The house is spacious BUT ........

The house needs so much upgrading, let's start from the heating water system, you have to switch it on manually two hours before and it will automatically switch off, so if you like to have a shower in the morning you have to wake up two hours earlier, if you are out all day, you have to wait for two hours to take a shower when you get back. Not convenient when you are on holiday. On our second day we woke up without electricity. I called and was told to walk all the way down the street to check the safety switch (means it happens often) unfortunately it was not the case and within the hour the maintenance guy came. He could not fix the fault so we ended up with half the lights in the house and outdoor area (by 5:30pm it was already dark). All the facilities need immediate replacing as they barely function - cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. Oh and by the way there is a snooker table but the ques are not usable. I needed to use the mop and went looking for it, there is a room behind the parking space and I opened it to check if it is there and next to all the tools and dirt they keep all the bed linen and towels, not on a shelf (because there are no shelves) but on the floor. I have been to places that are a 100% better and even cheaper all around Europe. I also had been to Aya Napa in peak season and had a better villa than this. The price we paid is too high for what you get !! If they use the money I paid they can upgrade all the appliances, get some new ques and put a shelf in the store room. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!

Very spacious house for a group of friends, comfortable bedrooms and beds. Nice that you can use the sauna. Muste be great in summer as there is a large swimming pool!

We couldn't find a house because there are several similar ones in the area. The taxi dropped us off at another complex.

The property was very spacious, with one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor ideal for the less abled visitors. The pool although not cleaned as often as we were led to believe is a nice depth, an average size adult will reach the bottom of the pool at all points

BEWARE!!!! The first thing we were hit with when we arrived was that they had changed the conditions ( not told prior to this point) and that there was now an electricity surcharge if you went over a certain amount. Only no way to know how much your using. Although the building is very impressive it is in need of some TLC. Whilst most is only cosmetic there were some points which were dangerous like the pool edging not be fastened and a piece falling into the pool whilst we were using it. The pool table is not useable due to neglect to find detail by the letting staff, none of the cues have tips on. On arrival one bathroom and one toilet did not work but these were quickly rectified. The location is not the best you either need to find a good taxi service (not the number they leave for you as they are not even based in larnaca so can’t help) or you need to drive

Everything was really great, the kitchen had all we needed as a family, entertainment, as the pool, snooker table and TV were great, the location is perfect

The pool should be cleaned a bit in a higher frequency
