The neighborhood was a lively and loud until late in the night, so pack earbuds or white noise if that bothers you. Overall, it was a great little home for a weekend getaway.

Being literally steps from the beach is this properties greatest asset. And walking distance to lots of restaurants. The condo itself is meh. It looks like the pictures but pics don’t pick up the fact that it’s an older property or the relatively small but noticeable imperfections (broken door on bathroom vanity, missing toilet paper dispenser in master bath). 2nd bedroom much smaller than it appears in pics. Too small for 2 teens to share. There was a pull out couch but no bedding for it. 1/2 bath is very small with no ventilation. Fine for just one person staying in the room - nothing more. I will say the property manager was very responsive. I was never sent access code before the trip and when i called the owner when we landed in LA he was not reachable at all but left the property manager’s number in his vm greeting. Luckily we reached him and he responded right away with door code. He also brought pullout bedding and bath mats (also missing) when requested the next day. We were there in the middle of a heatwave. Like many properties in the area there was no AC. Ceiling fans helped. But there wasn’t one in 2nd bedroom. It was very hot in there. Found a dusty table top fan in the closet and that helped. Condo is on first floor right on street. Lots of foot traffic literally on other side of living room windows. Mostly kept curtain closed because foot traffic was so close to windows. But can’t beat the location! We enjoyed the area and our overall stay.

This property was simple but spacious and accommodating. It was in a great location and right next to my cousin’s condo, who we went to visit! The space was clean and well supplied for our needs. The manager responded to a request that we had and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The only thing, which was out of the property manager’s control, was that the sound proofing from the upstairs apartment is not very good. Also, it depends on who’s up there at the time… Overall, it was just right for our needs and we had a great time!

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Felt very safe staying here. Can hear and see the Ocean from the apartment. Easy 20 minute walk to the Venice sign and beach. A lot to do within walking distance. If you plan on cooking, could use a few more items in the kitchen. It was perfect for our group. Would stay here again!! Thanks for great accommodations!!

Horrible! NO TV! NO ESPN, NO NETWORK NEWS, NO COLLEGE FOOTBALL, NO NFL. Windows aren't secure with coverings or curtains. Homeless people urinating in the front porch area, homeless people trying to enter the house intoxicated. It's terribly unsafe. Neighborhood is a homeless mess.

I contacted the property manager and informed them informed them that there was no air conditioning although air conditioning was advertised they told me they would refund me one night stay and I never received a refund. The only reason I booked was because they advertised air conditioning.

The property had new kitchen appliances, but was generally not well kept up. The doors were too small for the door frames and one dead bolt looked like it had been picked and removef. We left after one might

Great location. The place could use a couple tweaks, such as a stopper for the bathtub, and more saucepans in the kitchen. Be aware there is no cable television; just Roku. The fireplace wasn't working, and there was no heat/ AC (neither of which we needed at this time of year). If you rent a car, try to get a small one to facilitate parking in what is a tight spot.

The stay was below average. It was obvious the place was not cleaned when we arrived (the floor was sticky and personal belongings were left from the previous stay). The apartment was run down, the kitchen lacked basic utensils and the beds were uncomfortable. The location is so great with easy access to the beach but the low quality of the apartment took away from the experience. It needs a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. I would not recommend this place to a friend or stay again.

This property was in a great location, great proximity to beach and restaurants. Very comfortable on the inside, the only suggestions I have would be to have a few extra bath towels, and pepper to go with the provided salt...which we donated to the kitchen pantry for future guests. :)
