Excellent location central to all major tourist attractions. Only 8 minute level walk to station town centre. Comfortable accommodation.

Generally good. However, the property description says 'dining area' from which it might be inferred that there is a dining table and chairs. There isn't; only a breakfast bar (which is mentioned) and bar stools, which could be a significant problem for some people.

Beautiful house in a great location within easy walking distance of the town. Owners were really helpful and friendly. The house is very clean and modern with lovely beds and a great open plan kitchen/living area. The only slight issue for us was parking as it was a lovely warm weekend and Matlock was busy (but we did find a spot and the owner gave us helpful advice). My children enjoyed spotting fish in the river running at the back of the house! We would definitely love to return soon. Thanks for a great weekend.

Beautiful house in a great location within easy walking distance of the town. Owners were really helpful and friendly.
