We just spent 2 wonderful weeks in Ocean Village in a nice 1 bedroom condo. It was very clean and tastefully decorated and you couldn’t ask for a better location to the main pool and tiki bar, plus right on the golf course. The owner was very cordial and pleasant to deal with.

The condo is perfect, very clean, great location. The condo has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, only need to bring your clothes and food. Bonus was a 24 hour guarded gate. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a amazing stay. The condo had everything we needed. My son loved the main pool and my husband visited the tiki bar daily. Beach was not far and we loved that.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was just as described. It was nicely decorated and very clean, which was very important to me. Having the beach such a short walk was awesome , especially when traveling with a 6 month old and four year old. The pool was also steps away. It was a perfect place for a family vacation stay, the location can’t be beat!

We had a great time. Well cared for property and well maintained. Pools were great! Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Scott was amazing to work with…always available to answer questions. Only negative was that the condo was next to putting green and lawn maintenance workers were out working early every morning. (Loud equipment)

Perfect! Great location to ocean, pool, restaurant, and tiki bar. Place had Everything you would need. Steve gave detailed description on how Everything works and the check in and out process. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful complex and surrounding area. Scott was very accommodating and responded quickly to all questions. This unit was very comfortable and met our expectations.

We stayed to see the Cardinals spring training games. However, still in negotiations and we needed to plan other adventures. This home away from home is beautiful. Awesome size Tv in main room and good size tv in bedroom for when you want to chill. Plenty of sheets and towels. Great kitchen amenities. Coffee pot under cabinet by bar stool. ( don’t worry). Excellent location to everything. Just book this VRBO. We took a drive to Herman’s Bay and Barefoot Beach. The beach here at the Ocean Village is awesome too. You don’t have to go anywhere. This updated comfortable one-bedroom unit is ideally situated with the front door just off the 9th green and the back door on practice putting green. Easy walk to the 9-nine-hole executive golf, beach, on-site bar/restaurant, pickleball courts, and tennis courts. It's ideal for comfort and convenience.

Great location! Walking distance to the beach and pool. Beautiful atmosphere and lots to do! Condo was decorated beautifully, very clean and updated. Scott was always available to accommodate us.

Beautiful clean corner unit. Scott, the owner had very detailed check in instructions. It felt like home. The photos are accurate. Full kitchen was great. Very close to the beach, pool, hot tub, and Tikki bar. Great food at the Tikki bar and the restaurant. We didn't need to buy anything except our own food.

Perfect location to pools restaurants and beaches. Chairs were a bonus. Great vacation

This Condo was very nice. It had all the amenities that you will need. Perfect location. It is an easy walk to a restaurant, Tiki bar and pool and the beach. It also has a room that you can go in and play cards or do puzzles that they provide and a workout room. The owners were very helpful when we had a problem and had to reschedule.

We had originally booked a week in southern Portugal but Covid lingered on and ruined those plans. My wife grew up on the ocean In Massachusetts and so I began the hunt on VRBO. I wanted off the beaten path and luckily I found Ocean Village and this super property literally steps from the beach, pool, restaurant and it has the practice putting green in the “backyard” where I taught my wife the fundamentals of putting. The Island Beach Bar and Restaurant had excellent service and the food was delicious- visited 3 times during our week - the fish tacos (1/2 price on Taco Tuesday)were unbelievable and there was live music on Friday. We will definitely be booking another stay here - the check in process with the proprietor was easy the condo was exceptionally clean and we really liked the fact that it’s a gated community. One of our favorite excursions was the clear kayak tour - excellent.

Very comfortable appartment for a couple. Close to the golf course , beach, tennis court and restaurant. We ‘ve got an early check in and late check out.

Nice place clean comfortable bed

This was our third stay at Ocean Village and first time in this unit. The property manager was very accommodating in our check-in schedule. At the time of our visit the on site restaurant was not open but the kitchen had everything you would need for food preparation. Plenty of towels and linens. For golfers, location is great. Would recommend this property.

We loved the condo and the Ocean Village community. Condo cozy and beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen. So many things to do. Executive golf course very well maintained and only cost $5 to play. The owner Scott was easy to reach. Loved the Ft Pierce area. Great restaurants! We will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway for a couple. Condo is immaculate and has everything you need. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. No issues at all. Village was fairly empty for the month of November. Perfect, during covid with social distancing. Enjoyed multiple pools and the par3 golf course. Highly recommend this place!

The condo is a luxury unit,immaculate,ultra modern, nicely decorated.You will be not disappointed to rent this unit.Location is excellent, just on the golf course,close to the pool,Walking distance to the beach.We had a delightful stay.Scott/Owner is a gracious host,always available via phone or text message.

This is a beautiful resort like setting with all the amenities on site — restaurant, pools, tiki bar, golf , tennis, etc. etc. Our hope is to return in the future. Dana was an excellent host who responded quickly to all our questions. Wonderful vacation!

This listing was as stated. We had friends in the area with a house on the water so we did not use any of the resort amenities or even use the kitchen. However, for the few things we did need (bowls for cereal and a pot to boil some eggs) it was easy to see that everything was in order. Unfortunately, the one day we left our adult kids to go fishing they could not find a spare key so they didn’t feel comfortable leaving the place unlocked and did not take advantage of some of the on-site amenities. As well, we did not realize we should have left $ so they could rent ping pong paddles for $2...opps! (We’re Canadian) The resort itself is dated but, this unit has been very nicely renovated and we would recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect. We would return.

We stayed at this corner unit and enjoyed every day. You can watch people, mostly men all day as the putting green is right out the door. We used the nine hole golf course quite often as it was a few steps from the door. There are plenty of sheets, towels and a kitchen with everything you need to make meals. There is a TV in living room and bedroom. You don't need to spend a lot of time looking at other condos as this has everything you could possible need.

Dana and Kevin have a very special property in ocean villas I. When you walk in the door, you immediately feel like it's your new home. I LOVE the shower. This has nothing to do with Ocean Village but the weather wasn't very nice. Thank you Dana and Kevin.
