Everything was lovely. Lori made the cottage feel like she was expecting family. Everything was perfect.

We had the BEST time! Absolutely loved this cottage the beach the area. Every detail exceeded expectations. It was myself and my daughters… 7/9/13. We spent a lot of time at the ocean playing in the water and sand. They loved trying out the boogie boards in the ocean. It felt like our own private oasis. Not many people around. We hope to get to come back. We made memories to last forever!

Our family had a wonderful time. The communication with the owner was fluid and fast.

Proximity and access to beach can’t be beat. Overall the cottage was a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay again. Perfect for couples or small families. Hosts provided everything needed to make things home-like.

Definitely the vacation we needed in a super quiet neighborhood. Close to Ogunquit and York but an easy drive to Portland, too. The cottage is small, but it had everything we needed. The AC is wonderful on those surprise 80 degree days. The top floor where the bedroom is gets a LOT of morning light so bring a sleep mask if you like to sleep past 6. Our favorite part was the balcony, especially in the evenings. Can't wait to stay here again!

Cozi cottage in Wells was exactly what I was searching for in a getaway weekend. The cottage itself was small but the perfect size for two adults. Everything was clean and comfortable. The little deck off the loft bedroom was the perfect spot to have coffee in the morning while listening to and watching the waves come in. The access to Moody Beach was literally steps away. It was not too crowded for a late May weekend though I wonder if it ever gets all that crowded since it is a small and private beach. Lori was very responsive and friendly! We hope to book again later this year. Thank you so much!

My great nieces thought it was so “cool” to have our own little cottage just steps from the beach. Kitchen is very well equipped, all was super clean, and great communication with owner gave this cottage an A+ rating.

Cozi Cottage is very quaint and came with all the comforts of home. Even with subzero outside temperatures, the cottage was very warm. Lori was very helpful and promt to answer any and all questions both before and during our stay.

Small, cute, as advertised

Loved everything about this property. We sat out on the deck and watched the sunrise most mornings. Took 20 or so steps to the beach and walked the beach. It was central to everything we wanted to do from Ogunquit to Kennebunkport to our self-guided lighthouse tour. Even our trip to the Cog Rail on Mount Washington didn't seem that far away. Maybe that was just great company, but being able to come home to a cozy cottage each night was definitely a plus.

Lovely cottage with access to Moody beach. Everything we needed for vacation was there. Owner was extremely pleasant and responsive. Will most definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

We had an amazing time in Wells, Moody beach is fantastic! The house was perfect; everything was clean, the kitchen was very functional for quick meals, the bedroom upstairs with a small outdoor deck was lovely. Although the house sleeps 4, I believe it would be crowded unless two of the guests were babies/little kids. That said, we would definitely visit again and would love to stay here. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy Cottage offered proximity to the ocean coupled with comfort. Upon arrival, we followed the stamped concrete path mere steps to the breathtaking beachfront. The cottage itself has been beautifully appointed: leathered granite countertops, custom wooden blinds, AC upstairs. Keyless entry, ample hooks and storage as well as an outdoor living area added to the appeal. Lori checked in with us regularly. We look forward to returning next summer!
