The property was in a great location, the breakfast was excellent
We chose this hotel for its spa facilities which it says were included in the price on booking.Com. When we asked to use them we were told it was an additional charge which was very disappointing and we felt deceived by booking.com, we would have gone to another hotel for less money. The lady on reception was kind but we were extremely frustrated and she was confused why booking.com said the spa was included when it isn’t, we weren’t offered any compensation for this. The room was incredibly basic with minimal amenities, there was no shampoo and you had to pay for water. The plug sockets by the bed didn’t work and another socket was broken. There were marks all over the walls.
To top it off we went to watch tv in the evening (as the bar was closed when we got back at 9pm) and the previous guest had been searching adult content which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. At very best this is a 3*, certainly not 4* hotel. We weren’t offered any compensation or resolution and were just told to contact booking.com who are yet to reply.

Die direkte Wasserlage und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung.
Bereits beim einchecken, wurden wir leider von einem sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter empfangen. Beim frühstücken war es ähnlich. Der Aufzug war defekt und es wurde kein Service angeboten, was bei einem Haus dieser Preisklasse sehr untypisch ist.

Great location, very close to the old city center, o a quiet spot next to the lake.

Great location, lake view room, new modern design & always very clean throughout. The service was also always very prompt
Only small things but not having tea & coffee facilities in the room wasn’t ideal. You could get it from reception but at an extra charge. If not in the room, I think it would be better to have hot drinks available downstairs included within the booking price.
The plug sockets in our room by the bedside were not compatible with our European adapters. As a newer hotel we thought there might have been USB charger ports but there were none
We booked a lakeside suite, which was a nice room but the balcony was very small. Those on 1st or 3rd floor looked better- I’m not sure if they came at an extra charge

everything was prefect from the location to breakfast. It's family run by a he sweetest couple with long term staff all striving for perfection. which the archive

second time in Hotel Vinci, we had a fantastic memory, so we decided to come back. good location and view. amazing breakfast
we booked a week end on the low season, in my opinion it wasn’t a good value for money. the room walls were very dirty and few scratch around.

Famous Hotel in best place, good parking inside the area and also not far to Sirmione himself. We enjoyed the pool when we arrive and also in the morning before breakfast, also the location to the Lago di Garda is amazing.
The room was not the biggest but we stayed just one night on our trip to Cinque Terre so it was great, cool and clean.
Also, the breakfast was amazing we found all what we needed and something more delicious.
I think we will back soon and maybe some other friends I talked to.

Everything was very clean, quiet, the room was nicely done and very modern.
Breakfast was very very good and tasty, more than I expected. Very good service, the staff is really helpfull. Nice view is a bonus.
Location is just right. Near enough to the old town, far enough so that it's quiet. Stayed only for one night so didn't have a chance to judge what the distance is to one of the local beaches.
Bed mattres could be a bit more comfortable.

great location on the lake within easy walking distance to old town. very stylish and sleek property. nice breakfasts
in the bathrooms it was a bit style over substance. it was a sleek bathroom but with some design flaws that made it uncomfortable. bidet didn’t work. the doors of the shower were designed in such a way that it was beyond uncomfortable to use. the metal angle where the doors meet was broken, water was splashing out. taking a shower was stressful
