This a very convenient hotel, as I have stayed here before. This hotel just needs some attention in the areas of cleanliness and just general upkeep. Upon walking in, the hotel lobby needs some attention. Some plants, nicer pictures, SOMETHING. Then the mat in front of the elevators is tattered and worn, just overall not a good impression. The room is very comfy. HOWEVER, you can tell it’s lacking a good clean. The sheets were stained, and upon checking the bed, the mattress cover (underneath the headboard area) is covered with hair and lint, very gross. The bathroom has clear built up grime in the shower and sink drain. Water pressure and temperature was amazing, so that was a plus. The breakfast leaves much to be desired, as the only beverage option outside of coffee was apple juice. My room key did get deactivated after my first night, which was inconvenient. However, the desk attendant was helpful and able to quickly resolve this issue. I wish I had taken more pics, but this was after a 5 hour drive. Overall, the stay was okay. I just expect better from my stay with Wyndham.

There was no front desk staff when we checked in. They were outside smoking. We had a long wait befjre we spoke to anyone to get checked in. The first room we checked into was obviously smoked in and this was a non smoking hotel. The second room had goey stains are the carpet and there was a large wet spot on the floor. There wasn't any hand soap in either room we were assigned. The walls in the halls all had fresh looking patches as if there had been holes. The elevator was very rough.

The Breakfast was not very good. They were running out of food and no one was restocking it. No water at breakfast, hot or cold water. Did not give out enough towels and had to go ask for more. Bed was comfy and pillows were great. Location was good. Could be cleaned better. Staff was not very friendly and often not at the desk.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to Virginia Tech.

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room. The only thing is the water in the pool was too cold to swim in. Their heater was broken.

Very noisy, many broken bathroom fixtures, check in clerk collected again after paying expedia

Insufficient parking. Also doors to back lot would not open even though it clicked when u held the key up to it. Side door handle was broken off so nothing to pull it open with. I had to walk all the way around the building to enter from the front.

When we arrived there was only 1 bath towel in the bathroom. We stayed at this facility 2 years ago and it was the same. When there are two people this is unacceptable. When we inquired they said they didn’t have anymore. We could go to the pool and get a towel. These towels are not bath size and are very thin. The hallways and stairways are so dirty. The ice machine was broken and had to go to the 3rd floor. The rooms are noisy.

Well when you first pull up in parking lot you see a half of fence to cover dumpster.

Room was very clean and modern. Would stay here again. My only complaint would be the breakfast....I wasn't expecting much, but the biscuits were like hockey pucks. The gravy didn't even soften them. Otherwise very nice.

Close enough to Virginia Tech but far enough away to not be affected by college craziness. Workers were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy, room was large and it seemed clean.

The moment I walked in the hotel, the front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional. The light in the entrance to living room was out. Mini refrigerator was leaking water to the floor. Toilet paper holder was missing from the wall. Couch and carpet had steins. Bathroom wall was unclean. Only provided two towels even though 3 guests were staying and the hotel was out of towels! We requested to change room or fix the problems, but the staff didn’t even try to resolve any of these problems.
