Cabin was very clean, kitchen well stocked, lots of games for the family, great walking, golf, hot tub, grill. My family really enjoyed the space.

We had 3 generations of riders from NY, SC and FL. Cabin was amazing, spacious and very welcoming. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space. Little trouble finding the location but overall enjoyed the relaxing wooded area, quiet away from town but still close enough to enjoy. Kitchen space had all the modern tools needed to cook as we desired. We loved all the small thoughtful details. We will definitely be back!

We had a nice relaxing weekend. We loved the downstairs room the best. We loved hanging out in the hot tub (when it wasn’t raining).

My stay was perfect. The cabin was exactly like the pictures, they even had some card games we could play. I would definitely stay at this place again!

The overall experience was wonderful! The property was exactly why we expected. The only complaint is that the property was not ready at check-in time. The weather conditions put the cleaners behind, which we totally understood, however, it wasn’t communicated to us. Upon arrival, I had to call the rental company to inform them and then our entire group had to leave for about an hour to give them time to clean.

Helen was a great town to stay in. These houses in Innsbrook were so nice. We did have a small problem with roaches coming out of the oven when we used it a few times…but the house was impeccably clean and ready for our stay. We loved it!!

We enjoyed our stay!!, great set up for families as the older kids loved the bunk beds, plenty of things to keep them occupied too, great place to stay!!, one thing that needs some updating is the pots and pans, other than that wonderful property.

Beautiful home! It had everything we needed to have an amazing time. The fall colors were in peak, so that was a bonus! Loved the kitchen! The kids loved the game room and we all loved the firepit and hot tub. It even had cornhole, which we did not get to play but had we had enough time, I am sure we would have. Very convenient to Helen. We have been coming to Helen every year since 1993 and this was the best place yet. We had a wonderfule time!

The property was pristine and it was exactly as described. The basement was perfect for our collective 4 kids to feel like they were on an adventure of their own.

Was very easy to locate, check in, and find all we needed as host was very communicative & property laid out nicely. Clean house & nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay!

My family and I really enjoyed this home. The property was well advertised as it had everything we expected. Plenty of activities in the home and everything in great condition. So very peaceful with plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The owners were very responsive to any needs or questions that we had while visiting. Would rent this property again!

We loved the house, it's very close to the town and surrounded by nature. Nice amenities but it would be easier if there would be a guided instructions on them. Some appliances didn't work or were missing(Toaster, cutting boards, placemats, outdoor trash can). We tried to make a barbeque but we ran out of gas very quickly. Overall we definetly recommend this place

Overall, we had a very good stay. For some reason the lock box code only worked once (didn't matter because someone was always present). The downstairs door was unlocked when we arrived. There was no remote (that we could find) downstairs. I sent a message about this but no one responded. There was also what appeared to be a bloodstain (as if someone had dragged something) from the downstairs door to the trash area. The previous tenant left a lot of trash in the trash area - horrible smell. The pool table pockets are worn out, so pool balls drop into the pocket then on the floor. BUT, in general we definitely enjoyed the stay. Nice location, close to Helen, very spacious. I would definitely rent there again - I'd suggest addressing the items above.

As a rental owner myself, I think these are things you may want to look at: Upstairs closet shelf is unhinged and may result in it falling if something is placed on it. The staircase railing is loose. We found a scorpion in our towels on the floor. We looked for more but did not find them. They usually stay close to where they were born. May want to have the exterminator take a look. Our car was torn to shreds by bears. You may want to post a sign to warn guests that bears will come looking for food if it is left in the car. We had purchased grits from the grist mill and a window was cracked, so they or it got in and destroyed the car. There were dishes in the dishwasher that were not put up when we arrived. There were no towels in any of the bathrooms except the downstairs. Luckily we had the hot tub towels to use. Regardless of these things, the house was nice, clean, and well kept. We had a wonderful stay!!

I rented this place for my husband and his oldest friends to celebrate turning 40. It is a great place to relax and hang out, there is a lot of space and outdoor space as well. Lots of beautiful nature. Large kitchen made it easy to feed 10 people. Had plenty of silverware, plates, etc. Bedrooms were well furnished and beds were comfortable. It is also very close to downtown, so we went shopping and went out to eat, etc. Lots of fun stuff nearby. We were very happy and had a great time.
