I always stay at this hotel. The staff is great. They bend over backwards to make sure you’re happy.

It’s still under renovation construction in all the hallways, but that did not inconvenience us at all.

The staff were very nice and friendly.

There were no soda machines and the breakfast was not the best because the waffle iron was broken.

Clean sheets clean towels

Floors had not been vacuumed, bathroom floor still had dirt and hair everywhere, surfaces in the room had not been wiped down. Tried to call front desk to complain upon arrival but no one would answer. Upon check out at 6:30am no staff came to the front desk even after ringing the bell. I was never able to express my disappointment with the cleanliness of the room.

Everything was great.

The hotel was convenient for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good.

The shower curtain needed replacing. Having managed a resort in the past, I'm more critical on details. There was long black hair in the tub. Furniture needed dusting.

property was so dirty and dusty, when I called the front desk, they told me that was not dust was powder from previous stay couple. I asked the manager to come and check the room. She did not come. She gave me an excuse. I am alone taking care of front desk.

clean rooms, clean and comfortable beds. decent breakfast and great coffee that was included.

Breakfast was not as expected. Highly disappointed as it did not resemble that in the pictures.

Everything was great minus the handicap spots being taken by non handicap licensed people.

People with non handicap spots kept parking in the handicap spots that me and others actually need.

The property was new and the beds were comfortable

upon arrival the room was not clean. The comforter was stained. There was not a second box of tissues, nor a back up roll of toilet paper. we left our towels on the floor along with the comforter. also, there was no coffee for the in room coffee maker. On our way out the front desk was left unattended. upon our return that night the towels were still on the floor and the toilet paper and tissues and coffee had not been replenished. I went to the front desk and let the clerk know, her response was that I needed to ask for room service. I was not told this at check in. On Saturday we went for breakfast. there was no decaf coffee, the juice machine was broken with no alternative and there was not enough food out and the area was not clean. On Saturday as I exited the main entrance to put my bags in my car I noticed there were three vehicles parked nose in, in the main entrance area. this would have prevented an emergency vehicle from easily accessing the site, it was in plain view of the front desk . Also, it did not appear that front desk staff were in uniform. I paid money for room with associated accommodations and I do not feel I got my monies worth. if you are going to cut staff and out the onus on your customer, the. make that clear at booking.

The Staff was sooo Unprofessional n on most days Unhelpful…They clean our room once on our whole stay, when we constantly asked for Housekeeping…Sooo if U guys can rectify that U would have an AMAZING PLACE…

Rooms dirty, staff rude, we stayed for 2 nights and when we came back in the afternoon the rooms were not clean...the staff was too busy to clean our rooms and make our beds. Bathrooms dirty

noisy, dirty, under construction, horrible breakfast, broken elevators that got stuck between floors and as a result the alarm was going off all the time.

The shower. Plenty of force and hot water.

Parking lot was a bit narrow in places.

large bathroom; the pillows were comfortable and so was the bed - once you could get on it- I have arthritis and bad hips and the beds were so tall it was difficult to get on the bed and I’m 5’7
