room cleaning can be done more frequently

Dishwasher didn’t work and the room stunk. Staff moved us to an adjacent room. In this room, we discovered the TV didn’t work. Totally pixelized screen. And breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Kitchen and bathroom were nice, well stocked and spaced out well

Shower door wouldnt close, unloading area was small, no awning (full on rain storm and too many events going on at a small hotel). I traveled with pets and pre-booked a lower level room. Top floor-last room. No parking in the ramp when we arrived, so it was walking and unloading. Soaking wet everything. Parking ramp is not meant for anything larger than a small SUV. For the money, breakfast was not impressive. Business center was out in the open, so you got to listen to the drunk parents hang out while the teenagers swear and disrupt the pool area. Workout room key lock was broken and getting someone to unlock it early am was a task.

It was clean, it was comfy, loved the patios and breakfast was good

Nice rooms, sweet pool, excellent bar, and thw free breakfast had lots of options.

I checked in online, with a check-in time. First, I was given a king room, which I didn't book as I needed 2 queens and a pullout couch for 3 adults and 2 kid's. Housekeeping was behind, and since this hotel is close to the Mayo clinics and hospitals, there was a medical emergency. The assistant CO let me wait in the bar, and compt my drinks until the correct room was ready.
