Everything was great! The property is as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked as are beach chairs/towels. I would definitely recommend this property if traveling to AMI. Rebecca is very responsive and easy to work with. Thank you!

This house was exceptional. Very clean and modern. Extremely well stocked with everything guests need. We were not able to enjoy the pool because of the cool temperatures and the fact the pool is quite shaded. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely return to this rental.

This was one of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed in. Just as pretty as the pictures, meticulously clean, and very well stocked. Location is great - one block over from beach and close to everything. Super easy to get around if you have a golf cart. Can’t wait to return. Would love it if they offered less than one week rentals (especially in summer).

Attention to detail, down to the baseboards being spotless. The landscaping and outside sitting/gathering areas were amazing. Location close to beach access and restaurants on quiet street. Unassuming from the outside but jackpot vacation home on the inside and backyard. Hope to return soon!

This was our seventh time coming to Anna Maria Island, but first stay at Sandy Palms and it has been the best stay yet! Rebecca was very easy to get into contact with, as well as ensured our stay was great! The home was beautiful and so clean, as well as a quick easy walk to the beach. It is even in a perfect location all together in regards to the island. A quick drive to the north end, as well as down more south of we wanted. Overall, as a family of 6, with young ones, we had an AMAZING vacation.

Our family of 5 had a great time in Anna Maria and this home was perfect for us! We utilized both the pool and beach every day! The pool, even though it looks small in pictures, was actually a perfect size. Location to beach was truly only a 5 min walk. There are many spots to access the beach on the island but it was nice to be close to a spot that felt more private/less people. Definitely a plus for us! We visited in August so didn’t rent bikes (too hot) but did rent a golf cart and felt it was the best way to get around the island from our location. Bikes would have been a little far of a ride into the little town/shops of Anna Maria with our younger kids but a golf cart made it easy, quick, fun and easier to find parking! Plus more fun to explore the entire island this way! The house was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels/beach towels, pool and beach toys, chairs etc. Also if you have little ones, the extra measures for pool safety are above and beyond with a very kid proof gate locking system and alarm system. Rebecca was always helpful and responsive with check in, check out and any questions we had during our stay. Overall we loved this home and would definitely come back!

This was our first time to AMI and we could not be more pleased with choosing this home for the week. It was absolutely perfect for my family and I! Rebecca has really thought of everything and is a wonderful host! Very easy to communicate with and she clearly wants her guests to have an enjoyable stay. The house had every amenity and more and the location to the beach was perfect as it was a very short walk. The pool was exactly what we needed to stay cool in the July heat. The best part was how the landscaping was done to give you privacy and shade. We loved this home and can't wait to get back there again!

This property was clean beautifully decorated and exceptionally stocked with anything we might of needed. The little pool was perfect! The master was fantastic!! Our family so loved everything❤️

We wanted a special vacation for our children and grandchildren, and this house definitely made it special! The house was perfect, it was decorated beautifully, had everything we possibly needed and was spotless. We felt so at home in this house, we can’t wait to come back. Our grand daughters keep telling us how much they miss”our Florida house!”

The house was extremely clean! It had everything we needed, including beach towels and plenty of beach gear. The beds were comfy (big win in my opinion)! Located about a block from the beach and walkable to some restaurants. 10/10 recommend this house for your next AMI visit. We can’t wait to come back!!

We stayed at Sandy Palms with our family and friends for a week and it was an oasis away from home! It’s exactly as the listing describes, there was not one thing that we needed that was not on the property or in the house. The location is prime to the beach and the pool is the icing on the cake. We enjoyed sunsets at the beach and nights poolside in the gorgeous backyard. We absolutely hope to stay here again. Rebecca had a beautiful home and it is not to be missed if you’re planning a stay on AMI!

This house was perfect for our family. We have a very busy 5yr old and a 3m old so the open floor concept really met our needs to multitask and supervise our children. Really can’t say enough about how wonderful Rebecca was! She really went above and beyond to accommodate us. Would absolutely recommend this lovely property over and over again.

We had a wonderful vacation at Sandy Palms. The beach house was beautifully decorated, it was very comfortable and welcoming and we loved relaxing by the pool in such a relaxing setting. Rebecca was a gracious host who was kind to check in on us and who was available should we have any questions arise. We also really enjoyed having the beach be only a short walk away.

Sandy Palms is a pristine beach property in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy walking access to the beach, and conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. Our host was extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating.

This property was perfect for my family of 5….the house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and outdoor area were well maintained and the kids had a blast in the private pool. The house was a short walking distance to the beach which made it great for our small children. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

I can’t say enough about this adorable property! It had everything we needed and beyond to make our stay feel like we were at home. The owner was great with communicating which I really appreciated. All the little things really went a long way with us right down to basket of beach towels right by the sliding door! Thank you!

Our experience with this property and owner was nothing short of amazing! Rebecca was quick to respond to any questions from booking to checkout. This house and grounds were very clean and exactly how it is described. The house included lots of extras that typically don’t come with a VRBO. The host’s attention to detail was apparent - they have a binder that includes information on the area. We found it very helpful during our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone throughout the home. The house is an easy 5 minute walk from door to beach. The beach by the house was gorgeous and not too crowded. We had space to play games in the area behind our chairs/umbrella. There was a sandbar you could walk to depending on tides. We found all beach equipment provided which saved us from having to bring ours. It was all in good condition with the exception of one boogie board which was cracked. We purchased our own so no biggie. I’m certain the host would have replaced it had we asked. Last but not least, although the pool appears to be small in the photos the four teens in our family spent hours in the pool every day! I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property and host!

Great house for a small family. Seems to be recently updated. Small pool was perfect and is deeper than it appears in pictures. A short 2/10s of a mile walk to the beach. The owner communicated well.

We have rented several vrbo properties in Florida and while the others have been very nice this property was exceptional! We absolutely loved our stay in this home. Rebecca has covered all the bases and is very easy to get ahold of with any questions. The property is very clean and comfortable. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach. My older grandson loved the pool and the landscaping is so relaxing and beautiful! We thouroghly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property. What a great place! Location - On a dead end street, just a couple of blocks from the beach and walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Cozy, clean, beautifully decorated, private, perfect for any group.

In the 25 years that I have been going to Anna Maria Island this is, by far, the nicest property I have ever rented. The house is beautifully decorated, the patio area and pool are very well equipped and have such a wonderful tropical setting and feel. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need. The gate and alarm system on the doors to the pool area are a great layer of security, as we had our 2 year old grandson with us. The cocktail pool is larger than it looks in the picture and the ledge around the inside of 2 sides of the pool made it possible for a toddler to be in the water safely and enjoy his time while we were in the pool. The walk to the beach was around 5 minutes, so the location is great! The neighborhood is quiet and you are away from road noise. I have back issues and the beds were very comfortable. The pool guy came twice during our one week stay, so that is maintained very well. It was a wonderful week and the house was a huge part of that. Everyone in our family was impressed and very comfortable. We are coming back next year. Excellent all the way around!
