All was fine until we went to use the hot tub, which was one of the reasons we decided on this location, but when we went to fill it, the water was completely brown, no way I was going to sit in that

Pilot light wasn't lit on the fireplace. We didn't have a lighter and maintenance never showed up. We never found the hot tub. I thought it was on the "back porch". I wrongly assumed we were in a stand alone cabin, so I thought it was close. The worst was the jacuzzi tub. 😔 I asked about bubble bath and was told it was okay. We filled the tub with only water, and I got in. When my husband turned on the jets and stepped in, bubbles started coming out. At first, we thought it was just the jets, but soon discovered it was soap. Eventually, the tub was completely over run with bubbles. Thankfully, I had not put any in, or it would have been everywhere. We got out right away and emptied the tub. When it drained, there was dirt all over the bubbles. It was nasty. Other than the tub, everything was clean. The location was great, but it was kind of like a motel, with a door that went straight outside. Someone there had an infant that cried quite a bit. Owner can't help that. Overall, not a place I would go back to. But...the price was right.

This is a very nice! We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi was clean and it worked very well. The only thing that we did not realize is that it was so close to others. It says in the post that it is secluded . However, it’s part of a complex so you have many neighbors. Other that that it was a very nice relaxing stay. We may be back in the future.

We love it. It was very clean and to far to far from town. The manager got right back to me about maybe staying another night. We are thinking about bringing our kids next and we will be booking again with them.

We like staying at these cabins because they are close to everything but still far enough away for privacy

Very pleasant stay. Suite was very clean. Check in was super easy. The host was very prompt and extremely courteous! Would definitely stay again!!

This blew me away. The cabin was amazing . Clean and every thing was amazing. My boyfriend and I had a amazing time. We definitely would give this a 5 star. We are looking to book again in the next couple of months. I will be recommending this place to friends . I also am a travel agent so I will recommend this to my clients. Cozy and comfy on the inside. Lighting in my room is way too dark that needs changed. Hot water Heater gave us cold showers. Not sure if its shared w other rooms. Room was clean and inviting Could u please email me i need to bring something to your attention thanks mitch

Very nice place quite but still close to town

The place itself was great. Loved the jet tub and the fireplace. Our only concern was when we went to leave every day to go into the Berlin area it required an impossible left turn onto Route 62. If there is a better way to get to Berlin, please make a note of it in the suite. This was our only concern.

Very nice, the area was very quiet nice walk to the pond, the only down fall was it was close to the road but still nice and quiet for a nights stay. The room was very clean, couldn’t use the jetted tub, the rust water left a dirty film around tub. They did refund the cleaning fee for the hot hub issue. Would stay again.
