The cabin was just amazing. The views of the smokie mountains are awesome. It was perfect size for a family of 25 people. The checking process was a breeze

The property was beautiful with breathtaking views of the mountains. The home was huge, with big spacious rooms. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need, including 3 coffee pots for our large group! Kids loved the game room, pool and theater. Close enough to all the attractions And enough entertainment at the property for those that just wanted to stay in. Definitely highly recommend For those traveling to the area with friends and family. Side note, there is not a ton of parking so if your group has more than 4 cars it may be a tight squeeze

My extended family and I (14 people in total) had the privilege of staying here a week ago and loved it. It's located close enough to Pigeon Forge to have access to its amenities, but far enough to escape the crazy traffic and crowds present this time of year. The house itself is big enough that we spread out nicely and never felt cramped or like we were sitting on top of one another.
We did have a couple of issues, but those were very quickly resolved and communication from the owner/manager was top-notch. Their maintenance man was very kind and communicative as well.
Overall we enjoyed this property and would consider booking again if we return to the area.

At least one bathroom needs to be handicapped friendly with bars.
Some kitchen cooking utensils and frying pans need replaced.
The linens were great. Plenty towels for everyone

My wife and I with our son and his fiancee along with my wife's 3 sisters and their families (15 total) had a wonderful week. The house is absolutely beautiful and easily/comfortably held all of us with plenty of room to spare. The hosts were easy to communicate and responded promptly. The panoramic views of the Smokey Mountains from three back deck or out the windows from inside are amazing. We would highly recommend this home.

This home was big enough to fit our group of 15 comfortably. There was more than enough space for the 7 adults,6 teenagers and 2 smaller children to have fun. The home is very spacious (so spacious I got lost a few times lol) The host was amazing. Anything we needed he was just a phone call/message away and the response time was very impressive. I’m definitely saving this cabin as one of my favorites to stay in the future

We had 5 families in the cabin and it held us all comfortably. Beds were very nice. Views were not as good as other properties we have been to but they were still very nice. Property was in excellent condition. We saw bears about 10 feet off the deck which was pretty cool. Owner was very easy to work with and made the stay very nice for us.

Awesome cabin. Great location to be able to run into town or just stay up in the cabin and relax. Cabin has enough room that a big family can stay and not feel like you’re on top of each other.

Had a family reunion.. it was a great cabin.. the whole family was a great time.. Indoor pool was nice and warm.. the view was amazing!! There was construction but the noise was not a problem or did not interfere with any views.. over all a 10/10!!!

The two bunk rooms with two queen bunks each was perfect for our youth group. I wish they weren’t directly across from each other. Maybe swap one of them with the king room down the hall. The kids enjoyed the pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. Location and view were great. Plenty of towels including the pool towels.

Our stay was perfect! We were able to enjoy delicious meals in the open kitchen and spread out over the home like the theater room, game room and pool area.

The luxury cabin was better than we expected. Very roomy, relaxing, and comfortable. Many options for things to do at the cabin and just a 10 minute car ride away. Host very responsive to any questions and went above and beyond by checking with us a few times to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We actually saw black bears several times while we were there which made it even more complete. Great place and you will not be disappointed.

This place was amazing and so much room for our family. Communication with the owner was great. We had a problem with the heated pool not being heated and they were right on it and got it fixed so that we could enjoy it. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again

Our stay was amazing. The cabin was gorgeous, plenty of beds and bathrooms. The pool was so fun. We had some raccoon friends visit, I’m assuming the people before us feed them because they were very friendly and kept climbing onto our decks, but they were so cute… We even saw a bear. definitely a 10/10 trip.

We came for my daughters 5th birthday with my parents, my husbands mom & siblings, and our friend with their kids. The cabin was amazing. Parking fit 5 vehicles easy- we had primarily large vehicles. Plenty of room for everyone and activities at the cabin. You get an amazing view from the top floor. The owner was very kind and responded quickly to messages. We would stay again and are already planning a trip back!

Pleased with location and the amount of parking out front. We all were comfortable with 15 of us. It is great to have a bathroom for each bedroom and king size and queen size beds. A couple mattresses in the bunk areas are not comfortable.
It would have benefited with a second refrigerator and dishwasher. (The frig was huge which was a benefit). The house was fairly clean. We had one bathroom that must have been forgotten in the cleaning process and we had to attend to it. (We did not have a telephone number to contact the owner when we arrived to have someone attend to this matter). We had an e-mail address and did contact him when the ice maker was not working properly and the alarm to the septic tank was blaring. (We repaired the ice maker ourselves and after all night with the alarm to the septic tank blaring, we had to figure out how to turn it off....Not easy as you had to hang out a window). We were thankful to get a phone number.
One of our major concerns with this property is that there is only one exit in case of a fire. Some of the bedrooms have no windows and even with balcony access, there is no way down the from the balconies.
Overall, the house is very nice. We had a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the area tremendously. The grandkids loved the swimming pool. We would rent this property again.

Nice mountain top lodge with outdoor deck/hot tub.
Communicative management company/easy check in etc. A few considerations to be aware include: no private bathroom on main level (kitchen/living room floor) without walking thru a private bedroom to use restroom. The house sleeps 24 which is great for large gatherings but the layout is mainly bedrooms. The living room only had two sofas and 1 chair so the communal seating is tight. Guests are required to do pool towel laundry before leaving or pay an incremental fee.

This is a beautiful house and we really enjoyed our family vacation. The only down fall (and I new about it ahead of time.) Is all of the stairs. My dad who is 81 had a bit of a time getting up and down them. I understand there was no getting around that and we just worked around it. Josh was very nice and accommodating helped every way he could.

The cabin was beautiful but no help for senior citizens or handicap. The alarm went on for up to 4days. Some Kitchen appliances were filthy. You claim we didn't get back to you as to when your people could come in and take care of the issues, well your pool maintenance came in without letting us know he was coming... Why is that ok? And nothing to help the handicap. We had already told you about the air conditioning (vents) & you claimed we did not get back to you, that should have happened with the pool guy too. Other than the issues mentioned it was a beautiful cabin. And grills should not be on the parking lot. Steps in front are slanted, they were very risky. What we paid for rental. I would think we could get grab bars by toilet and the shower, I did tell you about my son falling in the shower and nothing was said and bathrooms need more counter top.

This house is amazing!! Very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen very well stocked, beautiful view, convenient location. Our only negative was the community pool is under construction, and I didn’t see a bear. Most of my family did but I didn’t.

Really nice place! Highly recommend, the owners were also very responsive. The kitchen is the best stocked rental kitchen I’ve ever been in. It has crockpots, all of the spices, multiple coffee pots…, everything you need !

This was just perfect. The kids and grandkids had a wonderful time. We had a bear that walked down the road right in front of the cabin. It was perfect. Only recommendation would be shades on the windows next to the other cabin so the visitors can’t see in your cabin at night. It would also help with the heat in the afternoons. This cabin is still all 5 star rating. It was perfect and will definitely be staying here again.

We had a lovely time, all the kids and grandkids had a bed to themselves. View was absolutely gorgeous! Cabin was extremely clean upon arrival. Will be telling my friends who go to the Smokies, this is where they should stay!

This if the best property I've ever rented. Well stocked, extremely clean & many extra touches. Also, they have around 25 Beach size towels for the pool/hot tub.
The layout of the cabin is perfect for privacy. They're many stairs so anyone with mobility issues will be ok on first floor. Doordash & instacart also delivered. This lot is perfect because it's on a corner.
The mattress we had was very confusing l comfortable.
I'm ready to start planning to go back this summer instead of Florida.

We did this as a large family trip with people from Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida. I go to this area for vacation every other year, but this was the first time we didn't go to the strip, because of this property. Why go walk around, with 7 small children, and spend money when the kids were happy in the game room and I can go enjoy the hot tub?! Although I personally think the pool should be 1 or 2 degrees warmer because it was too cold for me, so I enjoyed the hot tub. Kids didn't mind the temp but they did ask me if I could make it warmer.
The lay out of the place was great. We all throughly enjoyed ourselves and we are currently planning another trip here with friends, because they saw all the pictures of the cabin and asked us if we wanted to go again.. And of course I do, because this place is awesome! Josh was always very responsive to us in a timely matter
